Do you mean you want to replace those with buttons, or you want to identify which of the knobs controls the a/c?
If you mean the later, then that is the knob right in front of you. The one with the fan symbol graded Hi and Low is the major control of your a/c and its fan speed.
And the other lever with blue-white-and-red markings is the a/c's second control for cooling. The bluer the cooler. The
The lever with the semicircle-in-car symbol represents your choice of air intake for the a/c. To recycle air within the car, you use it. More ideal for inner city driving... |

lacicrips: Last month, I bought a washing machine and a microwave oven from Jumia which they delivered. The washing machine worked well, but the microwave on the other hand failed to heat my food, just showing lights. I emailed them about the issue, and they replied back and asked that I repack it. In 48hrs, the same delivery man who delivered came to pick it up. In less than 24hrs, they emailed and texted back that the item has been received and that they've converted it to a voucher and that I was free to reorder with it. I emailed back and told them I'd prefer a refund instead, and provided my account number. The following day I saw my money in my account.
Why am I saying this? These are new companies in a very challenging field operating in a country such as Nigeria where things don't work. We've got to be patient with these guys, and continually let them keep innovating. They aren't even making profits yet, just living on investors' money and hope.
I buy virtually everything, especially electronics from either stores depending on availability and pricing, and the experience has been okay so far, though you have to be patient sometimes.
The one area I will fault both companies is their deals and promo sales - they're mostly scams, and I don't know why they do this. Its either the promo products are sold out or they give a ridiculous price and then discount it to the normal price of the item - very dishonest. And both companies are guilty of this.
Overall, in the next 3-5years, these companies would be doing great. That I'm sure of. The voice of hope and reality. God bless your wisdom. |

BTT: At the risk of repeating the sounds, the Sahara Reporters' approach was rude and less smart.
I truly do not know what philosophy SR is built on, but an approach like this won't let you get results. Were the purpose to thoroughly embarrass and humiliate Mugabe and his host, then good job. But if the purpose was to get a productive dialogue and subsequent global audience, then SR obviously blew it due to their non-professionalism. It is only in a dialogic engagement with the 'dictator' that subtle wits can be employed to drive your point not in this monologic flog of tantrums.
Most people here cheering the act are obviously oblivion of the tenets of journalism.
Mugabe, as well as Sahara Reporters must learn to know when to stop lording it. |

Within the week, I have bought at Mobil Onipanu, Conoil Lekki - by Cisco transport, Oando Awolowo Rd Ikoyi and MRS Bar-Beach at 87. Maybe I parted with some sum for gallon but all mentioned filling stations have good calibration especially the Conoil Lekki. (I have used all my last card to store up fuel o- I no fit enter that kain last week corner wey make me go dey beg agbero to sell 8 litres aka 10 litres to me for 4000 abeg) Again, seems most of the hiking stations have ceremoniously bade bye to subsidy. Please don't arrest him. It is not necessary. By the way, if you should, on what charge would that be? Assault? The same offence the mum is legally culpable of?
The guy has no moral standing to SLAP HIS MOTHER. Or any woman his mother's age for that matter! What came over him!?
We are Africans, and we unilaterally obey and never question our parents. This is only good to some extent. Parents too should learn the boundaries of their liberties, and of course understand the transition of their children from the nappy tying crawler to the car driving bearded man.
The mum has absolute no right to throw his guest or girlfriend out of HIS house. It was zealousness taken too far. (Check, the same girlfriend is associated with the son's prosperous rise).
Mum went too far. Son went too far. It is pure family 'ish' and introducing the police equation will take everything south.
Everybody must sit and talk together, a respected family member should be available to portion blames where due.
The guy's opinion should be respected. It is the way to earn his respect. He shouldn't have to go donating slaps to earn it. |

