Two months of non drinking alcohol since I took a break Dec 31, 2023. I notice regular headache as stop ,the mouth ulcers no more and I don't feel one side of my stomach itching again, I may consider a longer break. Reason for taking the break was constant headaches for almost 3 months while alabukun and Panadol extra as turn to my daily medicine , itching beside the stomach and mouth ulcers but I don't feel them anymore. It's difficult stopping because last month, I had different symptoms just for taking the break alone and still end up getting injection from the doctor due to fever and some medication from doctor
