If there's one thing I value my dad for is his ability to launch a campaign in getting to the secret of any matter. He will coin a question in a way you'll spill your secrets when giving a reply. 4. Many companies are now mandated to allow a quota system for women.

5. The economic situation is unfavorable. Unemployment especially in less developed countries is on a steady rise, depending on a man to carryout the functions of providing and care taking is onerous, hence, women are entering the workforce so that they can support their spouses when they get married.

In developed countries, what's threatening men and other employees is not the rise of women in the workplace but the rise of automaton and robots. Many companies have started making robotic research in the workplace, and once it's fully developed, robots will replace more than 40-70% of employees. The only way one can survive the age of robots in the workplace is if he becomes creative in learning how to make, operate or maintain robots---which will highly favour men because they have a high mental rotation ability than women.
