Government should make it a law that every house owner must concrete, screed or use interlock at the frontage of their house leading to the gutter. And of course, govt must do the roads and or gutters. That's the only way this can be prevented.

Another law I would love government to enforce is home owners to repaint their houses at interval not more than 10years. 15 to 20years for houses that use tiles/boards for facial coverings. Certificate should be issued and expiration date should be monitored.

The certificate should also be withdrawn from any house whose conditions of issuance has been compromised. Such home owner should then do the needful as well as applying for a new certificate for which 10yrs expiration period shall commence.

Only kids buys new sim if they lost their sim or it’s stolen
You don’t change SIM card anyhow,I have been using my lines since 2003
Well, Kids are qualified to use Sim enabled devices. Read this also...

The network is to blame not the individual. Many people may have needs for multiple Sims. Someone operating a transport company with fleet of cars may require sim card in every single car for the sole purpose of tracking.

Also with kidnapping very rife in almost everywhere, parent may installed trackers in their kids bag, shoes etc. There are also sim enabled CCTVs. So if I have 100 of those on my property, Im going to need 100 Sims.

There are several and genuine needs for multiple sims. What is important is to be able to trace all the Sims to the person. If he paid for them he commits no crime. There's no sim limits placed on anybody.

U didn't see the network at fault? Did he not pay for the sims? So long all the sims can be traced to him that is not a problem. He may have needs for 100sims.

So have they been able to trace him 2 find out what kind of business he does or is he a possible threat to d society...?
Or this just for information sake?

So many issues to tackle I.e tracing and tracking bandits, kidnappers calls to enable arrest...
Don't mind them. Isn't that the network problem to start with. Imagine to retrieve a line cost #1000 to #1500 and buying a new sim is #150 or free in some places. Won't people just opt to get a new sim everytime their phone is stolen?

Romance › Re: My Girlfriend Only Calls Anytime She Wants Sex. by CaptainFM1: 10:12pm On Feb 11, 2020
McCoy662:
Good morning Nlanders, I have this very issue bothering me. I have been in a relationship with this girl for about 3 years now. I love her so much, and she loved me until of recent when she told me that she's no longer interested in the relationship. She told me the stern truth that she was seeing someone else.

It's not like I don't take care of her, because I have given her almost everything she requested from me. I bought 90% of her clothes myself as she can't even buy for herself if I give her the money. I pay her bills too.

Just about 2 months ago, the said guy called me and told me that his gf (my gf) said I'm her ex, and they are now together. This guy is not that rich, he's just on average income scale, he's not super handsome and the worst is that, this girl calls and comes to my house for sex anytime she feels like. But that's all, we are not friends like before, we don't go out together, she don't even oblige my requests anytime I ask her for anything. She doesn't even visit on a regular except for sex.

Right now, I'm fed up; I'm tired of being in this love triangle, though I love her so much.
My guys advised me to beat her up and warn her never to come close to my house again, but I just can't. Though I feel used as a sex object, but I just can't say no to this girl's request.

I don't just know, am I being stupid?? Is there a Best way to handle this in a more diplomatic way?? I really love this girl.
Since you asked....Yes you are very stupid! (I hope I won't get blocked).
Must you think money is all that matters? You did not define what you want from her for 3years. You only realised your love and feelings when she's already gone. All she's just trying to give you now is your ROI (Return of Investment) so that you don't jump off a cliff when she finally say goodbye. Just take it and don't be stupid again when you find another girl.

But do you notice that despite Davido having a silver spoon, he doesn't seems to be eating with it. His hussle and hardworking too much. That "Aye" song made me to respect him tho.

did u read the part where someone wore bumshot onto the premises of CAC?
I won't have an open/general perverted mind to every bumshorts or sport wears I see. Tolerance is very important when dealing with the public. I'm not sure she has that attribute!

