One thing I found out about you is that you like to lie to yourself a lot.

This was how you were assigning funny figures to Atiku and Tinubu in the Southeast and Southsouth before the elections; I told you it won’t happen but you argued you a are a professor of ‘real politick’.

What later happened? Tinubu and Atiku both struggled to get up to 5% of votes cast in the entire southeast. Southsouth wasn’t any different either but for INEC’s rigging.

Now you are back with another round of self deception.

I can take what you said about other people because they appear realistic but how did you arrive at your conclusion about Wike?

Let me tell you the reality on ground, like I told you before the elections, Wike is the most hated politician in Rivers State in particular, and the entire Southsouth in general, as of today. If he contests in a free and fair House of Assembly election today, he would fail even if his opponent is a stone.

What you are mistaking for popularity is just his network of criminal structure within the PDP across some Southsouth states. But for the fact that these guys are associating with him alone, they have lost popularity just like Wike.

Things were even better for Wike before the election. But after doing what he did during the election, he buried himself by himself. That’s why he’s struggling to get a post in Tinubu’s govt so he can stay relevant.

As you didn’t before the election, I don’t expect you to believe what I’ve said here, not like I care, I just wanted to state the facts as they are; like I always do.
You people are so deluded and far removed from reality it is unreal. You live in an alternate universe.

Wike struggling to get post? If any name is guaranteed to be on the list it is Wike. Who does he want to give? Magnus that left APC and campaigned for SDP candidate even though we know he is Tinubu’s man? Cole that campaigned for Atiku? You guys should try and comment in a way that shows not all your brain cells are completely fried!

6.Toyota Corolla/Matrix
7.Toyota Yaris
It depends on how new the car is. Fuel economy has been improving every year. Once upon a time a Corolla was deemed fuel efficient for doing 30mpg. Today you have jeeps and v8s that do that. Todays corrola probably does 45-55mpg. So you can’t just say corrola, micra etc. it depends on the year.

Plus no matter how economical a car is, if you keep putting your foot down accelerating only to brake, accelerate, brake, accelerate brake, you will burn more petrol that the man driving a car that is bad on fuel consumption but the driver is driving calmly.

Bottom line if you drive like the Lagos Danfo drivers or Uber drivers, Getting a fuel efficient car won’t help you.

Whoever is investigating this matter, here's your first piece of evidence: why would a black man who apparently can't swim go for water paddleboarding alone? It's uncharacteristic of blacks to play such rough play with their lives. Have you ever seen a black man going for "camping in the deserted forest" or "swimming with sharks" or "diving to the titanic wreckage"? It's usually a whites thing. They're the ones that see something dangerous and walk towards it for "fun" or to "investigate". My black brothers would rather stay at home with a bowl of chicken and watch the outcome of the white man's "investigation" on TV. "Life no get duplicate" is a universal black mantra, bigger than black lives matter.
The question is how did a man who can swim die in a pond. The man can swim and this is the second Obama chef to die. That Obama is dodgy as fork.

See him swimming in this video

Ibos created their problem, when they are ready to borrow themselves sense they will solve their problems themselves. History has shown not to intervene in their matter. They are the ones who during the civil war refused food aid and shared it amongst their elite because they felt images of starving children would garner sympathy and help their war effort, only for them to blame others for starving them. Meanwhile the war itself na them start am. SW was neutral in the war, they were the ones who decided to invade SW via Ore heading to Ibadan. You said you seceded what were Ibos doing in Ore, a yoruba town? Why was Biafran Army heading to Ibadan?

When they are ready they will solve the problem they created themselves. The rest of the country is ok.

it powdered milk na, it's real milk. Just that it has been heated to powdered form. Then they import and mix with water here. That's why it's called evaporated.
They heat it to purify and preserve the milk. stop saying what you don't know
Please go and check. Powdered milk is 29% palm oil and other stuff

You are the one saying what you don’t know. I was in this business at some point so I know. If it is not fresh milk, you are really wasting your time and deceiving yourself. The next best is UHT milk although most of the nutrients have been destroyed under UHT but it is milk. Powdered and evaporated milk is really just a waste of time, a lot of chemicals and other stuff go into making powdered or evaporated milk.

If you must drink canned milk make sure it is unsweetened full cream and dont make a habit of it.

Same way margarine is bad for you, Eat butter instead.

Klin is a middle aged product(pld per say).
It is an Indian product.it gave omo a big run for money but omo held on with it's jumbo sack back.
I see, I thought it was new as I had never heard of it.

