1000naira per flat is more than enough, which is 5k per month. My compound makes use of 1hp pumping machine and we contribute 400naira monthly for the prepaid meter. Total number of flats in my compound is 8.
Everybody's case is not the same. 5k per month may not be enough if they pump water 3 to 4 times a day like my neighbor's house.

You have to first calculate your running hours in a month. Everybody's running time is different. Mine is approximately 7 to 8hours a month.

I will ever support military ahead of civilian government for Nigeria.

I've tasted both the devil and God, and I can say authoritatively that military government is "God-like" as far as Nigeria and indeed Africa is concerned.

If you want to argue this, pls first gouge your eyes out because, you don't really have to read what I wrote if you don't believe me.

We never had it this bad even under military rule. Fake and foolish polithiefians everywhere.

Gowon had not just the opportunity but resources in abundance to make it happen. He failed to do so. undecided
Is there a time we don't have resources in abundance?

Now we even have avalanche of gas onshore and offshore.

Everyone of them failed. There's no time the resources are less. It's even very much now when you compare the market price.

And there's one enormous resources you may be overlooking......"The Human Resources". Gowon never had this magnitude of people in his time. So comparatively, you would realized that there's no time the resources were ever different.

Virtually, all of them failed to utilize what's available in their disposal to achieve what they want.

Same resources if not more is available to the current government. Governance is a continuum.

All successive government and heads of states failed. There's no time the opportunity/Chance of becoming a developed nation was never there. Even right now, the opportunity is very present if we are ready to take it. Governance is a continuum.

Rufai most times exposes his ignorance by repeating questions that have already been answered so as to seem versatile in knowledge. He uses that trick to obscure his knowledge deficiencies.

That Rotus Odiri guy is far more impressive but less assuming.

Why is Rufai Oseni always arguing with every guest on Arise TV? Can't he just agree with someone for once?
If he doesn't argue on behalf of the masses, what the heck then is journalism. As far as I know, his argument has always been very constructive. Not every one will be like Seun Okinbaloye that now sound so timid and voiceless after NBC hammered him and his media company fines.

I give my wife #500 everyday to cook for the house and yet she complains, it's really annoying.

Do you know that the #500 is even too much because there's everything a woman need to cook in bulk in the house. Meat, crayfish, Maggi, salt, seasonings.....

I mean everything. All she buys is things we can't buy in bulk which is tomatoes and pepper. Please guys what's your take?

Here in the north all these perishables are too cheap, she just steps out of the house and buy them from women selling just in front of our house.

Before some people start saying I'm stingy, you must also know that she doesn't lack anything. I give her pocket money and also buys her anything she needs as far as i can afford.

You use nonstick grin
I'm just being honest. No matter how careful you are, they don't last. I literally have to throw everything I have here away. Once they start peeling, game over and they must peel.

As long as you are making naija food especially soups that take ages, you need good sturdy pot and nonstick isn't meant for it. We cook on very high heat for long. Not good for non stick at all. It will naturally start melting. We wash anyhow, not good for nonstick. Washing the under of pot requires aluminium sponge and mistakenly, you scratch the back, the beauty is gone.
It start peeling,na so you go dey chop Teflon.

You can buy perfect pots for your use that are not nonstick with so many designs. Na your pocket. I can only get small nonstick for turning semo cos of burning.
Let me show you aluminium pots you can buy that's fanciful. These companies have branches in China in think so their products should be in naija market.
Are they not beautiful.
Non is less than 100k. One is around 200k. Our rich people know how to buy expensive clothes and jewellery but know absolutely nothing about quality pots that's why they fill their houses with nonstick and that guy is educating me on pots. It's well. If you have a good house and kitchen go for quality cookware.
An aluminium pot can cause as much as 300k and more. Usually, such have lifetime warranty. Some of these ones I posted if not all have lifetime warranty. Five star hotels uses these pots not nonstick. Anybody who cooks for the public has no business with nonstick.

The wok at the end is 100% pure nonstick yet its aluminum. Its more than 100k. One of Demeyere cheapest wok.
I will like to get some of these high grade aluminum cookwares. Can you recommend any one for me?

That's the only way to go. To keep them in check
The only way to keep Nigerian politicians in check is by making them to swear with our original and real local deities....Ogun, Sopona, Amadioha, Obatala et al.

And I mean the real and original deities, because our politicians can bribe and compromise these gods too. If judges and judgement can be influenced by our politicians, I can't think of anything else.

The main supreme God is too laden with Mercies. We need them to swear by gods that will visit them with instant judgement!
