MJBOLT:It is the norm now in Nigeria. Everybody wants to form familiarity with the rich and famous. Remember how the fools protested and campaigned over busola dakolo's case that period. Some even organized street march. Meanwhile, same thing happens to our young women almost every hour.. But nobody will care. Bunch of fools. Even one said there's class among the dead, therefore this man worth more than hundreds of dead Nigerians. I'm still traumatized after reading that post. Oloun. |
finalboss:lol.. who died and made you king of anything? ![]() |
GOFRONT:but it's not the woman's fault. you don't know? she'll give you what you put in her. |
AreaFada2: I know Kobe Bryant. I post. you know Kobe Bryant. you post. 50th person: who is this? oh, a popular American basketballer?. post. post. post. post. the cycle goes on. I know David astori. I post. you know David astori. you post. 50th person: who is this? Italian footballer? only 3 posts about him today. not so important then. ignore. ignore. the cycle dies. this is how these mourners operate. the more people are in a trend, the more people will want to feel among. people are claiming he was a huge impact in people's lives. Bryant must have been a great guy to his family and in his country. must has influenced young basketball players all over the world in a way or the other. they must feel his loss in a way or another. now tell me how this man has impacted the lives of average Nigerians? they do the same thing all the time. with juice. with Nipssey. with xxxtentacion. With Reyez. With Paris. with Istanbul. it. is. sickening. |
fowlyansh181:These people are unbelievable. Kobe's life worth more than our children and students being killed on live Cam in borno.. because Kobe has money? haha. one fowl even said there is class in death. I am so ashamed. |
izzou:kobe was a legend to those who watch basketball, mate, how many people watch basketball? I have never watched Kobe play. I don't even watch basketball but I have a list of very good basketballers because they're always in the news. I have never watched Tiger Woods but I know who he is. some of these mourners are just like me. most of these mourners don't even know this person. but because it's trending, they join the queue. those that are ashamed of posting about their late relatives are posting Kobe. those that are ashamed of celebrating their loved ones and family members, they're posting Kobe and forming relationship. it's bullshit. I have no business with what people post anyways. hypocrisy, triple-standard, zero self esteem, just name it. the group is the real culture of the Nigerian people. [quote author=izzou post=86142629]The child murdered on my street would probably be known by people on my street. The people killed in Borno would probably be known by their relatives, not all Nigerians. They never left a mark, and the world didn't know them. That's not their fault, and it's not the world's either [quote]lol. so when your people go #prayforparis, #prayforbrooklyn... it means all Nigerians know all those involved in the Paris tragedy? they all left a mark? when you say the people killed in borno will be mourned by their relatives... shey the naija mourners are relatives and street people of Kobe? no be news bring both information? Just tell me I have no right to decide what people's content should be, and I'll tell you the same am we close this case... because you're not making sense today. ![]() |
AreaFada2:at least.. mko, fela, Leah sharibu, etc fought for us. it's a very different thing my guy. we too do for this country. "my heart bleeds for paris". "my God will fight for Australia" inukwa! your heart no go bleed for Jos wey dey our backyards.... na paris. |
Kilamiti:and... you think you have the right to tell me the content I should put up? all what you have said is jargon. he's a legend in his basketball career. he's a legend in his country. our own legends die everyday in our backyards, all you do is insults and curses over the obvious truth, another sign of your very high level of inferiority complex. |
Lucid1:suddenly everybody claims Kobe impacted their lives. my dear, what did you learn from Kobe? that's assuming you speak for other millions of Nigeria including those that along with their mourning storylines, have admitted to have never known him? where are the weekly posts talking about how Kobe impacts lives when he was alive? all of you are very silly. |
if he were a Nigerian pastor, by now, many gullible rams will be singing his name as a symbol of the existence of their God.
|
Nnemuka:Don't be deceived by movies. men in more advanced societies are having it worse than men in Nigeria. |
people all over Nigeria are mourning this guy; on facebook, Whatsapp, instagram, gmail, play store, you name it. oh, what a terrible loss to our great nation. these set of international mourners are usually quick to show themselves whenever things like this happen. they even grieve more than the relatives of the dead celebrity. and each day in our own backyards, children are killed. people are abducted. Christians are executed in the north, and many other things go wrong and nobody puts in emphasis like they do whenever it happens to big names. they're always in #prayforfrance, #prayforuk, #wildfire, and #prayforkobe mode, including those who never knew the people involved in the tragedy. but because it's trending, they'd want to follow. while our own businesses are hardly talked about like that. you never see them praying for unimaid, or southern Kaduna. we have a people with the worst social views in this country and it's so messed up to live like that. |

yet, buhari's aides stand there doing nothing. |
Martinez39s:well, I reached an armistice with seun, for regular supplies of yams, kegs of palm wine, vibrators, and other things that I like. once he goes back on his terms.... I UNLEASH. ![]() |
MrBrownJay1:I'm not talking about control. I've seen your argument and I'd argue you don't live in this part of the world. I grew up around Igbo men. the business minded ones that always worked to earn something so as to keep their families comfortable. those men were always tattered and dirty. you'll know how much they earn when you see their wives and kids... mostly clean, happy and comfortable... while daddy worked his life out. when a man has money, his wife benefits greatly, assuming there's nothing like bondage or control in the equation. but when the riches belongs to the wife this time, the man is always ridiculed and tattered. he's always running from his home because he'd be taunted to death, bullied and used with zero pity. I'm stating the facts as I've observed in years of survey and experience. no gender wars about this. |
Victoronah1:You have made about 5 posts so far on this thread, and each one of them contain the same things... sex, money, PlayStation, sex, money, PlayStation. you must be the biggest leech of all time. I pity that girl because the way you'll take off when she becomes less sufficient, even devil go weep. |
the story ends when you'll ditch her for a gold digger, then begin to yell "all girls are the same, nothing to offer" up and down. |
SHAME. |
Michellekabod2:if I had the man's number, I'll call him and ridicule him personally. he lacks common sense. |
BadRadio:DRINK TO STUPOR. |
MJBOLT:when a man is rich, his partner is rich as well, in most cases.. as he'll always want to give her the good things of life. when a woman is rich, well, if she's not going to abandon her poor partner for a richer one, then she must make sure he regrets life everyday for the rest of his days. not here to argue. just stating the fact which is easily observed in our everyday world. this is the main reason most men will never be comfortable with a more successful partner. |
marttol:she is now for your boss. either you leave her, or lose both your job and her. make your choice. good luck. |
Mrlouis:A FOOL'S TALE. |
praz001:1sharon loves you. |
Bukky244:some said nothing, their last moments were the worst. you think you're special? you're not. wait until you find yourself in the camp of ISWAP where no amount of prayers will save you from execution. |
Bejusttoall:nonsense. Nigeria is 90% Christians & Muslims, all raised in the "holy" ways. see how bleeped everything is. spare me that. |
Because... mysterious ways. |
SLAP44:if there are any benefits of marriage in today's world, can you name them? |
SLAP44:if there are any benefits of marriage in today's world, can you name them? |
YES. EVERYDAY. FOR THOSE THAT DIE. |
