I am in Abuja and the dentist I met in the general hospital at kubwa seems to be an experienced one base on recommendation that took me there. Just tired of this whole thing. My best food is swallow cos I have given up on chewing

My dear, I am almost tired of this tooth issue. I removed two six years ago, since then I and meat have never been friends again, I hardly enjoy any food that demands chewing. Early this year, I went for check up and then treatment, x-ray was done, the dentist (chief consultant) okayed it and that there is no hole in any tooth, She gave me drugs and asked me to come for check after some days. I went back, she examined it and asked one of her staff to clean up my teeth and I was advised on teeth maintenance/health care, yet I have been feeling a kind of opening which most times result to pains if I mistakenly eat on that side of my teeth.

Please, somebody help a brother with a good tooth paste other than sensodyn for someone who has tooth issue. Also a solution to stained teeth.
