Please, you guys should just let Ghana be and let them vote for who pleases them. Heck, they can vote for O'Neal if they wish. There is a reason why they've never won it before and we've achieved the feat three times.

It's getting really irritating seeing you guys almost pleading with them.
ComputersHow To Build A PC by Briareos(op): 4:52pm On Jul 17, 2013
Hello Computer Guru in the house.

I want to build a customized PC to suit my video editing works. Do anybody here know where I can get the parts like;

- Motherboard
- Rams
- Processors
- fans

and all the other parts I need. I can do the coupling - I'm only interested in knowing where I can get the original parts in Nigeria.

Thanks in advance.
TV/MoviesRe: If You Watch BBA You Are An Outstationed Beverly Osu ! by Briareos(m): 2:53am On Jul 17, 2013
It baffles me how people who supported some one by obtaining a form for her, nominating her and eventually voted her into a particular position will later turn around to oppose this same person for 'living up to her game' ! All participants of the BBA Chase were briefed of the rules of the game. Most of all who watch the show know the expectations of the organizers.

I put it to every one out there who watch and relish the event in the house(BBA)to stop criticizing Beverly because you encouraged her into the house, you are the ones keeping her there and will most likely be the ones to help her clinch the price money.
WHY THE RAGE NOW ? When it was reported that a group of lawyers in Addis Ababa Ethiopia were making plans to sue Betty Abera(BBA house mate) for having s,e,x in public which could earn her a possible 6 years jail term, most of you cried foul! But it's different now because it has happened to one of your own right ?
Not trying to be holier than thou;morally speaking, what is there to learn from BBA ?
Alcohol, obscene language,n.u.dity,sex,hatred & false love(lust)are the stock in trade of the show !
The organizers know it too well that if they bring in a celebrity like pokelo to take her bath and wash her undies in the open, viewers will ask for more !-They achieved their aim on you the outstationed ''Beverlies'' !
The organizers know that if they keep alcohol in the midst of Beverly & that Rasta man, there is bound to be sex,- Their aim was again achieved on these house mates !See below a quote of an insider:
''While nominations, tasks and diary sessions take place, what keeps the housemates going is the alcohol. It is like their oxygen. And Big Brother seems to provide it in plenty.''
Which parent on this forum will like to see her girl child drunk,go n,u.d,e publicly,'fin.gere.d'in his very eyes, slept with in public and given STD(Chlamydia)? IF YOU ARE THAT PARENT,PLS IGNORE MY ADVICE AND CONTINUE TO WATCH BBA !
I 'love' gay people but will not give them a path on the back for continuing gay practices. For ''Christians''out there,if you enjoy watching big brother,i would advise you visit any p.o.rn. movie store near you and with just 1k you will get a hand full of pornographi.c movies to 'enjoy' until the holy spirit start's to convict/convince you as HE did and still doing FOR me that dissuaded me from watching BBA inspite of the desire/push i some times have !
I am not a saint but with the help of the holy spirit i try to fight my weaknesses to resist the devil so he can flee from me!

God help us all
You seem to be quite conversant with the happenings in the Big Brother House. Could it be that the Holy Spirit revealed the happenings to you while you were watching TBN on DSTv? undecided

People, I think the best bet for us is to vote for Dillish. By voting for Bassey, we might be digging our own grave.

Also, Namibians voted aggressively for Melvin - we can't afford to lose a confirmed ally over a brother that might not be there for us. This is a strategic game and not a family reunion.

#Team Dillish.

Dollarmind: If this is what you get after doing your google search then am afraid you are wrong.... You are conducting ur researh from a tribalist point of view...

Because after doing my own research I realize that Prof. Wole Soyinka:

1. Was awarded the 1986 Nobel Prize in Literature, the first person in Africa and the diaspora to be so honoured.

2. He took an active role in Nigeria's political history and its struggle for independence from Great Britain.

3. In 1965, he seized the Western Nigeria Broadcasting Service studio and broadcast a demand for the cancellation of the Western Nigeria Regional Elections.

4. In 1967 during the Nigerian Civil War, he was arrested by the federal government of General Yakubu Gowonand put in solitary confinement for two years.

5. Soyinka has strongly criticised many Nigerian military dictators, especially late General Sanni Abacha, as well as other political tyrannies, including the Mugabe regime in Zimbabwe.

6. he was a professor first at Cornell University and then at Emory University in Atlanta, where in 1996 he was appointed Robert W. Woodruff Professorof the Arts.

7. From 1975 to 1999, he was a Professor of Comparative Literatureat the Obafemi Awolowo University, then called the University of Ife. With civilian rule restored in 1999, he was made PROFESSOR EMERITUS.

8. Soyinka has been a Professor of Creative Writing at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In the fall of 2007 he was appointed Professor in Residence at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California, US.
A beam of light at the end of a very, very, long dark tunnel.

Policewoman: You are now playing the tribalism card when it suits you. Why will Jonathan not be allowed to complete his term before crucifying him? Do we know how enormous the problem of this country is? The guy is trying. I agree there are areas he needs improvement. But an outright condemnation is not something i will agree with.
In your haste to continue your propagation for GEJ (whether you are paid to do it or you just celebrate that much is of no concern to me), you classify everyone as anti-GEJ and attack even without need to.

