I have come to understand that a Hausa man whether literate or not are dumbs. El rufai can talk now because he is not part of the ruling team and does not have anything to lose. Even if this election is reconducted one hundredth time and its the least christian that comes out, I will still cast my vote for such. Let the elections be redone and Jonathan will still win. Its people like el rufai that has not allowed our country to move forward. All because its not their perosn there we no go hear word. They are threathning with Boko Haram all because its not the old Buhari there. Dis country na una own? Na una property? They should go and sit down and face their family problems which will accumulate by the minute and allow Nigerians be. Jonathan we voted for and no regrets whatsoever! I'm watching the prayer session here live and I don't think calling us to pray for this country is a bad idea in a collective way. May we all just leave out all the criticism and skepticism and say a word of prayer for this country? You can never pray amiss in this situation cos whatever ur prayer point is, I am sure its to find a solution to our numerous problem. God bless Nigeria, help us out of all our mess, give us leaders that will follow in the path of righteousness. Help Jonathan to rule and make decisions that will move this country forward. I grew up believing that anyone who wears med. glasses must be a brain, not until I got into Secondary school and met this lady who wore pretty glasses, looked so pretty in them, looked very smart in her gait but a big d.u.l.l.a.r.d!! I don't think adoption should be hidden because its in the bid of secrecy that it eventually becomes a scandal. If I were to adopt, I will call a party with invitation card for the homecoming or (whatever name I will think up) of my adopted son or daughter. If u like, don't come, if u like come. But at least I have been able to seal the mouths of gossips! Secondly, I don't have to hide anything from the adopted child. once he/she is at the age of comprehension which is at least 3yrs, I will tell him the circumstances that led to his been adopted and reassure him that I love him and I don't love him less! Let him grow up knowing this, not that u just spring it up on him one day when a bowl of amala is in front of him at age 17!!!!!! 1 Like |

Been there, done that, seen that and i really dont have regrets getting out. I have met Muslims that were really nice in my life - 2 prescisely! One i dated for like 11yrs cos we started from secondary school till we both graduated and the other I met after sometime again and dated for like 3yrs. When the issue of marriage comes up I always bail out cos ab-initio, i tell them i cannot marry a non - Christian. Its never been easy o cos i loved them both and they were nice and right for me in all ramification but u see morality can't be traded for salvation and moreso religion is a way of life and the best way u know is the one u have treaded all ur life. I believe in my religion and will not compromise it even for marriage, cos at the end its not really worth it cos u can't get all the fulfillment u desire in a marriage. Marriage has its own challenges and why should I open my eyes and enter into a battle I know I can never win as a woman? Please be guided and choose for your life what's most important. I commend you to God and His guidance. |

Yes they can still be friends but of course at arms lenght sha. Like if I love my husband less than I love my ex hmmm it can be dangerous o!! It may start like having a shoulder to cry on and eventually the law of 'Debe' will just matirialize cos seriously we still love each other no be small but circumstances beyond our control no gree us marry! So the rule of the game is we ensure we are not in the same room alone for no reason. I can't even stop seeing him as a friend cos we have mutual friends. Just maintain the rule and ask God for grace to be faithful. |
