Try to see things from a global perspective. Posting things like this on front page, further divide black communities across the world. It doesn't make whites see Nigerians or Africans as better than African Americans. It makes the whites feel they have done their job in dividing us. White supremacy ideals are being promoted here. Your precept is true only up to a point. Women were designed to be beneath men thus allow these men to power to protect them and their children, but what does a man do when society makes it impossible to do his duty with such dubious notions as "gender equality", "feminism" and much such nonsense? I still remember the days when this problem was still alien to the African American community but emerging, and a typical African American house-hold was not much different from a typical White American household(that is of course if you ignore economic factors and perhaps educational attainment). There was an early realization back then by African American intellectuals that feminism would eventually destroy the African American family structure, and they were dead center correct in their fear. Fast-forward into the future and witness a raging drug abuse problem, teenage pregnancy/promiscuity, virtually not-existent educational attainment and a general demographic character that has become a disgrace to the western, developed world.

The worst thing to happen to Black America is not slavery(after the slaves were freed, blacks were making progress, believe it or not, with black schools, black businesses flourishing and the black community depending on each other for progress), but liberalism, which eventually bore the magic bullet, feminism, that destroyed the African American community.

In one moment you say women are created to be beneath men, then in the next you dedicate an epistle to the power of these inferior beings. How is that possible?

If you don't blame women, feminists and mothers, you will have to face up to the role of men in life. And you can't let that happen, can you?

The reasons you gave aren't very valid. It kind of indicates that you aren't passionate enough to break through the normal obstacles that come with learning whole working. Fast-paced work environments like is often seen in Software Engineering require grit, determination and top notch time management skills (there are always deadlines in life). And it comes across like you are struggling with those traits. Trust me, 90% of Software Engineers have "googling" as one of the key soft skills.

While I understand that it can be a very difficult balancing act, it's something that can be done if you really want to accomplish it. Review your position, plan your time, be disciplined and you can overcome these resistance. Or does the prospect of earning $30 or $50/hr not motivate you enough?

Ask around about CFA exam that is required in the Finance industry. It's one of the most brutal exams. And is taken mostly by people working in banking or finance. They have to juggle their time between working and preparing for the exam. And a lot of people succeed at doing that. Is it easy? NO. Is it doable? ABSOLUTELY!!
