The mantra in some western world on rape is.. believe the victim or accusser regardless otherwise rape victims wouldn't bother to report their rapist because of the fear of not being believed. Rape cases are ussually very complexed so many rape cases infact, over %75 of cases of rape are ussually thrown out by the courts in Europe and America, as a result of the victims not being consistence with their evidence, lack of reasonable proofs or no proofs atall. And i am not saying that there are no real victims of rape i also do not condone rape

That last sentence is fact, the accussers would go scot free, he would still be seen as a rapists by some people even if it turns out not gulty, some would say he got away with rape.
