XY23: I pointed out the absurdity that very day. The drug issue was not part of PDP's appeal. Lol. It was very discerning to sane minds that the Corrupt injustices did not want whatever they considered judgment to become LAW. They subtlety but erroneous refused making pronouncements on the issues. LP might never see any CTC because judgement on those issues (especially drug forfeiture) was never written. The events of that day were predetermined.
And what would be the effect??
If the judgement on those matters raised by the LP were never decided upon and passed,, what would now happen??
Love56743: Peter obi make one of the biggest political error by leaving pdp and joining labour party Obi know 💯 that he cannot win the election, He should accepted Atiku vp, Take it or leave the only politician who can beat tinubu is Atiku... Then 2031 it would be easy for South East to get the ticket, the misunderstanding in pdp wasn't ordinary, Tinubu won this election both calculation, spiritual, rigging, and many 2 weeks to pdp primary dey are all doing all of a sudden pdp scatter knakwaso left obi left wike run mad with his G 5 governor, Atiku could have beaten Apc black and blue.. knakwaso could have won his state for Atiku while the full south south and east vote could have vote for pdp massively, Tinubu is a man to be study i wish to be like one day.. he is man who always look for a way to win...
PDP people should just keep quiet..
Na PDP made the worst mistake by still being so rascals deep inside, and be pretending to be a civil party on the outside.
So, what should happen next?? What next should they do??
Like,, is the SC infallible?? If the SC makes a mistake, what did the Constitution say that should be done?? (Or the Constitution never envisaged such a situation in the first place?? --- Like I usually say about all the laws that had been passed in Nigeria, where such laws never envisaged any type of wrongdoings from the implementers of such laws)
I think you should go and take up a career in comedy.
Not after billions were spent on BVAS and people were sensitized to go register believing our votes will count. I know how many people i even begged and induced just to go register and after all the reforms what happened?
Maybe after the criminal we have in Aso rock is done with his 8 years IF GOD ALLOWS,perhaps we will be having this conversation.
On that election day,, I bought N250,000 worth of food and shared. E no even do the people that came. But the joy I had that day was worth it.
They stole our mandate. But it didn't deter me.
I will definitely vote again. And I wouldn't want this same system to be in place by the next election,, else I won't vote.
But I really want to vote again.
So, this is me trying to really give myself a true reason to vote again.
I don't want to boycott any elections again. I've already boycotted enough in the past,, and it didn't help.
The National Assembly Joint Committee on Electoral Matters, with the support of Yiaga Africa and the European Union, specially invites citizens, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), political parties, civil society organizations, development partners, etc. to a Citizens’ Townhall on Electoral Matters.

Sofistcatdmoron: So from ur point, while checking the map if edo can be regarded as nd then the whole south East should also be nd
According to the existing (not-so-good) equation at the moment,, both Anambra, Enugu, and Ebonyi should have been added in the NDDC, whether they are Oil-producing States or not..
But then,, that's not what I am advocating for.. In reality, all these States that are currently in the NDDC are not truly located within the Niger-Delta per-se.
Thus,, I wish for a total reformation and redefinition of the NDDC..
So that all those States that are not truly ND States Should be removed from the NDDC..
And let only the true ND states be the only States in the newly reformed NDDC..
.. Let there be another commission which takes care of the Oil-producing states.
kingsways: "A delta is an area where a river splits and spreads out into several branches before entering the sea"
The Niger spread enter Anambra, same as she spread enter Delta State. In fact the Niger is the boundary between Anambra and Delta. So, why do you want to include Delta State and not include Anambra?
1. Kogi State and Niger State -- are they supposed to be among the Niger-Delta States?? According to you -- their locations are on the River Niger??
2. Did the River-Niger start to split into “A Delta” around Anambra State??
igwebuike01: Anambra is sitting on the Niger unlike Akwa ibom and Ondo who has nothing to do the Niger
Kogi is also sitting on the Niger.
See.. “ALONG THE RIVER-BANK OF THE RIVER NIGER”
...is Totally Different From “NIGER-DELTA.”
The list of States in the Current NDDC need to be totally reformed.. And let ONLY the true Niger-Delta states be the states that are part of the reformed NDDC.
NDDC is Totally different from “Oil-Producing States” in meaning and in description naa..
NIGER-DELTA STATES are the States that fall within the DELTA-regions of the River-Niger,, and they have their peculiar Natural and Environmental characteristics, gains and problems..
So tell me.. If Oil is being produced in Kebbi State, does that qualify Kebbi State to be a part of NDDC.??
We must stop accepting NONSENSE in this our Country.
.. .
It's time we start asking the right QUESTIONS..
**Modified: ** Let the NDDC be reformed in such a way that it should be the “Development Commission” for the States that actually fall within the Niger-Delta... Then, the South-South Zone should have a “South-South Development Commission”, just the way we have “Development Commissions” for the other Zones.. If there are any zones that do not have their own “Development Commission” yet, then their Senators and Reps-Members should push for it..
And then,, ALL the Oil Producing States should come together and have A new Umbrella Body.. Since it is now very clear that “Oil” is not found ONLY in the Niger-Delta Area.
Nevertheless,, it's up to you to continue to swerve anyhow you like.
And then,, It is up to me to continue to tell you that you understood something else different from what I commented. .... That is,, if I feel like letting you know though.
