@Mmotimo For the records, NextHome only handle 2 major projects each year but because of you I’d double that number this year. The only way I can respond to you is to show you what I’m capable of doing. I intend to deliver my ongoing build 20 days ahead of schedule at no extra cost to my client. _____ We are already 8 days ahead of schedule. We will hit the first floor slab by weekend. _____ I took no offense to your harassments It pushes me to crawl out of my shell and show the stuffs I’m made of. Here’s something I’d do different though. I do help people with challenges overcome their area of shortcomings. Anyone can complain and point out errors like qdlvy ![]() Only few smart ones can use their power to empower other people. Even on my current build, some guys are understudying me and our processes at NextHome and they admit it’s different. NextHome don’t and won't beg for jobs. Our difference makes a difference. Just watch this space!

EgunMogaji2:This is our 12th year working together. I value and respect them more. I hardly change my workmen and they have never disappointed me. ______ My job is to set the stage and watch for things that undermine result and it’s working very well for me. A pro-builder building next to me is almost on the verge of loosing his job because of the way we are handling our project. _______ Thanks for the word of encouragement. It inspires us to do more. |
Just 1 day ![]()

qdlvy:Dumb and lame excuse once again. Excuses are the tools of the incompetent. If someone truly defraud you, step out and do what real men do and stop crying like sissy men. Irrelevant statement.Dumb! I’ve never had to go back for variation on any job. The job given was satisfactorily done and I chose not to take up problem that’s not mine. How is that a problem? Finally, you're on to something. This is the only sensible thing you have said so far. I mentioned earlier this is very likely a civil case, not a criminal case. The characterization of the event might not be fraud at least in a legal sense. A contractor can agree to do a job, [s]job was done but with substandard materials and poor workmanship. While not technically fraud but not being honest either.[/s]Thrashed. At what point do you or the complainant realize substandard materials were used in a project done in phases? Stop making up excuses bro! With that said, there was some recording where you allegedly admit to refunding some money. To me, that's admission of guilt. Unless you want to disprove it is not your voice on those recordings. The recordings are still on the thread and YouTube. Those asking frankly stupid questions can do some reading and stop being lazy.Dumbest part! What connection does the recording made in 2011 has with an issue that happened 2015? Are you this s.illy or just when I’m around? Please get smarter next time and stop acting naija “Jack Bauer” I believe you mentioned many pages ago you were arrested at least once. This is wrong in my opinion. Civil cases should not lead to an arrest. These are settled in magistrate court or small claims court. This is classic Naija-style bullying. Just pay the police to arrest anybody for any issue. The police know they can't hold anyone for a long time if not a criminal case unless they are being bankrolled by an heavyweight individual. [s]Next thing after release from police custody is court so your point as usual is nonsense.[/s]I wasn’t arrested but kidnapped because there was no entry and X-squad was going to deal with the officer who carried out the operation but I let him go because I’m not a weak person. The guy was only looking for his daily bread in a usual naija police tradition. I don’t make up stuffs. Just ask for evidence and I’ll send them. Well, [s]let's just say you've been embroiled in a shitload of complaints we have lost count.[/s]And you have to cook up lies to establish the truth ![]() Sigh! You always get them on a technicality, don't you? Maybe you're smart after all.And they always win on nairaland court filled with people like you. I’m not dumb! My advice for people - get contract signed on paper with an attorney present. Don't be a victim to technicality. Search people's names and aliases before hiring them.I guess you chose to ignore the part where I shared how safe NextHome contract made them feel. We can’t all be stupid at the same time. Moreover, sign up a contract that protects you. NextHome only do milestone based projects. We don’t move to a new stage until the previous stage has been satisfactorily completed. ______ Nice try but filled with bickering and excuses as usual. |
The only reason I always smile reading from nairaland page is because the allegations we read here are coming from those who are exposed and should act differently but I’m no longer surprised anymore because we are first Nigerians. ....including my friend megastar ![]() Some of the problems here are solved with simple before meets after pictures in my archive. I don’t waste my time talking. Just raise your allegation and I’ll share pictures. ______ By the way, is there no one who can fit a 4 bed duplex and 2 units of 3 bedroom flats into a half plot and get it signed and sealed for approval in Lagos state? I thought Brabus was a fraud for refusing to do this. ______ These nairaland pages reveal how dumb many of us are especially those seeking attention ![]() |
qdlvy:What I’m seeing here are lame excuses to score cheap internet points. What happen to Power of Attorney (POA) which allows someone else to act on your behalf. Do you even really care to know that Brabus didn’t even build a house for the complainant but was begged (I have evidence) to help rectify a bad build done by another contractor and the contract sum (which was executed) is not even up to the said N5m. I don't know which country you live in, same country where Al Mustapha, Oluomo, many ex-presidents, policemen, lecturers, primary school teachers sexually molesting kids, local iyalojas embezzling owo ajo, cultists, yahoo boys, Naira Marley, Mompha, even everyday people giving bribes, disobeying traffic laws, all of which are walking the streets free, not in jail. I know a lot of people who have committed fraud (I'm not accusing anyone of fraud, just making a point that your point is pointless, pun intended) and walking the street free. The country is a shitshow when it comes to upholding law and order. Besides, most cases of fraud in Nigeria are civil cases rather than criminal cases. Only the poor goes to jail in Nigeria. The only fraud I see here is a man who wanted to lay claim to what he didn’t pay. Let’s start from there. I wasn’t surprised they chickened out cos truth needs no defense ![]() To establish that there was a N5m fraud will require so much lies that nairaland pages can’t fill. This is no different from the man who claimed fake building plan approval all because he had land issues with a land urchin who seems to be too powerful to handle. He forgot he has once praised brabus here for the way he helped handled the LASG approval people and also recommended the same people to handle approval for his father’s project. Do you want to know the reason we went to court? It’s because they’ve tried SARS, Nigerian Army and the police but it didn’t work. It’s not easy winning a bad case. My question has always been the same. Tell me exactly what you paid for that I didn’t do. Just mention one and don’t cry! They always hit the brick providing answer to that simple question. _________ It’s a long day! Let me go shower. |

