dalongjnr: With direct primary election, the issue of buying delegates who mostly sell their conscience will not arose. The influence of money politics will die because not politician will have the money to buy thousands or millions of people at a time. It will make the "actual" people (electorates) to be interested in the processes of electing their leaders but sentiments instead of competence may likely play out because the minority group(mostly tribes/religion) may likely not have any influence in the processes,no matter how competent their candidates are.
With Direct Primaries,, three things can easily be done by the desperate politicians..
1). Voters are imported from other places to come and stand in the line.. (that is, where open ballot is used)
2). Multiple Voting In places where secret ballot were used..
3). Writing of The Results By the Organisers of the Primaries, and paying the INEC Staff Present to endorse and Stamp their fraudulent Results as the Authentic Results. .. .. So,, are there ways you can avoid these three scenarios??
I’ve reiterated it consistently that Direct Primaries is not feasible and hence the new electoral bill shouldn’t be assented to by the president.

THE PARTY CAN GENERATE INDIVIDUAL TEMPORARY “VOTING CODES” AND SEND THEM TO ALL THE REGISTERED MEMBERS OF THE PARTY (AS APPROPRIATE) AHEAD OF THE PRIMARIES FOR THEM TO BE USED ONLY FOR ACCREDITATION PURPOSES.. .. On the day of the Primaries, only the number of VOTING-CODES which the voting-system decrypted and accepted as authentic, would definitely become the actual number of people who participated in the primaries, since they were the only ones that were assumed to be accreditated. .. But then, there might be another problem to that.. If the “VOTING CODES” were generated by a Human-Being, then the process can be compromised.. A desperate person can still go and pay the persons who generated and sent-out the VOTING-CODES, so as to have possession of the codes and still use them to commit the crime of Multiple-Voting... .. Well, unless the VOTING CODES were automatically generated and sent anonymously to the registered members by a computer (and the messages encrypted by the same computer after being sent to the members), so that the codes cannot be physically retrieved by anybody, no matter what methods they tried to use.. .. This one however cannot prevent impersonation-voting, where someone gets the VOTING-CODES of other members from them and then go ahead to vote on their behalf, but it would definitely stop Multiple-Voting and Result-Writing. .. It will also prevent imported voters, since the Machine-Generated VOTING-CODES were only sent to the members within the appropriate politcal boundary, and thus, imported members are automatically disqualified and disenfranchised.

In the world cup qualifier, Lewandoski played England and magnificent Hungary side, even tho they lost some of the matches, Lewandoski was magnificent(please check his World cup qualifier stat in this poor Poland team) same way Messi was oustanding in Barca's poor team.
2. Messi in Barcelona can never be compared to any other player in another team. If you watch Barcelona very well in 2020, you would get to know that Messi plays as a playmaker and he is given all the freedom. Every Barcelona player wants to give Messi the ball which increase his chances of scoring but Lewandoski case is slightly different even tho he is Bayern point man he still as big name who also scores individually. I hope you all get my point.
3. Messi Performance in 2021 is not as great people say. Messi fans claimed he played well in Barcelona in 2021 but he still couldn't win La liga best player despite is individual brilliance. His performance for PSG in 2021, also proves my second point about Barcelona centering their ball on Messi. Finally, i would say Messi winning the ballon dor show it is purely politics, he is clearly the second favourites but not the first. If it was by Countries achievement then Xavi or Iniesta should have won in 2010 because they performed well in the world Cup and also Barcelona. I remembered in 2010.

I went to the Magistrate court 3years ago to get a date and I saw this young man. He was crying and praying the rosary. I went and sat beside him and asked him why he was crying. He kept on saying "I didn't do it, I didn't do it". He was remanded by the Magistrate on a count of kidnap and other related offenses. No complainant.
He told me his story. I believed him. I told him I'd take it up on pro bono. He laid there and started praying for me. I pushed for his matter to be charged at the High Court. Today the 29th of November,2021, the Judge of the High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has confirmed he didn't do it and has declared him innocent. Discharged and Acquitted.
