Career / Re: About The ICAN/ATS Examinations by Bukittes(f): 10:10am On Feb 17, 2010
@alpontif, your not getting your ID card does not stop you from writing the exams now. So you registered since 3years ago and sat down just like that? Ok let me tell you the implications 1. Your subscriptions is accruing. 2. You have 10years to be a registered student member of the institute and you have conveniently wasted three of those. My candid advice? Go and begin writing with immediate effect and automatic alacrity. I don't think you can still register for the March diet, that may be too late already but brace up for September diet. You can make it, just be determined. wishing you well.
Politics / Re: Rccg Warns Ac Against Linking Adeboye With Corruption by Bukittes(f): 9:55am On Feb 17, 2010
There are two men of God that I have great respect for in this country and they are Pastor Adeboye and Bishop Oyedepo. Any other views do not faze me.

Politics / Sorry, You Can't See Your President - Saudi Security Agents by Bukittes(f): 4:18pm On Feb 16, 2010
The PDP chairman' team, Governors and the House of Reps team to Saudi were all prevented from seeing President Yar'adua by Saudi Security agents. What an irony that foreign security forces can bar Nigerian VIP from their own president. Think of this and the implication for Nigeria and your personal dignity as a Nigerian.

Politics / Re: What Immediate Action Do You Expect From Jonathan? by Bukittes(f): 4:31pm On Feb 15, 2010
He actually didn't disappoint Nigerians in the first 24 hrs! He sacked that incompetent AG. Thats a great feat so lets just be expectant. Anything can shele in this regime. He very well knows he can't contest and win again so he had better take good advantage of this event. Make hin minority townspeople and clansmen call am for meeting tell am make hin behave well o cos it could be ages before further aspiration of such can get to this exalted throne of Naija.

Religion / Re: Pastor Adeboye - Man With Animals Inside His Head. by Bukittes(f): 12:56pm On Feb 15, 2010
I love Christianity so much because its gives you room to choose what you want without you been forced or cajoled like other religion. You can decide to believe a man of God if you want or to equally disbelieve him. Pastor Adeboye is one man I respect so much and have unreserved belief in. He is called of God and he has never stood in the place of God as a miracle worker. He is not a self esteemed man that wants glory to himself. So I see no reason why he will tell you lies to achieve what? I sincerely don't even see the poster's reason for bringing up this topic here. If you do not believe in God and what He can do through devoted men then why don't keep you unbelief to yourself and stop poisoning peoples heart here. MIRACLES STILL HAPPEN EVERYDAY!!!

Romance / Re: Share Ur Val Experience by Bukittes(f): 12:37pm On Feb 15, 2010
Very funny day indeed! I went to church, came back home and was looking forward to evening when I'll go to my guy's place and then we'll decide where to go next. We already agreed to this arrangement on Saturday. I got to his place around 6pm and met his gate locked! I called him on phone and he told me his business partner came to pick him and they were somewhere very far if I could just wait an hour he'll be back. I was all dressed up for a wonderful night for two and I just lost all the excitement after that call. I drove back home seething in anger and disappointment. About an hour later, I called him and he told me he was on his way home, was I still in the house? I told him I was in my house and he could come. He came and suggested we go out but I had lost the flavour for the day already so i declined. Anyway all in all, we made up and he apologized and explained why he went out, he actually wasn't expecting me that early and I should have called before leaving home too but you know the feel, I was gorgeously dressed in this lovely evening gown and I just wanted to shock him with my appearance. It ended well sha after it all. Nice day but I think the day is actually overrated.
Religion / Re: Pay House Rent Or Pay Tithe by Bukittes(f): 10:37am On Feb 04, 2010
@ Poster, you know the right thing to do but you are just here drowning your conscience. Behold this day I set before you good and evil, choose ye this day. You have a choice! Choose not neglecting your inner voice. You've already been paying tithe on lesser money so why is the number of figures on this one confusing you?
You know the first thing you should have done immediately the money came was to remove your tithe b4 thinking sef. There's nobody that does not come to this crossroad once in while when you have needs staring you in the face and you have the tithe also to pay. But you know what God is ever faithful to His word. If He says He will bless your bread and water after doing the right thing then you can just be rest assured He will do it. Remember you don't have to carry a gun b4 robbing God. Forget what your pastor will do with the tithe, its not your business, thats btwn him and God. Your own transaction is btwn you and God too. Sow your seed not grudgingly and reap your harvest. His word is Ye and Amen!!!

