He probably doesn't have the funds to rent a new apartment yet. He'll leave eventually. Home owners should learn to have compassion for their tenants. The state of affairs in the country is causing millions to suffer untold hardship.

What more compassion do you suggest the home owner should give?

If the owner dies of hunger and starvation. The useless tenant will join people crying. He will not know he killed the man.

Do you think it's easy to own a house? What if owner borrowed money to build and the lender/bank have come to take over the house?

Try and be reasonable when you request for stay on compassionate ground. I know a landlord already resting 6ft below just because tenants frustrated his life. And that useless tenant is even a lawyer.

Trust me Tenants are more wicked than Landlords. They have a whole year to save up the money but they won't. They will now be begging like fowl when it's time to pay. The landlord is never their priority.

See, I'm vexing with this ur compassion, cos our tenant no gree pay here too. One even tie 2 cows down for her daughter's wedding on 28th. Imagine that.....!

The buyers and the sellers of most of these consumable goods should be tackled in other to have a cleaner Lagos.

Government should do more too to clear dirts on a daily basis. Large garbage bins to be distributed round the city. Heavy fines should be imposed for littering.

People should have a change of mind. Cleanliness is a mindset thing. Once people have the right mindset, they can then own the city and ensure it is clean all the time.

This is the Crux of the matter. It is pretty difficult to build trams and light rail systems in a city without proper planning. Many roads in Lagos are narrow and cannot accommodate trams. Also, how do we fund a project like this, does the state implement some form of tax or does it borrow money.

Trams track can be built within vehicle roads. There's a way they manage the two together.
Long stretch roads like Oshodi-Apapa express road, Ikorodu road etc can easily utilise trams in the middle instead of BRT.
