Watinhapen: Men that can’t control their wives aren’t supposed to be called men. This is my personal view. They haven’t born a woman that will insult me in my own house. i make half payment on December 2022 to the lawyer and make the lawyer understand the situation of thing at the moment and he accept with me sum of 275k that's 6 month payment so hoping before June/July i will be paid the remaining half. fast forward to August 16 i message the lawyer
again on whatsapp again concerns the second half payment which i did another 275k but to my surpise after paying the said amount i got quit notice letter just 1 weeks after making payment that i shoudn't renew my rent again and i should leave the house before january 14 or by january 14. so i went to the lawyer office and let him know how i feel about this that what my offend and when you know you're given me QUIT NOTICE why collecting money from me again and he doesnt respond to my question saying the landlady complain my wife doesnt use to greet her whereas we are living in the same compound but we tenant have our own gate while the landlord have their own personal gate and compound we doesn't share the same compound because there's demarcation between the tenant and landlord.
my problem and concerns at the moment is i dont have money yet on me to rent another apartment i will really need enough time. I want people here to enlighten me on this under the law, is it how it works in Lagos state and secondly i was told they are coming for inspection of my apartment by November if i made any damage in the apartment when am still living in the apartment likewise am new to this i pay for damage the sum of 60k i never damage anything in the apartment still this moment everything is in order. i really better knowledge on this about the quite notice and inspection of house around November because i dont trust the landlord for who they claim to be PASTOR

I have visited every other state in South West, they are like second home to me. Oyo, Ogun ekiti, Ondo, and Lagos state.

In South East, I have visited Abia Enugu, Anambra, IMO
In Northern side, I have visited Kogi, Kwara and Abuja
But the state I love most apart from my state is Akwa Ibom.
I served in Akwa Ibom and I can tell you that Akwa Ibom is the best state in southern part of Nigeria.

HISSCRIBE1995: I noticed that the jehova witnesses around me usually feel uncomfortable when a christian song is been played but they are quick to dance and sing along to secular (even ungodly ) songs. They seems not to like hearing a christian sermon but would prefer to listen to sermons from other faith (islam)
Now the question is - why do these people react this way but chose to be more positive to unchristian subject rather than christian subject of which they are already familiar with. Officers of the Kick Against Indiscipline (KAI) have taken deliberate efforts to eradicate illegal markets in Lagos.
On the order of the commissioner for environment, Tokunbo Wahab, the officers were seen packing food items like yams and pepper owned by Traders running illegal markets at CMD/Magodo axis.
In a video shared the commissioner’s twitter account, they were seen packing all these items into their vehicles in order to restore normalcy in the area.
It would be recalled that two days ago, the commissioner announced that LAWMA has sealed Oyingbo and Alayabiagba markets in Lagos following series of unheeded warnings.
He also mentioned that other Other markets that risk imminent shut-down for improper waste disposal and sundry environmental infractions include: Tejuosho Model Market Phase 1, Ladipo Market in Mushin, Anjorin Market, Irewolede Plank Market, Idi-Araba Obele Market, Oni Baba Market,Oba Morufu International Market, formerly known as Ejigbo Market, Ijora 7UP Market, Okeafa Plank Market, Ifelodun Fruit Market, Amukoko, among others.

This is the 3rd time of me replacing my tv set in the last 2years. Whenever I run out of money, I search for anything valuable to sell in my home, with the mindset that I will replace it. Which I normally do but sometimes it takes time because i know i might sell it again within some weeks. This is getting on me deeply with the number of cartons of phones and receipts from same equipments I no longer have. My generator is another thing to talk about that my neighbors and landlord are starting to gossip because I can't explain changing of generator to and fro when its always placed outside.

21Ogodol: A family friend who’s a Jehovah’s Witness, said Jehovah’s Witness parents are allowed to perform rites for their children even thou they choose to marry a non witness, that it’s not against the law of the organization and any man who choose not to sit(be it an Elder or a member) is acting so based on his personal belief and not under Jehovah’s Witness.
I have seen cases of daughters getting married and their fathers not attending their traditional marriage or even accepting to collect dowery because she dint marry a witness and he cannot partake in her sin.
One girl said the Dad asked her spouse to first become a witness and get baptized before he can accept her as a son-inlaw and many more like that …
Now this our family friend who is saying it’s not against the law of Jehovah’s Witness is getting me confused and leaving me with so many questions 🧐🧐