She was afraid she would loss your friendship if she said 'yes' to you. That probably explains the reason for her long 'no' status. You obviously can't be blamed for that.
I believe you still have feelings for her. If she makes contact, please be open (available) to her. The friend took an opportunity - at the time she brought her to your place, I am sure they've strongly discussed you but your 'friend' lived in the illusion that you will never love someone else. Events have proved.
As it is, you three are still single. Don't make contact with any of them, just give yourself a time-line, if your 'friend' makes contact, oblige her. If her friend does, discuss the situation and prove to her you never dated her friend. If none of them beat your time-line, move on.
Love is a 2 way thing and should be nurtured.
Playing hard to get gets you played hard- tell your friend I said so.
Peace. Out. |

Lordsocrates: #SCRIBBLING_WITH_THE_BLOOD_OF_T HE_SLAIN. #OrO_NATION_WEEPS as more than 25 able bodied Youths fall to the sword of #MiliTAnTs
In Esuk Afang (Afang beach) in Esuk Ndek Iyak (fresh fish beach) in Udua Usen Ubok( morning Market) in the streeets, in the whole Oron Nation, one can hear nothing but nonstop wailing, even in the Crack/weed joint, the silence is deafening, one cannot but here the silent defeaning mourning muffed up cries, as the youths mourn their comrades, the Mothers are crying for their sons, the fathers silently mourning their inheritors, and the Youths are left hearbroken, These Blood will never stop wailing, Noooo, it won't.
Oron town a region of Akwa ibom state, because of its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean ranks with its oil rich land, ranks as one of the greatest contributers to the NAtional revenue, as a border town (Nigeria and Cameroon) its citizens wadle to and fro cameroon via the boundless atlantic Ocean, in search of their daily bread.
however, it was only the bad roads and the hike in transportation cost that traders had to contend with, but 3, 4 years ago the Militants left the terrorising of expatriates at the creeks, and came to terrorise the poor petty traders who risk the boundless length of the Atlantic, not for wealth acquisition but just enough to feed self and family. At first, they robed whole ship of the assortments of imports amounting to millions, there after because of being unable to sell off, the took to robbing the traders of the money meant for procurement of their commodity, ( because of the strigent requirement for opening accounts in cameroon, traders couldn't travel light) there after they Militants had a shortie on land which every ship had to pay #150,000 before it could trade on the water..
This eventually led to the traders sending emissaries to the Governors Office to come to their aid, like always the Govt promised to look into it, by probably setting a committee to the effect, The militant however, got whim of the appeal and increased their toll to 200k, but yet the government did nothing. And appeal to the president reportedly suffered the same fate.
However after suffering under the hands of this militant for years unending, some able bodied youth, youth with valour, youth with fearles courage, came together, reportedly more than 30 of them, came to try their best in alleviatinng the plight of their suffering parent.. Since the Government has left us to suffer and die in the hands of this militants, we. Could as well die fighting, rather than suffer and die in silence.
They all left together, scarcely armed to confront the Militants, the monstrosity, that have been pillaging the Economy of their home for long, bringing it almost to a stand still, they left barely Armed, barely prepared... The left and sojourned into the sea, into the Atlantic to confront the krackan, to confront the Leviathan monster in its lair.....
However, unknown to these Gallant youths, Unknown to these men of pure valor, a judas had gone off to tell on them to the jews, unknown to them, Ephialtes Had told of their Leonidas hearted Oronian led 25 to the Persian(militants). Hence, the militant ensnared and trapped them, and Since its the open Ocean we are talking about here, no road to run, no hill or mountain to lie concealed, no bush to hide. The Oro Men of valor fought bravely to the bitter end. Their decapitated mutilated bodies, were there after brought to land, to the cries and wails of the whole Oro Nation, ,to this moment, the town mourns on.the were the Bravest, they were the strongest, and they were all men of valor,
I may not have the gun, nor the ammunition nor the jazz, but I have my #quil and my #ink_bottle.. And I will mount my battle from here... The Govt left us to fight, if we can't win against these insurgence, we are so going to be turning back to them... Only this time, the have the blood of this time, we are writing to them with the blood of our fallen heroes... And we would fight to the end.. #ORo_Afang_ki #Oro_Liberatio_Front #stop_the_Marginalization Nigerians, slaughtering each other since 1914. May their souls rest in peace. |
