Christianity Etc › Re: Why The Earth Surface Looks Flat by budaatum: 4:20pm On Dec 26, 2019
EMILO2STAY:
the solar eclips occurs when the sun meets up with the moon and is obscured by the moon for a short period of time before the sun passes on and restores its light. This happens because the sun is faster than the moon in its orbit around the face of the earth.
Till today no one really know what causes the lunar eclipse for sure. The saying that it is the earths shadow that causes the lunar reclios os wrong because many times the sun and the moon have been seen in the sky during a lunar eclipse.
I'm beginning to think you are here to intentionally mislead the less knowledgeable, and I'm delighted that apart from the slumbering guy, you are woefully. failing. Just see yourself, choosing willful ignorance though you likely know better. Surely you meant to say "across the face of the flat earth"? And who says "no one knows", when many have educated you extensively on much researched eclipses here in this thread?

Thankfully, your words endureth for future generations as education that the flat is indeed earth!

Christianity Etc › Re: China Will Rewrite The Bible And The Quran To 'reflect Socialist Values' by budaatum: 4:07pm On Dec 25, 2019
It is a shame that no one has bothered to point out that socialism is actually biblical and quranical already, and needs no rewrite to justify it.

I guess Jesus' "feed my sheep", and, "Love one another as the Father loves you", is not socialism to some, just as paying sadaqa isn't socialism to some neither, because their understanding of God is a 'me, myself and my own' sort, and not a "Love thy neighbour" sort, despite today being Christmas, the day of celebration of the life of a Socialist who refused to concern himself with himself but died for the rest of you!

Just take any of the allegations and research it. Avoid mainstream media links and use websites with good reputation. Google is a good place to start despite their censorship on conservatives like how they quickly removed 'Cofefe' from the search engine after Trump tweeted it....
If one does not search well enough, one might believe your lies when the truth is Trump himself deleted his own tweet and no one removed 'Cofefe' from anywhere as a simple search shows.

Sad thing is lies like these just stop me reading you any further (though now I've said this, I'll try read to the end).

Mr unstable asslicker, stop shifting goal post. You said Nigerians' laziness is responsible for every problem in the country.
Thankfully, this is Nairaland, where we write stuff and it remains forever..Show where I said "Nigerians' laziness is responsible for every problem in the country", and prove you are not just some lazy fuq who can't be responsible for himself and expects bubu to feed him!

P.s. Your lazy thinking is responsible for your own problems and starvation). Thankfully, there's a lot of hard working Nigerians who are not lazy like you, as shown by our collective choice of bubu over the alternatives.

The average man on the street is the reason why politicians are able to do the nonsense that they do in Nigeria. They take the petty trinkets from politicians to turn a blind eye, or vote. They pay the bribes for public services. They even elicit bribes themselves in their day-to-day lives.

They may be the victim but they are also the problem.
Perhaps he'd see this and learn instead of expecting the leaders, who have never given a damn about him, to give a damn about him.

Lazy fuqs dig their own pits!

Because you blame every problem in Nigeria, not on the leader, who is the cause, but on the common man on the street, who is the victim.

The way you are always shifty in your stand shows you are some irresponsible fellow
The leader is not the cause of every problem in Nigeria, and thinking he is is actually lazy thinking in itself, just as calling me shifty and irresponsible without knowing me at all is lazy too.

But even more lazy is blaming the leader for your laziness. I'll call that the ultimate lazy fuq!
Politics › Re: 'Nigeria’s economy under siege over bad government choices’ by budaatum: 5:28pm On Dec 24, 2019
You should show where "The likes of budaatum thinks Nigeria economy is bad because the common man on the street is lazy" instead of showing how lazy you are in not comprehending buda.

The likes of budaatum thinks Nigeria economy is bad because the common man on the street is lazy. Can you imagine!

If rice goes for 50k per bag, he will still cover for Buhari and blame the common man on the street.

I'm forced to conclude that all APC Supporters are bunch of idiots. It's like their brains have been evacuated. Their reasonings are upside down. And it baffles me how they mange not to know that they are acting like Idiots.

Politics › Re: Staff Of Atiku’s Radio, TV Stations Lament Non-payment Of Salaries by budaatum: 2:11pm On Dec 24, 2019
luluosas:
Just confirmed the news.

I learnt that the new GMD of Atiku conglomerate an Indian man discovered the embezzlement of the station's funds by the management of Gotel Communications. In fact, staff now realised that they usually generate about 10 million naira monthly for the station, which they never knew before but yet, Alh. Atiku was the one that was shouldering the staff salaries until the Indian came.
Now, the MD of the station is in the bad books of the board as he is being accused of embezzling the station, hence this current salary debacle.

Be that as it may, staff were last paid in August, when they were paid their three months owed by the management. Now, four months is ending and no hope in sight for the dejected members of staff at Gotel Communications.

In fact, the last salah celebration was a challenging one for the mostly Moslem filled firm, as there was no salary for the celebration.
I just hope that Alh. Atiku Abubakar will hear their cry so as to settle them before the new year sets in.

