andrewza: where do you get 129 aircraft since you have not even sellected what aircraft you want to get other than i thing the MI17.

and you could only muster 122 aircraft so unless you hiding them(and that means not flying them) where are the rest.

either you lieing or nigeria is running in to massive debt every year i am going with you lieing.
andrewza i love you so well because you argue anyhow and anything, just to prove an uncertain point! I posted the
Quotation for the ordering of weapons earlier so you can go count the number of aircraft, the only thing we have not decided yet is what jet to add to those 129 aircrafts as are top/extreme performance jet, su-35 or jF-17 OR WHAT!!!
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Capnd143(m): 11:01pm On Mar 10, 2013
Msauza: I gave you the speech by your president, in his mouth he voted N348.91 billion for defence for the year 2013. That is way too low my friend and it will not even put you on the top list of biggest military spenders in Africa. Our defence budget (SA) trippled it for the year 2013. I know you hate it when I tell the truth, but that's the way it is. Sorry for exposing your lies.
sorry to say this bro bt your statement above would now this brings you to the height of ignorance, knwing so well that a countries defense budget is not all that finances its military spending!!! That there is "national debt accrued on military acquisition" theory! Dnt you knw that most countries borrow money to fund their defense spending?
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by Capnd143(m): 10:54pm On Mar 10, 2013
Msauza: That I don't believe my friend. It will take Nigeria 40-50years to reach to the level of development of SA. I know you hate it when a person tells the truth. Let us take a typical example, when ANC came to power in 1994, SA infrastructural development were so infragmented so that you could clearly see developments in white area only. Not that there were no any developments at all in black townships, some few developments were still noticed then such as building of free houses by local government through out the country. Tarred roads and sewage system were clearly noticed in soweto during the era of apartheid and Baragwanath Hospital was even then still in good condition.

Is been 20years now since the ANC has taken over, yet there is so much to be done and tell me how the hell will Nigeria ever achieve all that in 7-10years with a population of approximately 170 million. How will the government of Nigeria provide every household with clean running tap water, sewage system, 24hrs power supply and above it with free housing and grants to the poor. Will all that be a possibility in 7 years? Oh no, heaven knows that will be a long term dream that might not be realised in the current generation.

This argument will not even extend to infrastructure such as international standard road constructions, world class universities, well looked after sports and recreational facilities in townships, free basic education, health, social development and national student financial aid that can afford to loan prospective university students ( not academically deserving) finance to further their studies. This my friend takes a fortune.
now you really got your acts together! But this time your biased acts . . .!
North Nigeria is a little bit backward in infrastural development due to the farming activities concentrated there! Lagos according to economist.com would overtake jo'burg as largest economic captical in africa! And come to think of the numerous infrastural projects that are going on in abuja, lagos, kano, akwa ibom etc bt to mention few, the govt of akwa ibom state is currently building africa's largest and most equipped stadium, the eko city project in lagos, abuja medical city, industrial city in Aks,building of refineries. Etc

andrewza: Nigirea releases the deffense budget at the start of each year. The first one is is old but the other one is valubil due to it showing the budget accross a larg perriod of time. But yes both sourse are out dated.

You don't have 6 frigats you got one and another converted US coast gaurd cutter and you have no subs at all no any planes to get more frigats or any subs in the meduim or long term yet, where do you see 139 aircraft in nigeria. You don't have any predtor drones yet and drones are actually very low on maintaince.

I posted a some time ago your milltary budget.
i dnt remeber saying we had 139 aircraft because we haue more than that! I said we paid 4 129 aircraft and 1 predator drone 4rm us, go to the budget and my ^post and verify bro! I aint posting giberish! And just 4get about defense budget stuf, becos even a lay man in Nigeria would knw that due to escalating boko haram issues we spend almost 10 more than the budget resulting in high budget deficit which you can confirm 4 urself.

Msauza: I am not going to write anything ever again, because when I write something am being accused and persecuted with telling lies. Below is the list of biggest military spenders in Africa, I hope you will find it in order.

http://danielberhane.com/2011/06/12/africa-top-25-military-spending-countries/

And now here is the latest;

http://www.aneki.com/rankafmilitary.html
lol . . . . You see hw biased you are bro? I told ya times without number that Nigerian armed forces dnt ring bell about their military spending! And that list as far as i can remember is 2011 and 2003 list! Ok. . .lets be more practical! Would 360million dollars be enough to pay 4 our 6 frigates, 3 submarines, 139 aircraft, 1 predator drone, etc which we have paid for and is being supplied ?? Just try being realistic for a moment! If you want credible info about our military spending get it from our own Department or Ministry of Defense nt some list that may have been feed to the media by an ordinary Cadet or sagent!! Just visit our Online tv/video websites and watch the videos of the signing of the bill for the purchase of weapons worth billions of dollars! Dnt just belive poo you see! I guess u belived the list just because SA WAS RANKED FAR MORE HIGHER THAN NIGERIA!!! Get you acts together bro, you are being to argue out of point.

andrewza: According to your own 2013 budget report it comes out around 3 billion USD.

