The issue raised here will not be of any interest or meaning if a solution is not proferred. Very true, Nigeria is dirty. But it is dirty because most of the people are dirty. What can be done is that a reorientation campaign be run to senSITISE THEPEOPLE on environmentAL cleanliness. Of course, I CAN SUGGEST A FIRM TO HANDLE THIS PROJECT, aND A TASK FORCE BE EMPLOYED TO EXECUTE THIS PROJECT. |
