The guy realised at the last minute that he had no need for the tag. If he used it, it would have been a wasted opportunity.
Mercy passed the audition not because the tag was a lucky tag. If the guy clinged on to the tag and went in for the audition, he would lost the opportunity with so much ease.

Mercy Eke finds man who gave her his BBNaija audition tag, slides inside his DM.

Popular activist Harrison Gwamnishu has taken to his social media page with an important update for BBNaija 2019 winner, Mercy Eke.

Harrison shared a video in which he was spotted with the young man Mercy launched a search for some weeks ago

Mercy in a social media post had disclosed how the individual gave her his BBNaija audition tag and didn’t make any drama online even after she emerged as the winner
......

Popular human rights activist Harrison Gwamnishu has met with a young man that Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) 2019 winner, Mercy Eke, is looking for.

Recall that some weeks ago, Legit.ng reported that Mercy shocked fans online after sharing a video from the day she auditioned to participate in the reality show.

Apparently, a young man she met at the venue had given her his audition tag and afforded her the rare opportunity to have a chance at participating in the season.

Mercy also disclosed that the individual never bothered to look for her even after she emerged as the winner of the reality show. She called on members of the public to help her locate the individual.

Well, Gwamnishu in his post disclosed that the individual identified as Jefferson Ogbodu travelled to his place in a bid to be reconnected with Mercy.

The activist tagged Mercy’s official Instagram handle telling her that the man she’s looking for has been found.

See his post below:

A few hours after, the reality star reacted in Gwamnishu’s comment section and disclosed that she intends to contact the man.

See a screenshot of her comment below:

Legit.ng earlier reported that the BBNaija Pepper Dem winner, Mercy Eke, clocked 28 and bought herself a second house in Lagos.

Some eye-catching photos of the property made the rounds in the online community.

Mercy's fans were able to catch a glimpse of the home. The impressive interior made them gush over how far she has come.

I am still trying to connect the dots about how the whole thing happened on that audition day..
Many people gave out their Audition tags.
The guy saw fine girl with hips and gave out his tag to the babe.. Just the way other people did too.. So, he never knew that the same babe who got that tag ended up winning.
Now, from the side of Mercy, how can she confirm that this very guy who came to say that he is the person was actually the person who gave his tag to her in particular (and not to someone else)??
This might have been a guy who gave out his tag to someone else, and the person he gave it might not even have scaled the audition sef..

A Nigerian lady has shared a heartbreak story in a subtle and not so detailed video which is making rounds online

She decided to travel to the state where her boyfriend resides in order to surprise him.

In the video she shared on TikTok, the lady showed herself at the airport set to board a flight to go meet him

According to her, she was nervous because it was the first time she would be trying to pay him a surprise visit

Her concerns became valid, because it ended in premium tears upon getting to his place

Although she did not reveal if he broke up with her or if she caught him with another girl, but the concluding part of the video shows her crying after leaving his place

Anambra Guber: Tribunal Grants Soludo, Uba Permission To Inspect Election Materials
By Isuma Mark on December 9, 2021
The election petition tribunal sitting in Anambra State has granted the Governor-elect, Prof. Charles Soludo of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, and his frontline challenger, Mr Andy Uba of the All Progressives Congress, APC, access to materials used for the election.

Uba, dissatisfied with the November 6, 2021 Anambra governorship election result, which produced Soludo, petitioned the tribunal challenging the declaration of Soludo as the rightful winner of that election.

He followed his petition with sworn affidavit wherein he listed key issues the tribunal needs to consider and thus declare the election inconclusive.

Among other petitioners is the candidate of ACCORD Party, Mr Godwin Maduka, who has withdrawn his petition.

The tribunal ordered that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, should allow both Soludo and Uba to inspect the election materials in the company of the police and the Department of State Services DSS.

Counsel to Soludo and INEC, Mr. S.I Ezeokenwa had earlier prayed the tribunal to allow joint inspection of the election materials which the tribunal granted......

Anambra poll: Tribunal grants Uba, Soludo access to inspect election materials..

The Anambra State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Awka, Thursday, permitted the requests sought by the All Progressive Congress (APC)’s candidate, Senator Andy Uba, and the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA)’s candidate, Prof Charles Soludo’s to inspect the materials used for conduct of the November 6 and 9th supplementary polls.

Uba and Soludo had filed exparte motions for the tribunal to compel the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to grant them the permission to inspect the certified true copies and other materials used in the conduct of the polls.