Politics / Re: Reuters - Al Qaeda in North Afica Offers To Help Nigerian Muslims by Bukittes(f): 9:38am On Feb 03, 2010
Hmmmm, this is all so sad!! Having read all the posts here, I expected to see some defensive arguments from some muslim nairalanders but its unfortunate that there are none, except for those that warned pple like ohsisi to desist. What is happening? Is it that this stories and comments are legit or that muslims here are already ashamed of what their brothers are doing? Kai this is sad, if you can't stand up for what you believe in why don't you just renounce it? Because everything being said about northern muslims are so true. THey even don't need to be affiliated with alqeada sef, they have and still terrorize us here in the north year in year out! Imagine, in Kano, you can't go out on fridays with all your wits complete. You are careful where you go and how how you go. Its silly!!!
Religion / Re: The Expressway Churches by Bukittes(f): 4:51pm On Feb 02, 2010
I read this piece and I am simply wondering why so much hate and bias about a selected religion? Christianity has suffered so much on this Nairaland and I simply don't understand why! @ poster, you don't understand this religion, why don't you just keep quiet and keep your hate to yourself? Religion is a way of life, thats a fact and the earlier you embrace that fact the better for you. What prediction of eclipse supposed to do with My coming Christ? You use little thing to compare with eternal ones. May you find wisdom that will open your eyes to see and your ears to hear. You sound so lost already!

You know sometimes nairalanders post some topics they already know the answer to. Why do we keep doing this now?
@ Poster, u said u learnt, haba, even a toddler knows this now, find a more challenging topic that will help everyone and not these kind of nursery questions we ask here. Abeg, we need to grow up.

My opinion is that this guy isn't matured enough to know wat he wants yet. Go home dear and sit under the moonlight while daddy tells u stories and mummy prepares dinner. You are too young for this level of decision making considering whats involved. Sorry.

I watched this interview live and meen, I was ashamed of being a Nigerian and this fool is our foreign affairs minister! Its sad. Someone here said how did Ojo attain this post? The same way Kwankwaso became our defense minister without any military training whatsoever and its still the same way an invalid is our president. Lol

Religion / Re: Nigeria and Its Church Phenomenom by Bukittes(f): 10:39am On Jan 25, 2010
@Donnie! Thanks for you contribution to this thread and your view. They are my thots exactly! When will we stop talking about Pastors, Churches and our country in the negatives? Why can't we just be focused at improving ourselves to be better individuals rather than name calling and sorts? These topics have been overflogged and I think we should move on to better things that will educate and enlighten us rather than castigation of one religion or the other. Someone said here that its been long they prayed for this country, well, that might be you but as for me and my church, we pray for this country all the time and its not a new prayer point, it has always been. Christianity as I know it is a personal race and no one forces you to do what you don't want to do. If they tell you to bring TVs or whatever and you don't get convinced in your spirit to do it, no one will force you to. If you are not convinced about a man of God, then change church. Simple. Stop airing dirty linings here folks. We can do better than that. Run your race, thats whats important.

Religion / Re: Is It Proper To Label Pastors As Crooks? by Bukittes(f): 10:11am On Jan 25, 2010
AIO or whatever u call your name, you don't need name calling and it shows how untrained you are from home. Everybody is airing views here and i just did air mine. Whats with the name calling. You are so rude and uncultured, Ill-mannered and without home training. Did I speak to you in particular? Why are you fronting here as if you have a personal agenda to down grade people. I guess you should go and work on your interpersonal/communication skill.
Religion / Re: Is It Proper To Label Pastors As Crooks? by Bukittes(f): 9:29am On Jan 25, 2010
Why do we pick topics like this to comment on all the time? And you know the unfortunate thing is that people who bring up these topics are Christians. Have you ever seen Muslims castigating their Imams in public for anything? You don't, and they don't! But what do we do? We bring our pastors to the public and rubbish them and then we keep talking of injustice when there are riots and chaos in parts of the country. If we say we respect God, we will respect first, the people placed over us. Please, you are not just rubbishing the pastors but you are also rubbishing your God. Can we please desist from these kind of topics?

It is not an issue, everyone around here can always come back like Jesus Christ at the click of a mouse.
Erazur or wats dat ur name, can we keep this focused? You might get at whoever and whatever you want but can u have some little respect and decency for Christ? RUBBISH POST IF U ASK ME!!!
