Christianity is unique in this regard because it is the only religion that removes personal responsibility from an individual because another person has supposedly covered it.

After all, it is these same "he died for their sin" Christians, who will argue he ressurected from the dead and and sits on the right hand of God judging to see if they have lived up to his teachings.

I understand why I should work to make money but isnt robbing a bank a quick and easy way? How do you know it is bad?

It is wrong because it involves taking what does not belong to me, a lesson taught me as a child whilst playing with my siblings.

It is likely wrong because banks have security guards with guns who might shoot me, which is very bad for me.

And its wrong because if I got caught, no body will say "buda well done". They might throw me in jail instead which is very bad for me.

As to easy. I wouldn't myself claim bank robbing is easy, but perhaps I'm just no good at it.

Stealing is bad, solite3. Anyone with decent parents would have been taught this.

Funny, Happy, that you titled this thread "Faith and Medicine.

When waist down stopped working I had faith that I would heal despite at the time knowing there was no God. It would have been rather off if I hadn't had faith that I would heal or adapt to live with my condition.

Imagine not having faith in the ability of very well educated and knowledgeable specialists in their fields who were trying to cure me.

Imagine placing that faith in the things one does not see and know very little about? Some did suggest I'd been spelled!

Imagine being so unknowledgeable and doing nothing to reduce that unknowledgeableness? Did I research like hell!

I became a guinea pig not only for my rare illness of spinal schistosomiasis, but also for my attitude towards my closeness to dying or paralysis. And in what they found so interesting did I look in a mirror and see the Christ in me, tiny as it was, and buda knew there is God.

Funny that its an axiom, of some sort. One one ought to understand.

We will grow, people. We will all grow!