I bet you did not read the part, I wrote "registration" should be done online. And I did say, there are better ways her message can be hammered very softly. I'm not against the policy, but how it was conveyed. For a broad and secular nation such as Nigeria, policy makers need to very careful and show some sensitivity when and how they present their policies.

The point is this, A Public Agency belongs to "All" . The "suited", the "Agbadas", the "Jalabias" et al. You don't use sticks, when you haven't provided the "carrots". That autocratic position can only come from Buhari & Sanwo Olu!

Its just like demanding "Respect" when you haven't commanded it. Do embassies need to tell people the same when coming for Visa Application?
Politics › Re: Corporate Affairs Commission Implements Dress Code For Visitors by CaptainFM1: 7:06pm On Feb 11, 2020
Are u going to buy clothes for people? Why not just ensure that virtually all the registrations are done online?

Imagine if banks come up with this same policy?
Or BRT operators issue the same policy for passengers?

There are better ways to pass this message very softly......
And trust me people will consciously or unconsciously do it right.

We don't have to use sticks all the time to get things done.

You should have balanced the pictures by putting some from Yoruba movies too. I don't mean to bring tribal sentiment tho..., but that's what I'd have done.

By the way, I'm Yoruba, and I think Yoruba artists do more of ritual movies than any tribe. The minister is absolutely right, we need to change the storyline. It reminds me why Dad won't allow us watch "Koto Orun" and all those Abija series then.

I can still remember how one chic came to my house few years ago, and she didn't have the intention to go o because I live in a well lavish place, all the foods i have at home almost finish, even the ones in my refrigerator wasn't spared, and to make it worst she invited her friends to visit her, they wasted my wines and foods o, that day I was so vexed that I thought I would transformed into incredible hulk and beat shít out of them, when her friends left I confronted her, and she was angry with me, that I was shouting at her.

Believe me I never thought she would act like this, if you see this girl, a very intelligent and beautifully endowed girl and she's also light skinned.

But what really annoys me with her is that she always eat without finishing her food and throw the rest away, its not like i pluck money from trees, am also an hustler.

and sometimes when i don't have she will think i don't want to give her, can you believe this girl wont talk to me in my own house againhuh i got fed of her bullshit and device a plan to leave her, but before that i had the longest sex ever with her ;and

My plan was to lie to her that me and my friend rented the apartment and he's coming in few days time, and i also have to lie to her that i'm travelling out of the country that i would spend months so it won't be advisable for her to stay in the apartment, that's how we both left o, i traveled to Abuja and stay there for 2 weeks before that, i broke my sim card so she won't reach me anymore, since that terrible experience when any lady tell me she wants to visit me i would lie to her that i'm squatting with a friend of mine, the one that told me that she must visit me was suprised, she was like you are squatting with your friend and you are driving a nice car. grin
You really can't hide who you are for those that have eagle eyes. I've tried that shit b4. It doesn't work like in African Magic or Nollywood

I noticed 2 of my clothes missing....Only God knows since when. They are among my favourites, but because I have lots of clothes, it's very difficult to quickly noticed.

Anyway, I became worried because I'm very meticulous and not that careless with my belongings. To cut the story short, I went to find out from a prophet and also from a traditionalist. Here's what they both told me.

1.That the charms/rituals they use it for will not work if I do so and so..., (Which I'm still consistently doing)

2. That the person has just 6months max to live after I've completed no.1

3. Should I want to spare the person, he needs to confess openly to me. And seek for my "destiny" to forgive him. I was told he wants to steal my destiny...., and currently, its been halved.

I'm very worried because I can practically count people that visited me including family members. I don't welcome unnecessary guests. Even more so, that I've told every single one about this and none has opened up to confess.

I'm deeply troubled by both family and friends even though I don't know which side this is coming from. I have decided to avoid "All" for now whilst hoping that the person(s) comes forward and confess.

I've explored all means to pass the message down to everyone. I just hope whoever it is would find this piece also and save his/her life. A lot has happened in the past and I've seen people going down 6ft deep for their evil plans around me.

This life sha!