Has said before we underfunded. But the budget has increased.

The big problem is we got a lot more ops going than the money covers. This takes money other areas. These are non opertaniol side so training(training is part of ops) and actual missions are not affected niether is personal. What is affect is maitnaince. Now maintaince is not just milltary equment but everthing from printers(and some are massive) and fax machines to civlian standard cars all the way to drills and chipping hammars. Personealy I have seen no change and it hard to see why. The SANDF total permant force size is not inceasing so all extra money can go towards areas that are underfunded.

If they where built local there is a high chance of it staying secruit. DIXCON has no need to report what they don't import.

SA all so have tones of wepaons in storage such has alleot helcopter, up to 1000 AML armourd cars extra extra. It nothing speciol.
i confidently belive that you are lying, in the south africa storage there is no such thing as 1000 units of AML cars(even google says so) unless you prove me wrong with weblinks!

andrewza: I had a look at those pics. At least one is of a Spartan APC ( http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/FV103_Spartan#section_1 )

I have no idea why nigeria would buy/build them. They carry a rather small number of passangers. The a 1970s ear AFV so may have been a second hand purches. Unless some one in the know is looking out for it. No one would no about a second hand sale.

The other are to blurry or not enough of it is in the pic or I have no idea what it is.

The patrol boat could be a reworked and refurbished work boat of some type.

thank you andrewza! According to http://www.wargame-wiki.com/FV103_Spartan the Fv103_spartan is NATO top choice for transporting personel to enemy defended areas! (APC)! And to say the least it is the same type used by the UK,OMAN,IRAQ etc! Think bro . . . I hope its bouncing in, we aint buying poo!

admndrewza: I post both South africas and nigerias deffesnse budget some post ago's.

Rounded of
Nigeria was over 3 billion USD
SA was over 5 billion USD and with a much smaller deffense force the per capter expedture is much much higher for SA

SA total budget for 2013 is 3 to 4 times larger than Nigeria. And since SA popultion is 55 million with mayber 10 million forghners compared to 170 million nigerians in nigeria.
now how those this affect the fact that we will be receiving 24 unmaned Airial vehicles. And 1 Unmaned combat airial vehile aka predator drone? . . . .
---
common buddy! You are better than this an i knw surely! NIgerian military budget is well over $4.6BILLION when rounded up! And south africa military which is underfunded and overstreched according to
--http://www.marketresearch.com/Business-Monitor-International-v304/South-Africa-Defence-Security-Q1-7192426/
__is just $400m ahead of us! More so, the govt of Nigeria always approved extra-budgetery spending(deficit) for defense purposes, and we have almost $22.5billion dollar debt(mostly on defense) accrued due to proposed military spending according to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/lv?key=0AtDK1pezEHGzdEhiOEZ1c21ibWpvTmd6ZzV4RFlXMEE#gid=0 and NDSD! Now you knw how far $22.5 billion can do things!(and 4 the record our minister of finance said the debt will be handled next week)!

According to http://beegeagle. there are several APC's,tanks and refurbished naval patrol vehicle spotted in Nigerian military bases that have been procured/supplied without anyones knwoledge, even top military media correspondent said the didnt know about, saying the were nt in the budget nor extra-budgetry plans!!! NIGERIAN MILITARY HAS Never announced its intension to acquire any major military equipment unlike other nations!

We have in storage tons of servicable weapons, including patrol boats,.50 cal, M134's,4x4 and 8x8 AFV's,rocket launchers, blowpipes, etc seized from former Militants(over 35,000 weapons) who accepted armnesty , and Boko haram(pending) who are arrested! The list keeps on going bro! . . . . Remember

peleson: Is CIA trying to twist what we already know?
We are going to ofcos study this report and schedule our planned approach. We are not loosing sleep that CIA may be funding BH from there Algeria arm in order to weaken Nigeria as a regional power noting that we can only grow to international power following our population, oil wealth, agric wealth, aggressiveness in educational pursuance etc. Our politics n presence in Africa has been admired by many countries following our matured approach in international politics ousting S/Africa from the scene. With our improving economic power , the west is seeing another china in Nigeria, what Nigerians don't see themselves .
G8 Nations lead by David Cameron wanted to twart GEJ by oil money n corruption but GEJ took the battle to there door steps and rattle them with the caution "Stop buying BLOOD OIL from NIGERIA" bigger corruption for them to contend with. Hahaha
100% right! This is a planned diversion! Just few weeks after CIA dirty linen were washed in the public now this? Ask yourself this question? WHY WAS IT THAT THE CIA WERE THE ONE that gathered the above info according to Us department of defense? Why was it not divulge since . . . . It is only after the Cia's dirty jobs have blown, now the are looking 4ward towards divertions!

snydergp: Ivory Coast and its coastline were never under the control of Nigeria infact, Nigeria protested this at the AU summit and saying that souyh africa is backing up Bagbo and is not a neutral force. Even then the SAS Drakenberg is a naval supply vessel not a frigate but it packet enough power to stand its ground against any threat it faces.

