Some of us are not eligible to vote, but Trump's policies affects alot of countries in the world. E.g. His brouhaha and attacks on WHO in which Nigeria is a strong beneficiary of selfless healthcare programs. His attacks on Canada (I am Canadian) too affects both Canadians and Americans e.g. the tariff on steel - cutting the nose to spite the face.
