Mad_Max:
Are. If your skin can't stand the stuff, stop tormenting the poor thing na. What does Vitamin E do for the skin exactly? Skin cells are dead, remember? Why must it take its vitamins- to grow big and strong? Antioxidants work best from the inside. Eat foods containing those or take supplements. Honestly, never mind all the extravagant claims cosmetic merchants make for their products. There are few things with demonstrable benefits for the skin, and by far the most effective are got from your diet. Drinks tons of water, protect your skin from the sun, and eats lots of fruits and as much vegetables as you can stand several times a week, and see what that does for your skin in a few months. The costliest moisturisers can't rival it.

Tinubu's Mantra: Je'un soke

Fashola's Matra: Eko o ni ba'je

Need I say more?

OSU MI O!

felele:
I find myself agreeing with Tpia's rant about the illiteracy of some of these people trying to get on Fashola's nuts. Mr chuxy, are you dyslexsic or somethinghuh Read this name - Richard Akinola, and tell me if it also means Babatunde Raji Fashola in your language. Odenson, dundee united, alai ni ironu, ero galatia!!!

Are you so silly that you cannot read toohuh The person who went to court is well known to VERY MANY Lagosians, and is not a nobody. The idiots making the unsubstantiated allegations however, are not known to anyone, just like their sponsor, who cannot seem to find any of his secondary school classmates in Lagos. Nobody remembers knowing him, growing up on Lagos Island, which he claims he grew up on. The man is a foreigner in Lagos, and is behaving exactly like that. He conducts himself like some kind of conqueror, sharing the spoils of war with his goons like Ashafa, Afikuyomi, Banire and others.

Wo, you people should stop this nonsense at once, or else, the flames you are stoking will end up consuming you. A word is enough for the wise.

We are going to court to demand that the Lekki-Epe Expressway Concessioning Agreement be cancelled with immediate effect, and some land allocated to the so-called "private-sector participants" in the deal be revoked. I refer specifically to the 1500 hectares of prime Lekki Land awarded to ARM in the Ibeju-Lekki Area, also known as the New Lagoon City.

So, you see, we have your balls in our hands, and at the right time, we will clap. I should like to see your reaction then. Meanwhile, please do not make the grevious mistake of assuming that you people have the monopoly of violence, intimidation and harrasment. You will be surprised at how far a people will go to preserve their liberty, when it becomes obvious that someone is trying to enslave them in their own land.

N3 billion per month ko, 3 kobo per month ni!!! Mscheeeeewwww!!! Oshi o da ni ile pako.

Just touch on hair on Fashola's head, and una go know say even madman get relatives!!!

i had my wedding low-keyed
and a small reception after that
i doubt if we even spent 150k sef
well that was ages ago
guess thats the fad now big society weddings
so therefore having a big wedding doesn't guarantee the success of the wedding
everyone these days seem to be more interested in showing off than being true to themselves
most people prepare 6mos to a yr for the wedding day than the marriage itself
then you wonder why the divorce rates have increased

Spit ups (regurgitation) may be normal in children less than 1 yr old and they are usually a cause for concern for many parents. It may take longer to resolve in babies who are born premature.

Severity of spit ups may be a perception of the parent especially those who have other children that didn't have that problem. So, we must bear in mind that each child is different.

However, severe spit ups may be a sign of gastro esophageal reflux disease and will be associated with excessive crying, irritability, inadequate weight gain, inadequate mental development.

I got an article on gastroesophageal reflux disease that might be helpful.

dear doc
i dont know if this is the right place to write this
my baby who is now 6mos old has been having serious spit ups since like 1mos of age
any one i talk to say its just normal
but is it normal to spit up almost 1oz of breast milk after feeding like 4 oz of milk?
its really strange and i dont know what to do
at first i thot she might have a milk allergy or some gastro intestinal issues pls advise

my first 2 kids had regular spit ups as infants

p.s i make sure i burp her for about 15mins every time i feed her
and i dont put her in a lying position for about an hour after eating
do i need to be worried about anything?
expecting a reply soon thanks