Stevo30:We have this in abundance in the south west too. The same thing for clay. I think we just got lazier all in the name of advancement. Faradng is also doing great with natural stone walls and ornaments.
|
hamtabfawaz:Can you share link to your past and recent works? I need to share it with my Oga. |
sgtponzihater1:We are all guided by our moral compass. When you see people using swear words and all others stuff on a public forum, you should know where they belong and what they have to offer. For me, I render my service to everyone. Abi no be so @megacontrol ? ![]() |
topsy23:You’re highly favored for the ongoing project BUT I’d appreciate if you can work with me at my level. Na kobokobo level 1 o ![]() We’re not going to ask you to compromise on your standards and also not make good project but we’d like you to see this as an opportunity to showcase the possibilities. This is a project that tick all the boxes without breaking bank. You know what to expect from Brabus. Good - Fast - Affordable. My client is reading this and he’d be happy we get on board the project. Planning for the finishes is already ongoing so it’s cool we bring in all the stakeholders at once. Let’s play. _________ The next thing you’d get from me are the M&E drawings. |
For 10+ years, the same boring story Ask wetin happen in clear and simple term? You’d hardly hear anything again. By the way where’s our N3m fraud chairman. I guess he’s gathering evidence against brabus since January. ![]() I saw “May Jesus allow what happen to me happpen to you” Wetin happen be the question. Meanwhile my 200k is still up for grab for any architect who can draw a 4 bedroom duplex and 2 units of 3 bedroom on a half plot and still get it signed and sealed for approval. Brabus is a fraud because he can’t do it. Runs outta thread.

hamtabfawaz:Let me drop this before them ban me again ![]() @hamtabfawaz I saw some good stuffs (wainscot, wall panel etc) that I like in your nairaland portfolio. Have you used kalsi plank before? Do you do fit outs and dry constructions (plasterboard, fiber cement boards and the likes)? @hapiness44 I notice what you’re doing. It got my attention. We’d get in touch soon. You can reach me at my permanent shop https://www.kobocity.com/u/brabusBrabus is n3xt. ______ Pic 1 & 2 - Kalsi Plank (shape of things to come) Pic 3 - Good job from @hapiness44

sgtkole:In situation like this, I look for other areas to save without compromising on standards. _______ Sometimes ago, I bought and prepared my 10mm stirrups (over 500 pcs) in Sagamu cos I got it cheaper there. We recently did a similar thing for @folmus His starter bars were prepared in Sagamu. _______ Just this evening, I delivered Formwork for the casting of columns, beams, Lintels and slab at my ongoing project. The intention is to eliminate the need to buy woods on the project. The savings can be channeled into something else.

kopell: Baba o! I can relate baba and understand your point but for ppl like us wey you give N50m - N100m job, doing hide and side no dey work o. I don’t bump into people but there are few times we just need to have unrestricted access to the Oga. I’m designing a project right now and my communication with the client must have shown to him my type of person. For every conversation we’ve had in the past two days I was engaged, there’s always a progress report. I’m not going to call you and say “Happy New Month Sir” or “Thank you for the job you gave us. God will bless you in Jesus name that we both serve” or “I hope you have not forgotten us sir” For every project I handle, there are thousand of decisions to be made and I will never take a unilateral decision without the approval of the Project Director (Home Owner). So if it’ll take me so long to achieve that then there’s a fundamental problem. I agree that some people do abuse the undue privilege given to them. |
