DOLLARTEX: based on last quarter result, uacn is gradually coming out from the woods!if you can wait for Q2 in the next 3weeks time, then party will follow.but if you can't, then sell between 6-6.05. Oil dey Ur head .... If the 2nd quarter result turns out the way we are expecting it to be... Uacn would likely rally to at least 10. |

Mcy56: Seems this the way to go for some stocks. Guess I have to downgrade Afriprud too. They appeared good at first but I dont know about them again now. Don't mind Africa Prudential registrar.. They are trying to frustrate me as well with their e- dividend mandate procedures. Cardinalstone and gtl registrar remains the best for me. Quite straightforward. |

aremso: With the current gragra in capital mkt? Anyway, people should follow their mind One of the lessons I have learnt in the stock market is that a good stock doesn't fall much.... it would always correct itself when the time is right. Last year was quite bad as well but the patient ppl still made money. When u have made Ur research and u're sure, just exercise a little patience. Your stop loss can always guide you inorder not to lose much. But as u said...everybody should follow their mind. |

Mcy56: When Nascon and DS were moving up that time, I just had the feelings they were pumped beyond what it should ordinarily gain. @Michael11stock I hope you bailed out of Uacn already. I think we need to be patient with Uacn.... The price will likely bounce back. Even fbnquest in their recent analysis last week rate it from neutral to outperform. Since they release their wonderful q1 result there have been a significant rise in the volume of the stock each day. We need to exercise a little patience...i feel the price wouldn't get below 6.00 and would still bounce back to 7. Even Caverton with their wonderful result fell below 2.30 last week. But q2 result would likely bring the change we were expecting to see. Well, let's see how it goes. |

stcool: Those fundamentally sound stocks hardly do 100%, yes good dividend but not 100%price appreciation, unless over a longer period of time not 10 months.
When I be like my Oga Loco, i will go for more of dividend stocks, for now I need more of those penny with potentials like Fidelity and CHAMS, that can do 100% appreciation and still give me dividend. It depends on the fundamentally sound stocks you are talking about.... Maybe u're thinking about FUGAZ... those are Large capitalized stocks that hardly do 100% even when their fundamentals are right although good dividend yield. I think chibuking is thinking in another direction... Maybe a different sector entirely. |

Chibuking81: For now am buying stocks for keep for minimum of 10 months, most especially the stocks that will give me 100% return by March/ April next year. Even if they go down they will still move up, with God on my side I strong believed that 100% capital appreciation is for sure, with dividend on top. It might not be the stock you are thinking for now, I have chosen not to disclose any stock I am in. But will always add them when recommending good stock to buy. JIJO strategy does not help at all, it only makes one miss opportunities. Wise man!!! |

Mcy56: I just have to mention this: Africa Prudential is excellent in customer service. Saying this based on their responsiveness to mails, I'm doing quite a number of back and forth with them and they have been getting back to me on each mail. Also, their e-dividend form submission is very easy and smooth, you just fill, scan and send to them. I'm just impressed by the way they handle customers, reason for posting this. Pls can I get the email address and phone number you used when contacting them? I have some e- dividend issues I need to resolve |

otokx: Zoning actually helps, but for Ibori ~ Oghara will not have been developed as it is now. Visited Agbor about 2 years ago and Okowa was practically digging up the old Benin - Agbor road and building a new expressway. By the time he is finished and an Ijaw man takes over, hopefully massive infrastructural development will reach Burutu, Forcados and other places.
Most south south people are disappointed with GEJ because Otuoke and other south south places have little to show for while he was in power. He was erroneously wasting resources building almajiri schools that are desolate today. See east ~ west road now, totally abandoned and deteriorating. Almost all the roads in agbor have been tarred....down to farm roads....I can tell you this is the best thing that has ever happened to agbor since the inception of democracy in 1999. |