Stop twisting issues because I've posted the link of this story last year already.
wrong! Even the west knows that those coastline are under nigerian influence! The security of the gulf of guinea is Nigerias obligation along side neigbouring nation! Check how the international dailies reported it;

yahoo: SA provocatively sends warship to gulf,NIGERIAS TRADITIONAL SPHERE OF INFLUENCE!
When the matter was brought up the SA claimed having informed nigerian C-in-C and ghanians!

Here is the specifications on of the SU-27 and Gripen JAS-39/C and remember SA has both C and D versions.
http://www.aviatia.net/versus/jas-39-gripen-vs-sukhoi-su-27/

Now can we settle this SU-27 once and all mr bullsh*t talker, do your research because we all know your a amateur boy,
Your own NAF can't even keep ur F-7's in good service they already crashed 3 F-7's in the last two years due to poor pilot training and maintenance.

NAF bought 15 1980's tech F-7 which is nolonger even on the production line in China and crashed 3 within Two years now that is the worst crash record of any military in peace time over the last 10 years your sh*ty NAF is far worse then Rwanda.

Nigerias air safety record is also in shambles with over 6 commercial passenger crashes in 4 years your country is so worse that even the EU air safety authorities banned flights a few years ago and don't even allow ur planes in there airspace without proper safety checks.

Now is this the same wurthless Nigeria who can't even guarantee the safety of its NAF pilots claiming there the best in Africa when the very same Ethiopia out classes you in all sectors of your ill disciplined army

Go dream over this sh*t this weekend amateur
truely speaking bro! This comment doesnt hold water! How does EU air restriction affect the topic at hand? And crashing of planes?

Please bro, with due respect always analyze certain points before posting bro! And you keep calling nigerian navy sh*t navy! Lol bro! If the were that sh*t as you claimed then why did SA withdraw it warship 4rm the gulf of guinea which is a Nigerian sphere of influnce and patrol by nigerian naval forces? snydergp: 95% of all acquisitions are logged by international arms companies and the information is freely available even on the NA, the only difference would be the cost associated would mostly be classified but your national budget expenditure would reflect these acquisitions due to oversite by democratic institutions like opposition party's( that is if democracy is in place)

If you don't have it you don't, if u placed orders with reputable arms companies the world would know simple as that unless its intelligence related.
i stand to strongly disagree bro! The Shaldags Mk.2 which were delivered to our navy bt never documented was built by a prominent and recognise isreali company; known as the ISREAL SHIPYARDS LTD. The were awarded certificate of standard on 1st january 2010 by Isreali Standard organisations! So the idea of trying to potray inferiority of our patrol boats will be a dillusion as our suppliers are world class ship builders! In addition to that, to refute your other point: it is very clear that Nigerian Navy might have been seeking confidential status of some sort which made the isreali rarely mention the name of our navy whenever we are the customer, rather when the officials are asked of their customer the refer to NN AS "AN AFRICAN Nation". You can glance through isreali-nigerian warship deals to confirm that! Even here on it website i even found them using same phrase http://www.israel-shipyards.com/news.asp

The SSS OF nigeria use the IMI TAVOR TAR 21 same type used by SWATs and the Isreali defense force! You can google that up! The sss Thunder troopers use NATO furged FN F2000 assault rifles! Msauza: You wish with what money are you going to buy all that. We all know that the government of NGR is poor beyond recognition. The government that cannot even build better roads and infrastructure, where will they get money? It is no secret that private citizens of Nigeria pocket way far bigger chunks of Naira than the government. The government remains poor, while many business people evade tax and there is no system in place to track those who offended and prosecute them.
hahaha. . . . Lol . . . My Bro! Sorry about that! YOU SEA WITH THE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS BILL BY NATIONAL ASSEMBLY IT IS EVIDENT that Nigerian Navy will overpower SA NAVAL FORCES . .so bro dnt find ways to evade! And in the aspect of saying: that all the money would nt be utilised! Sorry, the deliveries have already been made for 23% of that! Our 6 frigates have been paid 4! Our patrol gun boats have been delivered while 35 others have been paid 4! . . . .the list continues bro! You can google it up to prove authenticity! Google is your freind bro! No harm meant!

PoliticsRe: North Korea Vows Nuclear Attack On US, Saying Washington Will Be 'engulfed In A by Capnd143(m): 4:40pm On Mar 07, 2013
All though the North koreans are pushing too hard! The US are being very selfish and self-centered! Why the lead the anti-nukes war, back at home the have stock piles of nuclear arsenals, when the did theirs no body put sanctions on them, bt the are trying to prevent other countries from being in par with them e.g iran,n korea, nigeria ! If i were N KOREA I WOULD DO SAME! Nigeria easily chickened out in its nuclear technology acquisition program from Iran and north korea because of the great grand puppeteer aka us
