Due to work, my husband and I live in states, and my husband lives in Canada. 3 months ago we had some serious skirmishes during our phone conversation and in the heat of the argument, I told him that he does not appreciate the fact that I am raising the kids and doing everything alone.

To my disappointment, he told me that he is overworked more than me. This really angered me. This got me angry and I hung up. Although He tried to reach me for 4 days, and also sent me some messages, I cut him off without replying, about 9 weeks later, I sent him just a message on an unrelated issue, he ignored my message, after another month, I sent him another message, he also ignored. It has been 3 months now we have not spoken to each other.

Recently my brother had a baby, and he only called once to congratulate them. Moreover my younger sister got admission to a university to study the same course that my husband studied, so naturally, my sister contacted him. My sister said he advised her on what to do and what she should expect. This was about 2 months ago. I personally did not inform him about my sister’s admission myself.

After about one month, my sister also called him for more information, but he has not been picking my sister’s call.

My sisters fiancee also called him to inform him about their upcoming marriage (my same sister that got the admission) he only spoke with my sister and her fiancee once, he stopped further communication with them on both issues of admission and marriage, and that he only spoke with them the first time about the admission and the marriage out of the respect he has for them.

He gave my sister the excuse that it was not proper, for him to speak with her fiancee' because he said that I have not told him anything about the marriage, therefore he can not relate further with my sister as per the marriage. And that it was out of respect that he even called my sister initially to advice her.

What are you thoughts and opinion please.

What will you gain by extending the quarrel. Don't let the devil come in between you as distance is already in-between.

Your husband is a good man with respect for family values. Apologise for cutting him off the first time and refusing to pick his call. That is disrespectful. I might disagree with my husband sometimes, but we have both agree we will always pick each other's call and respond to messages. No use extending quarrel. Who e help?!

Even though the search for COS is real, I know one can still get a genuine and direct source of COS from Nigeria.

You will source for pounds yourself. Oando is used just to calculate the exchange rate officially

A lot of people resident in UK are also competing with you for the COS. Some are on student route while others got COS but have issues with the employer. So, a new employer will readily prefer to employ people on ground here as against going through the immigration wahala of getting someone abroad.
The bulk of COS getting outside UK na by God's grace.

For HCA route under the skilled workers visa, you and your dependants will not pay for IHS.

Some banks in the Western countries will send you your birthday wishes without you asking for it and that's what I called great customer care.

As small as it looks, that is what great customer service is. He didn't request for cake or money. He received birthday wishes from other banks. But it matters to him that the particular bank did not.
Let's not ridicule this action. We all need great customer service! What customer service means to you may be different from what it means to me, but it is a basic language and it is universal.

Good day house,pls i dnt knw wats actually going on,i got the ielts centre i go to for my exam prep once in a while n due to my busy work schedule i already transfered the exam fees to the man incharge to do the booking for me,but only to be hearing from pple who ought to do this week that centre coordinator informed them that no confirmation for them yet to write the exam from ielts org body, pls my question is,does anything like this arise at all during cause of registration at all...? It is advisable to do things yourself. Booking for this exam does not take time or too much effort.
Anyway, as a response to the above, a mail confirming payment will automatically be sent to your registered email address if the coordinator actually made any payment on your behalf.
IELST vendor will not be able to confirm what was never received. In all the IELTS exams I have registered for, the incidence you quoted above is strange and unheard of. Clearance will always come before the exam date.

You may need to go through their website individually. The ones that can sponsor will state it.

It is always advisable to have just the following when searching for jobs because of the expiration period for the documents:
1. IELST for UKVI
2. Care Certificates
3. Volunteering/job experience

All others can be acquired when you get serious job offers.

This is just my personal opinion as that was my strategy even though I had to do Police report twice after the first one expired. I have just received my international driving license after my visa clearance.

For POF for many, what is the number of children? About 700k to 1 min will do for main applicant while 2milliin should be okay for a family of 4-5. Check on UK.gov site for actual calculations in pounds.

On my cover letter, I indicated availability for interview via zoom or Microsoft teams. I always indicate country of residency as Nigeria and phone numbers always with +234 when filling out forms. I have always avoided companies that are not sponsoring overseas applicants although some will not indicate but will send 'unfortunately' mail.
I have had many companies mailing me that I should contact them anytime I finally get to UK. (How?)

Many of us applying for the support work or care works are over qualified but the japasynthesis is very active.

Oh okay, then it might be that the recruiters need to do their due diligence before setting up an interview.

The care industry will always need workers. Just continue to apply. You will also come to announce your visa alert.

Indeed is always booking me for phone interviews and it's either it will be cancelled 30 minutes to the time or the company will not call.

Please has anyone done phone interview through Indeed Job site? Does it work? Please I need response to know if I should bother.

Did you indicate you are outside UK. That could be the reason or you indicate your availability to video interview via zoom or Microsoft teams. Add this info to your cover letter.

The security man said the hall is empty that they only come to use the hall for exam on specific date so I mailed them they said they are looking into it, I also called them they said they’ve forwarded it to the necessary section. Please help
My COS is a month gone.

Check the email sent by British council for the correspondence address. Send them a mail quoting your test taker number or continue to check the test taker portal for your result. Results can sometimes be delayed. Did you take computer-based test?

1. Should I wait for my COS before scheduling my TB test?
2. What address will I enter when scheduling my TB test? (destination address)
3. Do I have to pay for my TB test at the time of booking, or can I pay when I arrive at the IOM office?

1. TB test is valid for 6 months.
2. How close are you to receiving a COS.
3. If COS is very sure and you are in talk with the coy, ask for their administrative address to use on your TB Test.
4. You don't have to pay when booking and payment can be made same day but proof of payment is required at the test centre.
