Gubernatorial election is different from presidential election. Yorubas are not largely blind to the root cause of their problems. In Osun, people can tell that it was not Buhari who failed to pay salaries, but Aregbesola. They know that Buhari tried with bailout funds. They understand Buhari's efforts.