Uba supported his prayer with a 15-paragraph affidavit and written address, while Prof Soludo supported his motion exparte with an 18-paragraph and written address.

The panel Chairman, Justice D. Mohammed, who ruled on Uba’s petition separately, said the inspection should be carried out in the presence of the applicant, respondents, Police and Department of State Service DSS.

On Soludo’s motion exparte, Justice Mohammed equally ordered that the inspection should be done in the presence of the applicant, respondents, Police and DSS because the Tribunal was satisfied with the applications.

The tribunal further struck out the petition by the candidate of the Accord Party, Dr Godwin Maduka, who through his lawyer, N. D. Agu, urged the tribunal to strike it out as he had lost interest in pursuing it.

Dr Godwin Maduka Withdraws Petition From Anambra Tribunal.

AIF Media

(His Petition Was Not Struck Out As Reported In The Media, Rather He Withdrew Voluntarily.)

The Governorship candidate of Accord party in the November 6 Anambra state governorship election, Dr Godwin Maduka today withdrew his petition challenging the declaration of Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo from the Anambra state governorship election petition tribunal voluntarily.

AIF Media gathered that the lawyer who petitioned the tribunal challenging the November 6 governorship election did not obtain approval from Dr Godwin Maduka or that of his Campaign Organisation.

According to the Media Aide to Dr Maduka, "when it got to the notice of Dr Godwin Maduka’s Campaign Organisation of the lawyer's actions, He was instructed to go withdraw the petition and he did, hence the striking out of the petition today.

"Dr Godwin Maduka and his campaign Organisation never petitioned INEC and APGA or anybody to Anambra State Election Petition Tribunal as it concerns anything that transpired on November 6th Anambra Gubernatorial Election."

The Media Aide, Onwurah Chinonso Anthony enjoined journalists and bloggers to always report appropriately.

Anambra: ACCORD candidate, Maduka withdraws petition

THE candidate of ACCORD Party, Dr. Godwin Maduka yesterday withdrew the petition he filed against the victory of the candidate of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Professor Chukwuma Soludo in the November 6, 2021 Anambra governorship election.

The three member tribunal consisting of Justice B. Mohammed, Justice Edem Apkan and Justice O.H. Oyajimi accordingly struck out the petition and also granted an exparte motion filed by Soludo and the candidate of All Progressives Congress, APC, Senator Andy Uba to inspect the materials used during the election.

Maduka’s lawyer, Mr. N.D. Aguhad had filed an application, praying the tribunal to strike out the matter on the grounds that his client was no longer interested in the petition.

Agu submitted that though he duly filed the petition, none of the respondents was served, arguing that consequently and in pursuant to Oder 56 , Rule 2 sub paragraph 1 of the Federal High Court Civil Procedure rules of 2019 ,which he supported with an application, the petition should be struck out because the petitioner was no longer interested in the petition.

Meanwhile, the tribunal has ordered that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, should allow both Soludo and Uba to inspect the election materials in the company of the police and the Department of State Services DSS.

Counsel to Soludo and INEC, Mr. S.I Ezeokenwa had earlier prayed the tribunal to allow joint inspection of the election materials which the tribunal granted.

There were also indications yesterday that four political parties that filed petition against Soludo might be withdrawing their petitions before the end of this month following issues the candidates were said to be having with their party leadership.

My Opinion have never changed.
Any party can choose any method it likes.
But Direct Primaries that was well controlled and devoid of these three things: 1). Imported Voters, 2). Written Results and Manipulated Results, 3). Wrong Counting (or Multiple Thumb-printing in the case where Secret-Balloting was used),, then we are all good to go.

Good evening dear Nairalanders,

There's this youthful and beautiful young lady I have been seeing close to a month now, we met in church, she appear s to be decent and homely and we started off as friends so we could get to know each other better, though I'm planning to settle down real soon but I don't want to be in a hurry so as not to repeat past mistakes.

Today I invited her over to my place so we could spend some time together and she could meet my elder brother since he's in town, she agreed and came around.
We spent quality time having different conversations, she even cooked for our lunch and I dropped her off at her place this evening.

Now ever since I got back home, I've been looking for my Samsung Earbuds and my Bro has not seen his wallet which we usually leave on the dining table.

I have called her twice and she didn't pick up the calls.
No one else came to the house except for this my new girl.

I feel confused. How do I approach this issue?
You can't go to her house?
Or abi you don't know her house?