Or maybe, you simply don't understand my post or this reply is not for me...even a primary school student will understand I'm preaching Nigerian should look beyond any tribe and campaign for credible people non-withstanding which part of the country they come from.

olaheavy1: Whether Wole Soyinka made 3rd or 2nd class grade, it doesn't matter. What matters is the fact that he's an over-achiever. At the end of the day, who was the first Blackman and the first African to win a Nobel laurel for Literature? The answer is Wole Soyinka.
Most roguish kids yearning bullsh!t are from the East. Thus, my question to them is: what grades did both Chinua Achebe and Jonathan make? The Easterners are
sinking fast and they're taking Jonathan and his hippopotamus of a wife with them. SMH.
Sh*t like this irritates me to high heavens. I've realized that the proponents of CA vs WS are lowlifes that know nothing about literature. I love the both of them and I'm glad they grace and graced this world with their works. Where they come from is of no importance to me. They both opened my eyes to horizons that was sheathed by the giant imperialistic entity in the form of our colonial masters.

houstonia: see what I'm saying, one of soyinka's offsprings. Professor E.J Alagoa the greatest Niger Delta historian made a statement and I quote "a bright scholar is one who is capable of making the most complex statement easy enough for the ordinary man to understand " the more reason Awolowo made sure vanacular was encouraged in teaching science to the first partakers of the free education scheme. At the stage Nigeria is getting, With your big grammar you might get a job that would only afford you an internet for posting your stupid thoughts.
No need for insults, bro. I made an observation. And you called that big grammar? Seriously, dude?

houstonia: students have more than enough motivation, it's lectures who need to phucking understand they need not to deprive a student. Funny as Soyinka may sound, I think he has phucked up, we respected him more with the old perspective. So he even made a 2.1 if he was so bright why didn't he make a first class. BiiitchNigger was this even necessary? In nigeria We respect 1class, 2.2 and 3class even more because we understand how they came to be. Nigga couldn't even try. Looooool
Your post reeks of sheer envy in its undiluted form.

Policewoman: While the Southwest press is busy trying to dent the image of our first lady by asking for a foolish debate, their brother Fasheun is busy betraying them by aligning with their former tormentor-in-chief, Mustapha to throw mud in their faces. The OPC leader even chartered a plane full of his members to escort him to Kano, yet they vent their frustrations on GEJ and PEJ. No wonder they have no single political position amongst the first 6.Confusion is their midle name.
Is it about having political position amongst the first 6 or having competent people in the first 6? Don't let tribalism destroy this country.

GEJ has been prez for quite sometimes now - of what direct benefit is it to Bayelsans? Sambo has been vice for sometimes too, of what benefit is he to his state? Even David Mark? Lets see beyond our noses and understand the political structure of this country. It is never inter-tribal, but between the politicians and the rest of Nigerians.

This is what the inability to read has caused on Nigerians. Many people here haven't read a single page before on Wole Soyinka. They heard somebody who heard another person heard that Wole Soyinka is a Nobel Laurette. They also heard he came out with a third class. That is the extent of their knowledge on him. With that in mind, it is not difficult to understand all the rubbish they are spewing on him here.

Its either Nando is extremely immature or just plain vindictive. If he is got any sense, he should have sheath his sword this week and wait till next week to nominate Melvin when the celebrity status on him would have gone down.

Anyways, its all good for our boy as Africa will see him as a victim of injustice nomination by Nando. grin grin

pinky lips: : Cleo is dangerous.....she and sulu finally talk about tomorrows nomonations, infact they have code names for elikem n pokello, they now call dem black and white, black for elikem n white for pokello, cleo suggests not just nominating black n white all thru so that they don't end up both being nominated and he sulu gets in a position to save either of them, cleo suggested its best even sulu himself is up with black n white so he can save himself n put angelo up alongside pokello and elikem, its obvious sulu n cleo are in oneza's camp cos cleo said oneal n feza have to be updated abt dis decision bfore the nominations tomorrow, clewo went on to tell sulu that this would be d final chance pokello has in d house since she brags abt being nominated constan not evicted but trust sulu d confusionist,he couldn't see reasons why he had to nominated just as cleo suggestd,he just wasn't reasoning wit cleo on that but cleo ended up convincing him that d perfect situation would be where elikem, sulu n pokello will be up so he can save himself n put angelo as long as both elikem n pokello are up.....never knew cleo was dis dangerous,as it is she has some beef for pokello even before they came to big brother house,I guess pokello dissed her at an event sometime back, she said even her manager specifically warned her abt pokello...meanwhile for beverly,I see a repeat of dellish n hakeem's type of weekly nominating themselves wenever d houses merge, sulu has sworn to keep nominating beverly till she leaves.....oneal has complete authority of sulu's brains....d drama in bba just started frm dis week.

dominique: And we're supposed to take his word for it? That ideot Nando seems like someone that can slander anybody to any extent just to feel better about his pathetic self. Why is he just revealing this piece of information after Selly just returned to the house? Didn't he just tell his housemates that he didn't go all the way with her when they were playing the truth or dare game? Which do we believe now? The STD story or the story that they didn't do anything? Why isn't Selly exhibiting any of these STD symptoms abi for only man body STD dey show? That boy is nothing but a psychotic deranged lier that has no business in the house in the firstplace. Gosh!!! I'm effin pissed! How I wish he can exhaust all his strikes and get the hell outta the house.
My heart actually bleeds for Selly. Even though she messed up, the amount of pressure she's been under this past week is enough to make anyone crack. Maybe its even the pressure that's affecting her skin colour cos apart from her skin, there's something about her face that's off-putting. Lesson to everybody out there not to let raging hormones get the best of them. Farewell Selly cry
STD can reside in a woman's body without showing any visible symptoms until the disease has almost killed her. But for a guy - it is almost immediate.