Anyway I think the issue with Unilever and all these multinational is the FMCG market is crowded, there are new players and it’s a zero sum business. Every time a consumer buys from a competitor, it takes away a sale from you. A consumer only uses one bar of soap to wash or one detergent to wash. Plus brand loyalty is very important in FMCG. Once a consumer moves from one brand to another, they tend to stick with the new brand until they have a problem with it, so not only do you lose that sale you lose future sales. That’s why many manufacturers have different brands in the market e.g Friesland with peak milk , coast, Olympia, three crowns…..all from the same manufacturer…..oh and by the way none of it is real milk.

The same thing happened to klin detergent.
Ariel detergent pushed it (klin)out of the market at a time (as per import product back then).
But trust indians they reinvented the so klin concentrated and omo brought color gaurd.
Unfortunately klin introduced color gaurd and increase in detergent volume.
But there is a new product in town now but the managers of the product just messed it like kilode
We currently use klin, I actually went to check the name of the brand before I posted earlier. I don’t understand what you mean by pushed out of market. Is klin made by Indians. Is klin and old product?

Unilever is unique.

The problem with Unilever is that customers have abandoned most of their products for other products particularly locally made alternatives For instance for years my wife only used Ariel or Persia for the washing machine. I used to complain the clothes sometimes don’t feel like they’ve been washed. It got to a point she ordered boxes of detergents from the auk. Now she discovered Klin because they were doing promo (I don’t work for them and I am not associated with them). For the last few months we have been using Klin. She swears by Klin and even I have noticed the difference. The competition for FMCG is very competitive. Most of their products have very good Nigerian owned alternatives/rivals. Local manufacturers are upping their game and they are not keeping up. Go to any supermarket and see the choices available in traditional Unilever segments.

I am not saying there aren’t problems in the Nigerian economy, but Unilever’s problem is their products are not competitive and people are abandoning their products.

The Ariel they sell in Nigeria is inferior to the foreign Ariel. You wash and the armpits will still smell. Complacency and entitlement is what is killing Unilever. Many people do not know that Unilever (Royal Niger Company) once owned southern Nigeria (I mean owned as in
owned by law), they are the reason Nigeria was colonized, as they eventually sold Nigeria to the British Government. They had their hands in every pie. UAC, Unilever and many others are legacy companies of the Royal Niger company. But for complacency, they should be the biggest company in Nigeria today.

Lol!

All I see is pain. That’s all!

I’m going to reproduce subsection D of section 137 again so you can look at it again; maybe this time you will look at it more reasonably.

Now, can you see that subsection D is separated from subsection E by a disjunct - “OR”?

What this means is that subsection E does not flow from subsection D nor is it (E) the completion of D.

Only the disqualifying criteria under subsection E has 10 years expiry date.

The disqualifying criteria under subsection D runs ad infinitum without an expiry date.

Stick to the letters of the constitution and not conjectures.
Stop wasting my time. I am not here for going around in circles. If you dont understand the term “under sentence” you dont understand section d.

I have cited many legal sources to explain the term “under sentence” in law but I guess you can’t fix stupid.

Lol. Can you stick to logic and reasoning and discard insults? Isn’t that what reasonable and refined people do?

Now to the issues you raised…

If I give you money to go and buy food for me and I tell you to buy either rice or beans or spaghetti or macaroni or bread, do I mean you should buy all these items or that one is okay?

Talking about 10 years, I’m going to reproduce subsection D for your perusal. I would like you to either download or screenshot and underline where 10 years is written in the provision and repost for me.

I want us to stick to facts and letters of the constitution, not conjectures.
You are daft. It’s not abuse, it’s a statement of fact.

T

I have told you the meaning of “under sentence”, if you fail to understand that, you will fail to understand everything else in subSection d.

There is a difference between “sentenced” and “under sentence”. You are sentenced the minute your punishment is pronounced, until you serve your sentence you are “under sentence”, once you serve your sentence, you are no longer “under sentence”.. The more I interact with you Ob1diots the more I understand why such a daft man could have hoodwinked so many people. You are all daft, again I am not saying that to abuse, you people really have a very very low IQ.

https://www.lawinsider.com/dictionary/under-sentence-of-imprisonment

“Under sentence of imprisonment means while serving a term of imprisonment, while under a suspended sentence, while on probation or parole, or while on work-release, furlough, escape, or any other type of release or freedom, while or after serving a term of imprisonment, other than unconditioned release and freedom after expiration of term of sentence.”

Read below for an example of the disctinction between people who are under sentence and those have been convicted of an offense but are no longer “under sentence” to understand what it means to be “under sentence”.
