Went for visa interview today and everything went well. It looks like Abuja is better o � I remember my first visa interview in Lagos was thorough, had to defend everything. Success rate is kinda high in Abuja. Was expecting questions on the receipt for the past delivery, I was only asked how long I stayed in previous visits to the US. How much is required for the procedure. All he wanted to see was my medical report from the Doctor in Nigeria and appointment in US. No question on proof of funds (account statement).

Please I need help because I'm totally confuse.. I was diagnosed of pcos 2020. And since 2021 till date my period as been flowing without me using any drug. I even went for follicular tracking Jan,Feb,March and ne eggs actually grow which mean I ovulate . On April I decided to redo hormonal test and my progesterone blood work shows I ovulate again. Although my prolactin came back HIGH. But it seems it doesn't stop me try ovulating. Now why I'm I ovulating and yet can't conceive........ I don't even know what else to do again. Hubby is normal. .. I'm worried about my cervix cos I had D$C 8yrs ago. And when I went for my hsg test d woman knew immediately and said My uterus tilted and was asking if I'm I menstruating. Because she try inserting thinest instrument couldn't enter my cervix.. so she try to open it so it can fit in so to inject d fluid in for my hsg. And I do have my period. Can I have ahersion like close cervix and menstruating... immediately I finish having sex like this I try to stay in bed like 1hr but despite not standing up d moment I laugh or cough or move it rush out like tap as if it didn't even reach up there at all...... can my delay be my cervix maybe sperm couldn't even reach d cervix at all. I need advice pls and wat to do pls

Yeahh it's possible to ovulate with high prolactin. The hormonal profile I did 2 months ago showed high prolactin (I wasn't consistent and religious with dostinex) and high progesterone (day 21) implying I did ovulate. My Dr said even if I ovulate, the high prolactin makes the environment harsh for pregnancy to occur ; so regardless, work on bringing and maintaining the prolactin to normal levels. Above all continue to pray for God's mercy and grace.

Have not been happy since i was called to come for a repetition of my HSG. what ever went wrong in the process for them to now call me to come and do a repeat. Am just frustrated. i never bargain for these. its not getting funny , seem my case needs spiritual attention.
Am yet to fully recover from the pains , only to be called this morning to come again, that they could not get what they needed.
Pls someone should talk to me . Has any one gone through this process same way? Am loosing it.

Don't be scared, don't be worried. Despite having one child, and molar pregnancy and follow up evacuation a year ago. My Dr recommended hsg which i did for the 3rd time last week. Thankfully my tubes are patent. Just relax your self and do it again. May be the xray didn't show a clear result and they want to be very sure.

When i did mine last week, they injected the dye repeatedly ,and at some point they asked be to lean to a particular side.

Na second pickin wey I dey find for over a year carry me come here oooo sometimes. I just thought to come to the thread and get some positive tips. Please ttc is nobody's mate, na by God's mercy and grace some of us are mothers and others are still trying and will be eventually.

Same happened to me. I mentioned yesterday in the group that my account was frozen while trying to check for availability on Sunday, even though I had provided updates on friday and Saturday. Just checked some hrs ago and realised I have been removed.

So true. Once you stop, it rises so high again . I am so tired. I am back to cabergoline again after it crashed months ago, thought to test some weeks ago and it was crazily high. I just went to look for alligator pepper, and vitamin b6. Got synergo(a brand of cabergobine) that's what I an using presently thank God it is amazingly cheaper than Pfizer UK brand.

Anything above 8mm is good but 10mm and above is ideal for endometrial thickness to help implantation
6.9mm is thin but I think it will still grow . I remember on cycle day 13 duration egg retrieval my lining was 6.9mm but 10.9mm on transfer day

Were you on prognova? Its usually above 15 at the scan before cyclogest is added. My last surrogates i remember were 18 and 21.

Hey mama, no hormonal medication was prescribed to me after the evacuation. So I have never used prognova before.
Do you mean 15 mm thickness?? My previous scans before the evacuation measured 10mm that's why I am worried. Does it imply I may have to take medication to build the endometrial thickness.

Please experienced mamas is endometrial thickness of 0.69cm(6.9mm) considered normal or too thin ?? I have 26 days cycle, this scan was done on cycle day 13.

Note: I had molar pregnancy last year so the fetal tissues had to be evacuated via suction curettage but have not been able to conceive since after the evacuation. Hormonal profile is okay.

I'm not sure where this cleaning incision site with spirit comes from. Is this based on instruction from the doctor?
Both my surgeries (Myomectomy and CS) I was only asked to keep the incision area dry and healing was fast (even faster for my CS but the suturing method was different)

I didn't clean my incision site with spirt too maybe it is the standard practice in the United sates or training and exposure of the dr involved.
My incision healed perfectly within a month and i resumed the other room duties from 6 weeks

@iwinnie i am so sorry for your loss. I wish things turned out differently for you. Please be comforted.

Hey mamas and team December 2020

Unfortunately i am no longer in the race. Scan done some weeks ago indicated no fetal pole but with gestational sac and subsequent scan weeks after diagnosed molar pregnancy. A suction curettage was done immediately after the confirmed scan diagnosis, the placenta and fetal tissues removed were sent for histology and analysis to confirm the diagnosis. Results from the histology indeed confirms its molar pregnancy luckily for me it's a partial molar pregnancy (2 sperms fertilizing an egg).

I am sure some may know a thing or two on the rigours and risks associated with molar pregnancy, so as expected i have been advised not to get pregnant for atleast 6 month.

Well i took the whole experience in good fate, at the moment i am primarily focused on my baby girl(she is 8 months old) while also working from home etc. I will Start trying again in January. I believe strongly by God's grace i will be part of team November 2021.

She was conceived via IVF as I had a blocked Fallopian tube and PCOS. Also has 2 subserous fibroids. The pregnancy was relatively easy. I only was at the hospital on account of pain from the fibroid twice when they were moving. The CS procédure went very well. I had a very positive experience and great recovery - already walking around with minimal pain. Still getting a hang of breastfeeding but taking my time. In all baby and mum are doing superb while daddy is elated.

I wish my other June team mates and every expecting person here a successful delivery.

my wife his now 16 weeks pregnant that even the baby as started kicking around last week Friday I don't know wat my wife eat precisely that she started to purged she purged like 3 times b4 daybreak in the morning she prepared food and she eat a bit and later go to toilet we waited that it will stop but it didn't the next day no more shit na only water water shit remain that his coming out so she started taking ogi later in the night I av to call a nurse to come and check her on Sunday evening and she gave her some drug to use and it stop and now she can eat well but my wife said she can't feel the baby like b4 again pls did I need to be worried ? no blood comes out during the purging period,her hospital were she register his very far to were we are,due to the pandemic pls if there is anything we can do pls let me know and I av told her to let us go to another hospital but she won't listen pls help.

Please what drug was given to her?? I believe it is careless to take medication not prescribed by a competent dr or hospital. Reduced fetal movement is not something to joke with. I just pray it is nothing serious. It is necessary she sees a dr to rule out any anomaly.

The lord is ur strength. In my first pregnancy i was seriously nauseated i used lemon; added one lemon to a large glass of water about 60cl. However for this pregnancy no nausea or morning sickness, infact sometimes i dont feel pregnant and this worries me like something might be wrong.
