This woman is very rude and at some point she claimed she has the best husband in the world. Now she wants to move out. I don't know what to believe.

carmelion: Hey dolls, and of course the guys,a nice sunday to you!kiss

I had a discussion with my friend yesterday and he told me something;which on a closer observation,I discovered that it is true.

I observed that,a single lady(who is not a student) living alone has slimmer chances of getting married, than a single lady living with a family or an elderly person.

My friend said that guys might come around and make friends with you but would not take you home to see his people.

When a single lady is staying alone, people see her as irresponsible,a love peddler e.t.c. Nobody cares why you re staying alone ,they just go ahead and draw their conclusion that even your rent was paid for,by a sugar daddy.....hmmmm.

Please house, what is your take on this?
Well don't know how to balance this. If she stays alone with no job, there is the possibility that guys would see her as a love peddler. If she does have a job, guys would leverage on the freedom she has (not being with her parents) and this freedom translates to spending more weekends in his house rather than visitation. And the more time a single lady spends with a man, the longer for him to make a decision and that is because he is enjoying the product free of charge.

CPO recruitment: I did, i found other things to do. You seem angry about something, go and figure it out on your own time and stop derailing this thread would you. Thank you.
I am not angry. Why bother others if you have found what gives you joy. A 4th year medical student just don't drop out of medical school. He either did not pass his MBBS or he is having some complicated issue mixed with frustration. Well I can see you have resorted to scam, due to frustration.

Seun and mods please keep an eye on this guy. Another scam indicator is frustration.

Chief keep that money in the bank or rather go and buy treasury bills (risk free investment) or borrow a well trusted entrepreneur. However, be careful. 3 months is a short time given the amount of money involved.

I have noticed there are so many scammers on nairaland. I just read 3 threads on the business section and there are so many scam indicators. One thread was invest with N1000 on the Nigerian stock exchange and reap dividends. Another was requesting for 9 partners to contribute N60,000 for cassava production with an ROI of 840%. And people are busy responding to this scam threads.

CPO recruitment: Medicine. Happy now.
Bros I don't know what you are up to. If you could not pass your MBBS and out of frustration you left medical school, do not take on innocent Nigerians. Go look for other things to do.

This guy is a scam. First scam indicator - he is involved in pepper farming with his friends/partners. What other partners do you need again. Second scam indicator - As an indigene, you can walk into anybody's land and request to use it for agricultural purpose - in this country where land is gold. You walk up to my land without cash in your pocket and you are speaking grammar, instead of business grammar. (Cash). Third scam indicator - 800% return on investment on N540,000 (N60,000 x 9).

People invest at your own risk. He wants to spread his risk and scam you.

This a serious issue. I noticed how other front page news are pushing this sensitive topic downwards. Before we know, it is out of front page and the news dies off. Wunmi, the scammer, will repackage herself and attack her new victims.

@OP be careful for what you wish for, it may come to past. True, we want good things, we all deserve good things. However I would not support you on this one. A woman wants to respect her man and that includes him doing well in whatever field of endeavor he has chosen for himself. A woman who is more wealthy than you would never respect you, to her you are more of a tool. She won't be proud to show you off to her friends and relatives. Apart from women who are from wealthy homes, any wealthy single woman won't be young, probably 37 and above.

Consider your plan very well. I would rather suggest you work towards improving your personality. As you increase, you might begin to attract women (I don't mean wealthy) who may not be too dependent. Think twice before you attract misery into your life.

thehunted: For those complaining about topics making front page,it is d duty of the mods to determine that. Nigerians and complaining eh.

Op,I once dated a single rich babe in her thirties. It's fun but I hope your have some good things for her. Like big,I mean extra big s3x cane aka rod to blow her mind.

It's worth trying. You will get to respect women who can fend for themselves not these ones that expect u to get them a plate if rice and chicken from KFC. Besides, these women have sex cos of the pleasure not for money.
You once dated. So what happened? Why didn't you marry her? You seemed to have enjoyed the affair, what changed?

