Questions.

1. CSU already said he graduated from their school. U think they were not aware of the implications? They knew he was the president and a public figure.

2. They already said they don't keep copies. So it is a new copy to be printed. How do u validate that against what he submitted?

3. Even if something is amiss, do you think CSU will like to indict themselves and soil their reputation? Eg that Tinubu joined the school as a woman and graduated as a man? That they don't do due diligence on their students?
Do we really think CSU will like to soil their reputation?

4. And why will BAT submit a copy of his certificate different from what the school has? When as an old fox, he knows it will be subjected to litigation.


I think he was just trying to waste Atiku time and keep some suspense or to also make sure the school brings out what is right and in alignment.

Overall, whatever comes from this exercise cannot be submitted as an evidence. So it is a share waste of time. And as a nation, we just washing our dirty linen in a foreign land.
We have also shown our desperation when we can't be ok with the school,s attestation.

Are we also not expecting Tinubu to sue the school if they turn up with anything that contradict their initial confirmation of him as a bona-fidegraduate?

CSU already said they don't know where he got what he's parading from. Meanwhile a copy of the certificate was issued to Mr Enahoro Elba that has opened a case since November last year which the court has till today not sat on the case.

The question any sane Nigerian should ask is why has the court not opened such an important case since November? Our judiciary act as an appendage of the executives.

CSU knowing fully well that they cannot issue Atiku anything different from what was issued to Enahoro Elba especially under oath had to just say they don't know where Tillumbu got the certificate he tendered to INEC from.

Now, here's the smart move from Atiku's camp. They are not just interested in Tillumbu's certificate and document, but also a copy of CSU's own document because they know that the court may favour Tillumbu(which has not so far). Hence they also requested for a sample of the copy of the certificate issued by CSU but not in Tillumbu's name. That can't be stopped by Tillumbu because that is not his document. With that alone, backed by a sworn deposition, they can make a presentation to compare what Tillumbu tendered at INEC and original sample used by CSU.

The issue has gone beyond whether he attended CSU to certificate forgery case. In all, the Credibility of CSU is what is at stake now. Tillunbu can appeal for his own certificate not to be issued, but can't appeal for CSU not to issue their own certificate. And whatever sample CSU issued had to be same as what they issued Enahoro Elba because that was issued under oath.

Interesting times ahead. Let's just cross legs and watch.

There's no sane person supporting him. Can't you see plenty empty sits when he was addressing the UN. Nobody really takes him serious. Even the few there were not listening to him. Many just put earpiece on and play R&B.

This case is simple now. Highest they will not release Tinubu's own certificate. The school can still go ahead and release other document as per the judgement.

I.e
1. Original sample certificate issued in 1979

2. A copy of Ttinnubu's certificate issued in 1979

3. A copy of the certificate Ttinubbu submitted to INEC if truly same was issued to him by CSU!, But in another person's name! This is to check and compare the wordings, fonts, signatures etc for consistency.

4. CSU document certified by James Orr as well as communication relating to it.


So even if Ttinubbu appeal for his certificate and document not to be released, only No.2 will be affected. The school is under obligation to release other document which is more than enough to do comparison with what Ttinubbu submitted to INEC.

But on a serious note? Why on earth will our number 1 citizen be attempting to block the school from releasing vital information?

That said, if he did not attend UNN and tendered UNN certificate then we all have grounds to challenge him because it's now a case or fraud and/or forgery.
