Welcome to Atani
So, you're among the people who want a total breakdown??
Aonkuuse: Oga who said this?? You said investigations are not studied as a profession and am telling you that there many courses in this, and are studied worldwide
So... Let's come back to Nigeria.
The Investigators in Nigeria, they went through this so-called professional trainings through the various different courses under these investigation studies.??
Is there a Professional Body for Professional Investigators in Nigeria.??
Abc2Z: There can't be international best practices or international police law because every country has its peculiarities.
If such can happen, then we should have international constitution and just one for every country to follow.
That's not excuse enough..
All countries have their peculiarities, yet there are Minimum Standards for LAW.?? There are standards for medical professionals. There are standards for Engineering.
Why is it that only in policing and in politics that there are no standards.?? Yet there are standards in GOVERNANCE.??
Standards are Minimum Requirements.. They are not fixed rules. Countries can maintain higher than the international standards, but not below, or else the country would be flagged “Red”.
Aonkuuse: You keep displaying your ignorance, guess you have heard of Bsc in Forensic science, Criminology and BSc in Investigative Criminology and Criminal Psychology etc. There are many courses out there. All the courses does not involve public policing?? These people are trained just that they allow their emotions to interfere with their profession. They are human beings and sometimes they have to manifest their human nature.
Woowww.!!
Finally, someone who knows more is here.
Please, what's the International Organisation which regulates and Standardizes the Practice of Police WORLD-WIDE...
Are There Branches and Divisions of Such Organisations in Nigeria.??
NOC1: I do tell people, police is same thing every where.
The difference is that some countries have already advanced in technology, experience have made them improve in their laws.
And there are no International Organisations that regulates the practice Investigations, Public Policing, and Peace-Keeping Worldwide..
Investigations are not studied as a profession. Public policing is not studied as a profession..
Everything that the police are doing in all the countries are just guess-works,, which are not controlled.. There are no sanctions, there are no codes.. there are no police rules.
These are the two Most Important things that needed to be quickly restructured in Nigeria.
There are no International Organisations that regulates the practice of Police-Investigations, Public-Policing, and Peace-Keeping Worldwide..
Investigations and Police-Investigations are not studied as a profession. Public policing, Civil-Engagement, Criminal-Engagement, and Peace-Keeping are not studied as a profession..
Everything that the police are doing in all the countries of the world are just guess-works and gathered-experiences,, which are not controlled by Appraised Standards.. There are no standard police codes which prescribed global sanctions for erring police officers.. there are no International police rules and regulations.. NOTHING.!!
Why are there no Codes For “International Best Practices” and “International Standards” for the Police Worldwide.??
At-least we can them to measure and appraise the performance of the Policing of each of the countries..
Other Professions have their “International Standards” and “International Best Practices”, with lots of Manuals to go with them.... (Medicine, Nursing, Engineering, Data-Analysts, Programming, Statistics, Accounting, and so on.)
Why are there no such International Standards for Policing.??
Dimaya: In a controversial video, a female student of a Nigerian polytechnic is arguing that she will earn 200,000 monthly as her first salary in she gets hired into the civil service.
Dear folks in the house, please can anyone confirm if what she is saying in the video is accurate?
How much does the federal and state civil service pays entry level workers at grade level 8?
I don't think she is referring to her Salary here..
She might be referring to tips.. And any other side-stuffs and side-hustles she would be actively involved in while she did her major works in her office..
Jennyclay: @dre11 you’re also part of the problem we have in this country. Why do you blur the useless man face You should have let us see his useless face so that nobody would fall victim again

Mister123: Hello guys. Greetings to you. Please don't mind muy grammar, I'm not here for English classes lol. My first child's almost 3years, trust me that girl can be playing and roaming about 24/7. As long as she's not asleep, her mum and I are always talking, don't do this, don't do that. Sometimes I lose my cool you know. I'm planing to enroll her into a conventional school by September because she seems really smart. My question here is, how do I handle her, she can't just stay in one place and our apartment is not really safe for her to be playing outside. Parents and expert in the house please assist a brother with an idea of what to do. Thank you
Almost three years?? And she never start being with other kids.??
Even if not in a conventional school setting,,, she needs to start at 1yr to socialize with other kids.
frazee: Otti should put his energy on delivering Abia state from the claws of neglect and abandonment. Abia state need practical change. Public schools are dead, Bad roads everywhere Revive Aba. He should relax on what has been stolen because trying to get what was stolen might even take him as far as orji uzor tenure.. We need things to work in Abia state...
Every Governor has their own way.
He wants to set a precedence. And keep things the way he wants them, so that he can dismantle the old ways of criminality
This parasitic state depends wholly on the FG to run it's affairs .
And when you add that SE produces zero or adds any real value to our economy , you will see them as a net drain on our polity.
At least north adds to our economy via agriculture .
What does SE contribute ?
Nada!
A welfare case claiming to be independent.
Consider TRADE as part of production.
Now, how much of the agricultural produce get circulated within and outside Nigeria without the involvement of the so-called non-productive SE.??
Without Trade,, there would be many post-harvest losses because all those agricultural produce will still over-stay in the hands of the farmers and perish.. They may end up selling far below production-price, just to have the products out of their hands.
