ubong560: Most of u seem so foolish to understand d exact point d op is driving @. He didnt say education is bad but rather, educational certificates are not guaranteed for an outstanding financial emancipation in d holder's life. Get d point! U can go to school for educational knowledge but if u discover ur talent, use ur educational knowledge to nurture d talent aimed @ creating amazing impact of fame and financial freedom to u. Nothing is wrong being educated and following ones' talent afterall, even Ph. D. holders can be a house keeper to people like tu face and p.square especially here in naija. Talent gives financial freedom!
When you say talent, what kind of talent. The problem is that our education system is poor. Any talent can be learnt and it requires years to develop it to become a genius. If I start playing football from the age of 3 years would you consider me a football talent. Well that's what the many footballers you admire did. They went to football school at a tender age, please note they were also studying.

Certainly you are nobody.

Kennedy please you need education everybody does. I know you are referring to source of livelihood and misapplied it to education. The tuface you are talking about is not wealthy oh. He is just in the middle class. I know tuface as an acquaintance when he was in festac. That guy suffered for more than 15 years and he is just a lucky dude because of humility. Where is blackface and face. For 1 musical or footballer you mention, there are 1 million musicians and footballers roaming about the streets and believe me they go to church and don't tell me God has refused to answer them.

Also stop watching MTV base and channel o, those things are make believe. Do you know that Naeto C is being paid N400k per shows. In a year how many shows is he going to do? Many of them get lucky with corporate organization signing them on as ambassadors.

Like I said, I know tuface as an acquaintance through one of my friend, I don't want to mention his name. He is a fantastic rapper, his musical videos has been aired on national TVs but this guy is still struggling. He is a very close friend to mode 9 and was on the same record label with him (I think I should stop I have revealed enough). However, this guy has been in the music industry as the same time as tuface. Ok what about mode 9? Be wise and also stop this arrogance. That is the same thing that will bring down davido (the young fool). Also forget about this get rich quick scheme. True wealth comes with time.

DailyNews: If at least 80% of the females that are regular users of nairaland had been acting the wau Carmelion and other ladies on this thread had been playing, believe me, nairaland wud have witnessed more happy couples than ever...and maybe it wud have been a great platform where people wud come to find spouses, but some ladies attitudes here would rather tarnish d image of nigerian women n wen u correct them, they end up calling u all sorts of names n feeling loved by d people who mock them behind n d name of cheering them.

I encourage u all to pls avoid rocking shoulders with men- a lady is supposed to be unique, well mannered n humble. Watch Carmelion how she controls herself even wen insults are hauled at her...that's a lady, and a wife material. In fact with humility n respect, a man can waive other bad qualities of a woman n marry her, but most don't knw, they think life ends up with physical beauty that fades no matter wot. I am out, kudos carmelion, nbright, boss, passionate, eimuhd, and others...u guys are doing a grt work here, I am pleasedsmiley
Who are you? You share my mind. Your words should be included in the bible.

passionate88: @bolded.. Na idowuogbo and freecocoa work b that... But them dey learn am.. Them just wan do notice me 4 nairaland.. Imagine idowuogbo dey call herself badoski... Where she bad go?..
Gross behavior I swear. Guys could be nasty, use swear words (though not good but excusable) but a lady should act like a lady everywhere. She should cautious of her behavior. If you want to know a true lady, let her walk into a room filled with men, you would notice that all the men would start adjusting themselves. Women are gradually losing their value in the society. I just shake my head in negation.

I must congratulate carmelion for this thread. It is the only educative thread on nairaland at the moment, free from insults, ethnic bigotry and stupidity. Though some known characters tried to derail the thread. However, the OP was smart to bring it back on course. Well done.
Romance › Re: A Thread for Single Ladies :) by Boss13: 6:59pm On Feb 17, 2013
DailyNews: @Carmelion, if they refuse to give u an award on nairaland, I personally will honour u and so many other ladies who have portrayed a wonderful, fascinating image (like boss wud put it) on this thread. In fact, if u ladies are like this in real life, believe wot I am telling u today- most of u may get real deserving suitors from here. Just make sure u all are living the exact life u are showcasing here. Its really making me to have a positive mindset towards our ladies cos most times, with wot I see around, read n hear, I don't even feel like having a female near me...lol, strange but true, and there r plenty guys like me n that's y they keep complainin n asking for a change.

Pls carm, continue with this campaign. Also try to spice it up with ideas on how single ladies can equip themselves financially without waiting for men or a white collar job that may not come so soon.