Chevron recruitment process is very unfair. How would a multinational company that claims to have best practice keep its recruitment process secret from the public. How do they expect to recruit the best candidate when their selection process is as secretive as the devil. What a shame. To those who wrote the test, I think it is wrong discussing about the aftermath when you did not open up initially.

God help Nigeria. Our love for material things is turning us into animals. We do not possess any value system. We are now bothered about the material things we wish to possess. I fear for my country. I fear for its existence. War may not tear us up but our social system will. God save Nigeria

Sharp money with sharp death.
I know you mean no harm but I am disgusted by your comment. You do not laugh when a crime is being perpetrated and comment about people wanting money. If the need for money has generated to kidnapping parents and scamming siblings then our society is a time bomb.
Crime › Re: Physically Challenged Son Kidnaps Mother In Edo State by Boss13: 10:53am On Feb 17, 2013
Kidnapping is now emerging as the new scam game. 419 started in the early 90's and everybody thought it was cool. It only resulted in giving the country and its citizens a negative image to a point that you have to keep proving that you are a different Nigerian. Now kidnapping is emerging and emerging strongly. The government and law enforcement agencies are still paying lip service to this crime. In 10 years, we may not be able to recover from the embarrassment, casualties, negative image and poor ratings that kidnapping may bring to us.

This is not about poverty or social injustice. Kidnapping is a crime and it should not be treated with kid gloves. Something MUST be done, before the international community label every Nigerian as a potential kidnapper.

No she is in the business of scamming people. She has scammed inspired, uspry1, sienna, aieromon etc. Her estate project would have been the mother of them all. She wants to retire rich and others crying. Her life should be ruined and destroyed to serve as a deterrent to other scammers and soon to be scammers.

What is domestic violence and molestation? Everybody (especially women) seems to agree that domestic violence is a crime against humanity. However, I believe we are not addressing it properly. When does domestic violence start from? IMO it does not start from the beating. It starts from the hurling of insults, the provocation, the constant yelling. Women are putting so much energy in the fight against domestic violence and molestation. That same energy and advocacy should also be use to teach women about being properly disciplined and choice of words when addressing their partners, husbands, children e.t.c. To me the fight against domestic violence is a charade if the root cause is not address I.e respect for the emotions of other people (especially those we claim we love). Honestly, I am not out to attack women. I just notice that we do not get to hear of domestic violence when the table is switched. Women/men should learn to RESPECT the emotions of their partners when in anger. Also, we should think of the consequences involved when next we want to provoke our partners or neighbors.

If your civil partner constantly hurl insults on you, makes you feel insecure and turn you to a wreck emotionally. You better leave such relationship.

RIP Reeva Steenkamp.

This woman (omowunmi) is very smart. I noticed how she was manipulating an architect (larez) and using two monikers (zenatta and coolface). I also observed when larez requested they use YIM, she claimed she was given an assignment (red flag). Her building project would have been the madoff of them all. While victims would be crying for their loss, she would be smiling to the bank. Wickedness in its purest form. She needs to be caught or she would be back again to prey on innocent victims. I also believe she is not working alone. I would like to advise the forum members, if a product is ridiculously cheap, please don't buy. If a seller request for advance payment before delivery, please don't pay.

Odunnu: Madam Sheade, its a pleasure having you on board. Welcome.
I dont know what or how SurveyP did/does his background checks but you being on this thread is as fishy and hair/antenna raising as hell.
You have never been to this part of Nairaland in all your stay on here. The last time you ever showed presence was in 2011, not once did you surface in 2012 and just today, you show up, not in properties that is your base or in religion but in Business. its kinda scary babes.
I and my co-mods will tell you we have mastered the arts of scammers well. Would you believe some scammers snitch on their multiple IDs? and as stupid as they are, they would want us to chase after the other ID while giving them a pass mark. If you ask me, that is what you are trying to do here. Something is not adding up yet concerning your relationship with Madam Wunmi. Better keep quiet to avoid being roped in assuming you are not her.
She is the same person
