After I bid my guy goodbye, he went his way, then I went back to the food seller and gave him the excess change...

I left Anyigba, when I got to Enugu that was where I met those guys, I got to peace park, as I was about going inside to take a car to Umuahia, one guy stopped me, he greeted me and I responded, I thought he was selling something, I told him I was in a haste, as I was about going, he stopped me again and pleaded for my audience, he said he came to Enugu from Cotonou with 50 laptops and 30 blackberry (blackberry then na hot cake na) that he kept very close to Fr. Mbaka's church that I should PLEASE follow him to the place so that he'll bring it from there to the park to sale, I told him I don't know the place o, then I left him.

As I was going another guy came, he asked me what we were discussing, I told him, then the first guy came again and said if WE can help him locate where he kept those laptops and blackberry, that he'll give us one laptop each, the second guy said "let's give it a try" and as me mumu na, I was happy I was about owing a laptop, took a car, I paid for three of us (the "Cotonou" guy said he doesn't have naira note with him and that they'll cheat him if he pays with DOLLAR).

Got to old market, they already kept one keke there with a rider inside, when we got there, the first guy entered, I told the second guy to enter so that I'll not be in their middle, the guy said, I shouldn't worry that I should enter, I overheard the first guy telling the keke rider; "start a nu keke a na", meaning, start this keke na, as I was about entering the keke, my elder brother's call came in, after I finished answering the call, till today I didn't even know what happened, I just told them I was not interested again, that they should be going.
I took another car back to peace park, as I was discussing it with some people in the car, they said, those guys could be ritualist, and i started pondering, what if i had not returned that food seller's excess change? I can't forget that day, since then, I don get sense.

But deploying such accreditation systems across the whole wards in all the LGAs (especially for presidential primaries) would be so costly and cumbersome for the primaries,, being that the open-ballot method would still be used at the end of the day.
Manual accreditation using the Hard-copy registers would have solved the problem too

The Primaries are mainly done using the open-ballot methods, where people stand in the lines corresponding to who they want to vote for.
This method you're describing can only work for open-secret-ballot or secret-ballot methods.

One, my position has always been to let political parties decide their mode of primaries.

However, direct primary is healthy but all States and politics have their own peculiarities.

Some of these issues have legal implications because INEC won't participate but only supervise.

If Parties generate codes to stop over-voting and so on... what is the difference with Indirect Primaries where someone who has access to your voting-codes information could manipulate the codes?

In Summary, there are no "best" methods you implement that politicians won't find a way to circumvent.

My problem is not the system, but the players.

The major real problem that can be associated with the direct primaries, is the very high possibility of “Uncontrolled Malpractices”, and not actually the popular “High Cost Implications” that are being carried around and being forced upon us to believe.
No Primaries is Cheap to even start with.

But if I am to choose between Direct and Indirect Primaries, I would choose the Direct Primaries, even though it has a high possibility of “Uncontrolled Malpractices”, but nevertheless, those malpractices can be controlled to the barest minimum.
My main reason for choosing the direct primaries is that it gives the whole party members the opportunity to participate in the selection of their candidates.

The very first step to curbing the Malpractices would be to have a valid Party Register, with all the information about the members including their INEC’s Voters Card Information, properly documented in the Register.
But then, even if the party has a functional register of ALL the Party-Members, that alone cannot stop the menace of over-voting, the importation of voters, and the writing of results..

THE PARTY WOULD HAVE TO EITHER USE THE INEC’S VOTERS CARD-NUMBER TO ACCREDIT THE VOTERS, OR TO GENERATE INDIVIDUAL TEMPORARY “VOTING CODES” AND SEND TO ALL THE REGISTERED MEMBERS OF THE PARTY WITHIN THE DESIRED GEOPOLITICAL BOUNDARIES (AS APPROPRIATE) AHEAD OF THE PRIMARIES, FOR THEM TO BE USED ONLY FOR THE ACCREDITATION PURPOSES..

On the day of the Primaries, only the number of VOTING-CODES which the voting-system decrypted and accepted as authentic, would definitely become the actual number of people who participated in the primaries, since they were the only ones that were assumed to be accreditated.

If the “VOTING CODES” were generated by a Human-Being, then the process can be compromised.. A desperate person can still go and pay the persons who generated and sent-out the VOTING-CODES, so as to have possession of the codes and still use them to commit the crime of Multiple-Voting...

Well, unless the VOTING CODES were automatically generated and sent anonymously to the registered members by a computer (and the messages encrypted by the same computer after being sent to the members), so that the codes cannot be physically retrieved by anybody, no matter what methods they tried to use..

This one however cannot prevent impersonation-voting, where someone gets the VOTING-CODES of other members from them and then go ahead to vote on their behalf, but it would definitely stop Multiple-Voting and Result-Writing.

It will also prevent imported voters, since the Machine-Generated VOTING-CODES were only sent to the members within the appropriate geopolitcal boundary, and thus, imported members are automatically disqualified and disenfranchised.

Again an average building has over 6 Chambers, think of it, for a snake to live inside soakaway and still find it way to a w.c, it means it must past many Chambers,so tell me. How possible is that?

Also it is completely madness living a storey building yet you are afraid that Snake will crawl out from your W.C, how?
it can never happen, thats because the 4inch pipe that carry your poo from the w.c to the soakaway has a smooth surface, Snake can not comfortable crawl on it. It not possible.

Now is it possible for Snake to crawl out from your W.C? yes it is. But that can only happen if you stay in a bungalow, ground floor and you have a breakage in the service chamber that has direct link to your w.c, I mean direct link to the toilet.

So please those of you that are busy
Flushing fuel and salt inside ur soakaway, sorry you are just wasting your money.

So hear it now, Snake can only come out from your W.C if you have a broken Chamber that is directly linked to you toilet.

Snakes don't live inside your soakaway because snakes too need oxygen.

Whoever that is against direct primary have ulterior motive.

Indirect primary Comes with high desperation among the contestants that makes them to bribe the delegates with huge amounts of money.
Direct primary discourages desperation and encourages competence.
In indirect primary, a single person offered a token bribe will compromise the will of his people for his personal gain.

Note that Direct primary is conducted across the political wards, all the votes counted, recorded and duly signed by the INEC staff(s) on duty in the presence of the people.
People are allowed to snap the result sheet in order to make sure the figures are not altered at the local government and state level collation.