Already, the few Christians among them may depend on borrowed money to celebrate their Christmas because there's no hope in sight when their four months salary will be paid.

By the way, information has it that 4 billion naira cash was recovered from the house of Atiku's long standing ally, Late Alh. Umar Pariya, by the Atikus. Does anyone knows about this?

My heartfelt sympathy to the staff of Gotel Communications over the trauma they may be experiencing now as a result of none salary.

It is well.
Thanks for the enlightenment. Please post source, you know how sceptical people are.

This is how Atiku would have been getting Nigeria working tiredlessly.

Once Again, i want to thank the patriotic Nigerians that made sure a fraud is not the one holding key to our national resources and power. Same Atiku recently gifted Senator Ningi a Toyota Landcruiser SUV is the same Atiku refusing to pay workers their wages whilst gifting his pals choice vehicles fits into his creed..Keep friends happy. Destitute workers. Same pattern played out in All Govt enterprises he privatised..
I join you in thanking "the patriotic Nigerians that made sure a fraud is not the one holding key to our national resources and power".

Because of them, I have hope for Nigeria my country.

You are typical, like your typical politicians
As long as they are ok, the society around them can rot
,
How is asking for electricity in this age and time waiting for bubu to feed me?
Bubu like most selfish asss sent his kids abroad, gets medicals abroad, that's how most Nigerians were brought up, no sense of communal building,
I think a person who knows the above, that "selfish asss sent his kids abroad, gets medicals abroad", but is asking for these same politicians to provide them what they need is a bit dumb. You know they only look out for themselves but are here wailing that they do not look out for you. It is very obvious, as you yourself have clearly pointed out, that they are not as interested in communal building as you would like, though, I wonder why one would be waiting for them to come be communal when you can just open your door and be as communal with your neighbours as you wish. Is bubu your neighbour, perhaps, and he's refusing to commune with you?

No, I'm not typical, as you can see for yourself. I don't wait for politicians to make things good or better for me. They never have and likely never will. I don't believe manna falls from heaven neither. I get off my ass and work for my food instead. And yes, I buy medicals abroad, because it is superior to Made in Nigeria and I want to live and growing bitter leave allows me to afford to.

If you wish to work communally, I'm more than willing since we'd plant lots of bitter leave together on my farm and I can come help you plant whatever you plant on your's. But if you sit on your lazy ass when I'm off to my farm however, I'm not stupid enough to communal my fruits with you when you don't communal the labor with me. As Chief Zebrudia would say, "Go and plant your own daily bread instead of waiting for bubu to plant it for you!"
Christianity Etc › Re: Cleared by budaatum: 10:42pm On Dec 23, 2019
The above sounds like "practise religion" (which is what Nigerians do), and not worship God.

Hear God say "Worship Me"!

“Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground”, and be blessed with the reward of worship.

And hear "worship God" according to Christ with his, "whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me", and Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you, turn the other cheek to those who slap you, give your shirt to those who take your coat, and to everyone who asks of you do not demand back and do unto them as you would have them do unto to you.

One can dress modestly, and sing hosanna Aleluya amen all day long, but if one does not "do my will" and "love your neighbour", one 'worships' in vain and will not dwell in the Tabernacle of the Lord but be told to "Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity."

When bubu says let us fight corruption, most of you think bubu will go out there and fight corruption alone without realising it is every Nigerians fight and we all have to stand up for our rights.

I got my passport at Ibadan. Did not pay extra, and it took 3 days. They wanted me to pay extra but I convinced them I could make trouble for them so the oga, whom I accused of being incompetent, told them to give me my passport and let me carry my wahala go.

Nigeria is what we make it. You know how things work, or don't. When the hunters learn to shoot without missing, the smart who wish to progress must learn to fly without perching. And it starts by applying for your passport early so the delays of the incompetent passport offices don't ruin your careful preparations.

Sorry for your loss, op.

You are a typical black man
All those things you think you have would be collected by the poor, that's how it works, you should be worried the level of poverty is rising,
One day u would be kidnapped like Judges amd children of politicians nd hopefully your solar panel would save you.

There is a saying where I come from
'A rich man in the midst of 6 wretched people is also poor'
Why would what I have be collected by the poor? Are the poor, thieves? Why would I be kidnapped? Are kidnappers so stupid they'd go for me when wealthier famous people would provide them much more profit? Are kidnappers so incompetent they'd leave the children of looters alone and kidnap me? Is that your own experience of kidnappers perhaps, kidnappers of lazy broke ass fuqs?

I don't know about "typical black man" since "black man" is not typical, as they don't all hawk on the street. But if you mean, typical, as in, 'would do anything to put food on the table', that's me, without the man bit. I do not yet grow solar as my capital is not yet sufficient. I might though, once I earn enough from the bitter leave that I do grow.

We too have that saying. That's why I tell "6 wretched people is also poor" to go do what I did instead of sitting on their lazy asses expecting bubu to come feed lazy fuqs!
