Why didn't the INEC download the information from the “Collation Support and Result Verification System (CSRVS)” -- (that is, the supposed “Election Results Collation Server”), since that was the supposed electronic data-source which they claimed that they used on the election day to cross-check the collated results and to declare the results.

Why did they go and print the BVAS Report, for which the data were not fully transmitted yet.??

Why was it that the BVAS Machines were not configured to automatically transmit the Accreditation Details to the Dedicated Accreditation Server immediately the Accreditation Ended, and that is, before the POs Start to do their counting of votes...

That is, for INEC to Configure the BVAS in such a way that the Accreditation Details must be transmitted to the accreditation server, before the BVAS can open the page for the entering and Transmission of the Election Results..

(This Secluded Accreditation server should be totally different from the Results Collation Server).
