The INEC’s “Results Viewing Portal” had been a very good initiative, and it had improved the transparency of the election process.

But the “Results-Viewing Portal” is not yet fully performing what should be its primary function, which is:
‘Publishing The Full Results To The Public’.

The Results-Viewing Portal as at the moment is publishing only the Election-Results at the Polling-Units, which although is a great work because it involves more than 77% of the work of publishing results on the Portal which had already been done, the remaining work - which might seem very little in the eyes of many - is actually far more important than publishing only the results at the Polling-Units.
There should also be Provisions made for all the collated results from the various Wards, LGAs, States, and for the final Collated Results for each of the elections.

Some people might argue that publishing such results would incur more costs, but then, what would be the justifiable reason for uploading all the numerous Polling-Units-Results as they were being announced, without also uploading the rest of the collated results as they were also being announced too?
Whatever that is worth doing, is worth doing well.
All those inactive buttons that were indicating “View-Wards” and “Completed” can be converted to active buttons that would redirect someone to the link where they can download the respective collated results.

Another thing that should be fixed on the Portal is the timeline of the elections in each of the categories.
(See the Fourth Picture for a better understanding).
Since the freshly loaded page starts from the top, then it also implies that the recent results should be placed at the top of the page, and not at the bottom.
It's really crazy for a user of the Portal to be scrolling to the bottom of the page each time in order to see the results of ongoing elections and the results of most-recent elections.

I worked in one of the financial institution in the country, sometimes last year I was promoted to head the department at zonal level, (good News right).
here is the problem and challenges I have been facing on the job, I have almost six superior that are above me in terms of ranks, but I was made to supervise them. this superior don't send their report to me or seek my opinion on anything.

I know they are not happy with me. my regional manager on sensing that this may be a problem recommended that I should be promoted ahead of all my superior yet our management is not saying anything about the recommendation of my regional manager.

most of this superior lobbied for this position but I was picked because of my ability's to deliver on the job.

experience peeps how do I handle a situation where I am supervising my superior yet they are not reporting to me or can I issue queries to them.

You can issue queries but make sure they really misbehaved before issuing the query..
Copy your superiors, so that they won't disregard the query

I work as a security officer in a community, I usually work from 7:00am - 3pm in a secondary school, and also resume night duty by 7pm in a community close to my house
The landlord association gave us a warning that we must check all cars coming in and going out of the estate and we have been performing our duties in a polite way..
About 11:35pm last night, we heard the horn of a strange car requesting that we should open the gate, I switch on my touch to check those inside the car, it was three abled young men and lady inside the car, in a polite way I ask them where they are heading to and they mentioned a popular rich man in the community, as usual, I told them to open the booth of there car which they refused to open, I told them to drive back to where they are coming from but before I could know what's happening,. They got down from the car and threathing to deal with us if the gate is not opened...they forced the gate open and drove inside the community,my colleague we're just watching the whole scenario as I drag issues with them...
I don't know the report they gave the chairman of the landlords association, they just got to our checkpoint this morning and told me I have been fired without paying me off, I told them I haven't done anything wrong and was just carrying out my duties,I was told never to come close to the area again or else I will be arrested.
I left there in annoyance, I was only carrying out my duties but now I have been Sacked for carrying out order...
I don't know what this country is turning to again...

If you know the motive behind rules and laws, that's the only time you keep them very well.

Since finger-prints do not change, someone's finger-prints that were captured when they were born can still come to the person's rescue later in his life

1. The human embryo starts to develop finger-prints after three months.
Towards the 6th month of pregnancy, an embryo’s fingerprints are basically set in stone, and fully formed.
(That is, about three months before they are born).

2. Once finger-prints are formed, they will never change again, even after the person is dead.

3. Every single finger-print out there is completely unique to one person.

4. In cases of bruises or burns to the finger which temporarily removes the finger-prints, the finger-prints can grow back to its original pattern within a month.

5. Finger-prints of aged persons are not as distinctly clear as their own finger-prints from the times when they were younger, but the pattern of the finger-prints still remains the same.
This is because, the skin loses elasticity with age, and the patterns become less prominent.

6. Even after several months after a person is dead, once the skin is still preserved, the finger-prints are also preserved, and the pattern still remains uniquely unchanged.
Finger-print scanners that use optical-based-technologies can still detect such preserved finger-prints even long after the person is dead.

7. For finger-print scanners that use capacitor-based-technologies (such as mobile phone scanners), once a person is dead, the dead person's finger-prints cannot be detected on such scanners any longer.
This is because, living human-beings have a little bit of electricity flowing through them which the tiny capacitors in the scanner use in detecting the finger-print patterns. These little bits of electricity are generated as a result of the brain activities of the living person. Dead fingers and dead person's do not have this much needed electricity flowing in them.

So this girl ( 15 years) was brought to my house by my wife after my wife gave birth a year after. My wife said she really needs someone to help her, but I kicked against it. After much pestering from my wife, I agreed.

I sooo much have feelings for this girl.
I have fought it so much. Some times my wife is out/ travels and am alone with her and kid when am back from work. But this strong feeling comes up and I feel like having her. That Abba Kyari is a corrupt police officer and a criminal is no more surprising, we have crossed the bridge last year.

What should grab our attention now is the high smelling level of corruption and deceit in the police force. The NPF told all Nigerians that Abba Kyari has been suspended of his duties subsequent on his investigation. But today we were all made aware that it was all smokescreen, Abba Kyari has been functioning as a full fledged police officer even with his own police team under his beck and call.

He wasn't even bothered about the crime he committed and the "so called investigation" against him. He has been committing more crimes and arrests with the blessings of the Nigeria Police Force. This should tell all and sundry about the decay that is the NPF, the more senior you are, the more corrupt you are.

I think we shouldn't not just be flashing light exclusively on Abba Kyari, rather all lights and indignation should be zoomed upon the NPF authorities.

That's just it.