This thread is so irresistible...I cudnt avoid it. Its part of d reasons I still visit nairaland I must confess n I will share the link.

@Carm, just make sure sharing ur pic here won't destroy ur good works already. U can PM it to boss if u are ok with it. I wish u and other good deserving single ladies God's favour in all u do this yearsmiley

olushowunm: @BOSS13... I UNDERSTAND YOUR FEELING... WELL, CONCERNING THE PARTNERS/FRIENDS, I SAID WE ARE ALREADY INVESTED IN PEPPER AND IS THERE ANY LAW THAT YOU MUST KEEP WORKING WITH ONLY SET OF PARTNERS... PEOPLE THAT KNOWS ME THAT I MAKE MONEY FOR MY PARTNERS... GO AND CHECK WARREN BUFFET'S STORY, HE CREATED OVER 20 PARTNERSHIPS, BEFORE DISSOLVING ALL INTO BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY... FOR THE N510,000 INSTEAD OF N540,000 WAS A TYPOS.... AND FOR SCAM, I MADE EVERYTHING OPEN, I INVITED INVESTORS TO MEET ME AT MY FARMS AND CONCERNING LAND ALLOCATION, WHAT I MEAN IS I CAN GET ANY LAND THAT I WANT AROUND OGUN STATE... AND IN THE FINANCIAL SUMMARY, IT IS CLEAR THAT THERE IS BUDGET FOR LAND LEASE AND IT'S NOT FREE... I HOPE YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER CRITIQUE THAT I CAN ADDRESS... THANKS.
Olu I can give you N540,000 but I am not convinced in the viability of your business. You already have partners who should be able to raise N60,000 for you. Why add more people into the equation? Your story also shows that you do not have a land of your own because you claimed that as an indigene you can walk up to any land owner as request for his land (if them slap you). Also, you are yet to register a company and I don't do business with unregistered company. Your financials is not constructed properly, another indication that this business will fail. You have failed to include the environmental risk faced with agricultural products. You have also failed to include all expenses you would incur with the proceeds of N540,000. However you were quick to state the revenue you would generate in order to lure people. Maybe you are not a scammer, but there are so many scam indicators on your thread and I can confidently tell you that this business of yours will fail because you are to address certain issues (registration of coy, lease of land, purchase of seeds, cost of laborers, fertilizer cost, transportation cost etc and also factoring risk). And when you begin to tell your investors stories what do you think they will label you as? Having meeting with people does not cover the risk of a scam.

Yes please ladies should learn from her. She has won my admiration. Many ladies on don't know how to act like a lady. We can see that manifesting on nairaland. A lady would open her mouth and use the f-word or start to hurl insults at strangers. Na wa oh

benodic: @ Boss13

ECKANKAR is a spiritual school and just like a school system when you register you are started on a study curiculum which requires you applying discipline and dedication to your studies then the exams come and as you pass each exam you are moved from one class to another and eventually when you pass all the levels you graduate and become a master in your own right.
It is not a day's journey. It is a very gradual process.
So those benefits comes as you grow spiritually and not by just registering and then sitting down and doing nothing expecting manna to fall from heaven. It does not work like that. It takes immense love, dedication, discipline, patience and endurance to scale the heights of God.
I like the honesty. How about material well being. Like material progress and ability to see the future?
Properties › Re: Tenant From Hell - Should I Get Mobile Police by Boss13: 6:08pm On Feb 17, 2013
gabbytabby: At times you do come across a tenant that you have had for a while and they have presented themselves as fairly decent people and respected themselves by paying their rent. They might then experience some difficulty and need you to give them time to pay and you consider this favourably but, this people, are purposefully renting with the intention not to pay and they are clearly not decent people that you want in your house.

Every other tenant in the unit I know the source of their livelihood and for the one who was unemployed at least I know what she was doing before she became unemployed.
Do you know her place of work? Did you carry out background checks. It is unfair for people to refuse to pay rent and are so adamant about it. Madam you don spoil this lady future endeavors by uploading her pictures. Anyways she has to pay and leave the property. I want to ask, how did you get their picture?
Christianity Etc › Re: Church With Wealthy Single Ladies In Lagos? by Boss13: 5:53pm On Feb 17, 2013
DailyNews: Iberibe returned from Church one day and ran to his Pagan father, Apari and said: papa, papa, I have found the girl I will marry, papa you will like her.

His father turned towards him in excitement and replied: is she from a rich family?

Iberibe: No papa
Apari: is her father a chieftaincy title holder?
Iberibe: No papa
Apari: what's her name?
Iberibe: Obiageri (has come to eat wealth)

Apari: Ewo! Which wealth is coming to eat? And you think you have found a wife to be my son?

