TRENDING VIDEO: ‘I mean, transmission transmission’…IGP struggles to read speech

A tending video of Ibrahim Idris, inspector-general of police (IGP), struggling to read a speech, has surfaced online.

In the video, Idris finds it difficult to pronounce the words, as he constantly repeats the words “I mean’ and ‘transmission”

Idris was said to have been caught in the “embarrassing” video tweeted by Voice of Liberty, on Monday, when he visited Kano to commission the police technical intelligence unit in the state.

Investigation by TheCable showed part of the video was doctored, though that did not cover up for his mistake, just that it was repeated over and again.

“I mean, transmission, I mean effort, that the transmission cooperation to transmission, I mean transmission to have effect, ehm, apprehend, I mean, apprehensive towards the recommendation, recommended formation effective and effect, I mean, apprehensive at the transmission of…and transmission and transmission for the effective in the police command,” Idris said

After several attempts to get his speech right, the IGP, struggling with his paper, apologised to his audience.

“Sorry, I’m sorry please,” he said.

However, Ibrahim’s struggle did not end there. A man in suit joins him to help hold down his script, and even helped with the pronunciation of the words. But this didn’t make the reading any better for the IGP.

“All effective the transmission, other transmission, I can state without contradiction that I have commissioned what?” he continued.

“Over transmission of, over transmission of, over all kidnapping, armed robbery and other heinous crimes, I mean, ehm, commission transmission, recommendation transmission.”

installed yesterday & deleted yesterday too. Didn't like d thing at all.

NB: I was able to unlock all d modes before deleting, coz i was thinking a better game play was hiding somewhere.

An airline passenger who opened the emergency exit on a plane because he thought the cabin was "too stuffy and hot", has been fined thousands of pounds.

The man, identified only by the surname Chen, was detained by authorities for 15 days following the incident at Nanjiao Airport, in Mianyang City, southwest China.

The low-cost carrier Lucky Air flight from the southern city of Sanya, on Hainan Island, had landed, when he opened the door.

Chinese authorities told the South China Morning Post that the 25-year-old claimed he had "waited in the aisle for 10 minutes as passengers left the plane" and that the cabin was "too stuffy and too hot".

In an attempt to get some fresh air, Chen then lifted the latch on the plane’s emergency exit, causing the door to fall off and activating the evacuation slide.

"I just pushed down on the window handle beside me," he reportedly told investigators. "When the door fell out, I panicked."

Mr Chen was immediately arrested by airport police and later handed over to Mianyang Public Security Bureau personnel, who kept him in detention and questioned him for 15 days.

Mianyang City’s civil aviation administration said Mr Chen’s actions caused major flight delays, while the bill for work to rectify his mistake ran upwards of 100,000 Yuan (£11,500).

Authorities said the incident may have damaged the jet’s evacuation slide, meaning costs could eventually rise several times higher.

Mr Chen was reportedly fined 70,000 Yuan (£8,000) to cover the Lucky Air’s costs, while the airline suggested it may yet pursue further damages from the unfortunate passenger.

"Before each takeoff, flight attendants inform passengers about safety precautions,"
it added in a statement.

The incident echoes a similar mishap in 2014, when a Chinese airline passenger pulled open an emergency exit on his plane shortly before it was due to take off because he "wanted fresh air".

A first-time flier, the man was worried he would become airsick, but instead resulted in delaying the flight's take-off by almost an hour.

The researchers seem even not convinced if it's cooked or not.

A team of US doctors has successfully carried out the world's first total transplant of a pen!s and scrotum.

Surgeons at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, performed the operation on a soldier who had been wounded by a bomb in Afghanistan. They used a pen!s, scrotum and partial abdominal wall transplanted from a deceased donor.

They say the soldier should be able to regain sexual function, which is impossible with pen!s reconstructions.

The team of 11 surgeons performed the transplant over 14 hours on 26 March.

It is the first surgery on a combat veteran injured on duty and the first to transplant a complete section of tissue including the scrotum and surrounding abdominal area.

Doctors said the donor testicles were not transplanted, due to ethical considerations.

"While extremity amputations are visible and resultant disability obvious," said Dr WP Andrew Lee, head of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Johns Hopkins University, during a telebriefing on Monday, "some war injuries are hidden and their impact not widely appreciated by others."

Dr Lee called Instruments wounds an "unspoken injury of war".

The soldier, who wishes to remain anonymous, said in a statement released by the university: "When I first woke up, I felt finally more normal like finally I'm okay now."

The first pen!s transplant in the US was in 2016 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

In 2014, South African surgeons performed the world's first successful pen!s transplant.

Founder of the most popular Russian MMM Ponzi scheme Sergei Mavrodi was buried in a closed coffin at the Troekurovskoe cemetery in Moscow.

Mavrodi, 62, died in a Moscow hospital on March 26. The funeral ceremony was held in closed mode on March 31. At the funeral, only relatives and friends of the entrepreneur arrived, REN TV reports. The territory of the cemetery was cordoned off and guarded, the channel states.

Recall that founder of MMM Sergei Mavrodi died in a Moscow hospital at the age of 62. He collapsed at the stop of public transport near the Savelovsky station. An ambulance was called by a passer-by after he complained of weakness and pain in the heart. Mavrodi was hospitalized, but doctors lost him.

Earlier it was reported that the body of Sergei Mavrodi was listed as “unclaimed”, as he had no documents. If his identity was not confirmed by relatives and friends, the founder of MMM would be buried in the common grave. However, the body of Mavrodi was taken by his ex-wife.

According to Mavrodi’s lawyer Alexander Molokhov, an initiative group of former MMM participants chipped in to bury him. The brother of Mavrodi, with whom he had bad relations, forbade to bury him in a family graveyard in the Khovanskoe cemetery, where his father and mother were buried.

Sergei Mavrodi is the founder of the MMM joint-stock company, which is considered the classical and largest Ponzi scheme in the history of modern Russia.

According to various estimates, from 2 to 10 million people were affected by MMM’s activities, loosing up to 3 billion rubles ($52.3m).

In 2003, he was convicted of fraud in Russia. The court recognized 10.454 people as victims of the MMM case. After the release, Mavrodi organized new pyramids, but they did not have such huge consequences.

My tips for PUBG,
Always use ur map and gas timer to know when the circle starts closing, forget about looting and run to a safe distance
When running, driving or standing out in d open, use the eye icon to look 360° so you dont get shot from a blind spot
Always attach a scope to ur guns.. preferably a 4x or 8x scope on a riffle for sniping and then a holographic or mira or 2x scope on a smg for close range battle
Be vigilant
Always play with earphones the both ears are workin(playing without earphones is a huge disadvabtage
Always use map to know where footsteps, shots and cars are coming from
Get the good guns like M4, SCAR, UMP9, TOMMY GUN(if u have to cus it dsnt support scope) UZI, MINI... just test the powrr of the guns, dont walk around with short guns they are bullshit
When you drop run straight into a building and look for BULLETPROOF, HELMET, GUNS, GUNS GUNS, PAN, and try to know which bullet is meant for which gun.. u should always check out your bag to know
Try to get attactments to you gun for it helps in making then effective
Of you get shot, check d feedback quickly to know where the shot hit u from and take proper cover, prone doesn't always help for they might be looking at you fooling yourself with a scope and end you smiling
Dont get angry when they kill you, it makes you stronger
