What evidence have I to present before the court if the guy decides to clean off the name before a court papers is served on him? What if this senseless display by the dog owner took place on a weekend, I should wait till another day to report him to the court? What's the role of the law enforcement agency and what's wrong in taking the guy to police station if his actions is capable of disrupting public peace?

Where has diversification stopped oil exploration in the world? When did America start oil exploration? Is their economy not diversified? Why go into oil exploration at that stage of their existence if diversification is all and all?