Iberibe: Yes papa, she knows how to cook very well and she is very beautiful papa

Apari: what you said now was the same thing I said when I met your mother and it was the greatest mistake I made in my life- my decision to marry your mother.

Your mother was from a very poor family but I was blinded by her big bombom. If only I married Adaeze, my son, I wouldn't have been like this; still tapping palm wine at my age to feed. Pls my son run from that girl and go to the city to find a girl from rich family and marry because of tomorrow.

Iberibe: But papa I am poor, I didn't go to school, I have no handwork, and I am not even handsome, so how do you expect me to find a girl from rich family

Apari: My son, I heard there is something oyimbo people has brought that you can use to be talking with people in obodo oyimbo land self?

Iberibe: is it Internet papa?
Apari: ehen my son, that's it. Go there and find rich girls. Tell them your father is the king of Iberibe land. Deceive anyone rich one you meet, and before she realize herself, you have given her pregnancy, go my son!

The next day, Iberibe sold all he had and sent the money to his friend in the city to buy him a phone that can browse. And he climbs unto an Iroko tree in his small village to find GSM network to browse.

Luckily after jumping from one tree branch to another, he finds a steady GSM network and logs in majestically to nairaland and registers with the handle: SonOfTheKing gringringrin
Very funny

wonderiyke: Great! The scam police is here @Boss13...
Are you scared? There is this guy Ademola in the auto section. His thread was just too good to be true. Everybody was busy calling him a scam. He did not fight, did not insult, rather he proved his point. Gave out his CAC no, office address and telephone number and even the telephone number of his wife who is also his manager. Informed us how he conducts his business in the US, the auction market he purchases his inventories. This was checked out and confirmed.

My profession gives me the opportunity to analyze businesses taking into consideration the business environment in order to ascertain sustainability. From experience, I can tell if a business will survive or not survive at all. In this country, a ROI of 800% is unattainable for agricultural products. People need to read in between the lines and smell the intentions of the scammer.

What annoyed me most was d fact dat she is d one i been spending on all dis while and for that alone, even if i didnt giv her anything as a val gift, was it right for her to make such a highly provocative demand as at that moment?

If not that......., just if not that......., make i no talk am!
Honestly you babe did not act right. You should bring up this issue for discussion and address it properly. I am shocked she could refer to sex as a gift. It is not proper. She is right to ask if you got her a valentine gift but referring to sex as a gift is improper. There are many of her kind roaming around the streets of Lagos. I bet you do not except much from her but she too can get something. At least a tie, which is as cheap as N8000 would not be bad.

Our lives are not our own.

Its alright.
I have advised you to go and get a properly life Charles Folorunsho (I hope that is your real name). I am glad you were unable to scam nairalanders. I will still keep an eye on you. So FYI if your charcoal business is profitable you better face it before you do a reputation damage to yourself. I have also done a google search on you and information belonging to Charles Folorunsho do not link to your claims. Your mom is a phd holder and teaching English in a secondary school and your dad, a Yoruba professor in LASU do not add up properly. You have forgotten that people can run checks easily to confirm identity. Desist from nairaland you scammer.

CPO recruitment: You have no identity, you go around making false claim and damaging hard earned reputations, you are a no good derailer. I dont know what has happened in your life to make you so bitter, but i assure you, it is not me or the thread, it is you. I have no problem with people having genuine questions, but your assertions based on zero knowledge only shows how ignorant you are, and all persons reading this thread can tell.
You are cracking me up with your bogus comment. False claim? How ironic - are you referring to yourself. What happened in my life? Nothing. However, you just told nairaland that you dropped out of medical school (does that sound like frustration). Your anger is me informing innocent nairalanders that you are a fraud and a scam. Why you mad? You should be. Never finished school, never achieved your aim of becoming a medical doctor, angry at the society because you feel the system is wrong. Now you want your pound of flesh, to rip people off their hard earned money. Sorry you got busted. Nairaland doesn't need fraudsters like you. Go and get a decent job.

Your thread should be moved because you are a fiction. If you are this successful why bother others. It is only the newspapers that bother its readers about successful people and not the other way. Successful people do not go about telling people they are successful (another scam indicator).

Yes you are frustrated for not achieving your dream as a doctor. Your comments are all full of frustration. But it is not the end. You can still make a decent living if you choose to . Also you can end up in EFCC jail if you choose to. But I think nairaland do not owe you to tell us your success stories.
