The Kaduna State government has announced that it will commence the implementation of the New National Minimum wage from September 1, 2019.

The Special Adviser to the governor on Media and Communication, Mr Muyiwa Adekeye, disclosed this to Channels Television on Monday.

He made the disclosure at the end of the State Executive Council meeting chaired by the deputy governor, Mrs Hadiza Balarabe.

Adekeye explained that the Council approved that payment of the new national minimum wage and consequential adjustments to civil servants should begin from September.

He said the approval was part of the commitment of the Nasir El-Rufai administration to strengthening public service and its capacity to deliver quality and responsive service.

In arriving at the decision to pay the N30,000 minimum wage, Adekeye explained that the government considered several scenarios, bearing in mind the trend of Internally Generated Revenues and allocations from the Federation Account.

He noted that paying the new national minimum wage and consequential adjustments would increase the wage bill of the State Government by 33.

The governor’s aide added that the development would increase the gross monthly salary outlay from N2.827billion to N3.759billion.

According to the new wage structure, the lowest-paid workers in the Kaduna State Civil Service will enjoy increments of as much as 67% while middle-ranking officers from Grade 10 to 14 were awarded increments of 60%.

The state government also confirmed the approval of the N30,000 minimum wage in a statement.

Yes at standstill, with engine running, it revs above 3000 rpm. But it is only when traveling on top speed around 60-80mph that car experiences the continuous revving which will not allow it speed beyond 60/80mph. A rewire guy I went to told me it is the raising sensor that has faults. Is there anything called raising sensor or he is just doing trial and error?

As per scanning the car for codes, I don't understand. How does codes solve the problem?

Hello MotorGuru, I drive accord 03. Gear selects perfectly. But When on top speed at 60mph, car experiences continuous revving and won't speed up beyond 60mph.

There two types of ball joints for Honda EOD and DC, the one with a tiny neck and the one with a thick neck.
Always ensure you go for the one with a thick neck. With this, your EOD or DC will not be experiencing ball joints failure no matter how rough the road is.

See, I agree that men are also susceptible to sexual weakness such as erectile dysfunction and the likes just as women also have issues of vagina hypoplasia, stunted libido etc. However, hiding your sexual laxities from your partners till after marriage always comes with adverse effects one of which is cheating. My take is that before marriage, always do sexual compatibility test and agree on measures to take to solve sexual challenges.

It takes more than mere communication to resolve sexual incompatibility. Nothing hurts more than to find out after marriage that your partner cannot give you sexual fulfillment. Many men are not that patient to condone sexual laxity from their wife, hence they revert to cheating. If you can't satisfy your husband sexual needs averagely, why blame him for cheating?

You are making real sense. Reason I left an ex was she cheated on me, I found out, she begged and I accepted her back then. But the relationship was never the same as it was when we started. We later decided to go our separate ways.

Possible causes:

1.) He is regretting marrying you and indirectly trying to frustrate you to quit the marriage


2.) He had an expectation from you before he married you, and as the expectation can't be met, he is full of regrets

3.) You did something bad and he is finding it difficult to forgive; some people have an unforgiven heart.

4.) You guys married too early without knowing each other well, and now it has downed on him that you are the wrong person, that he ought to have married Anita instead of you


Solution

You should know what you did; if its cheating, forget the marriage cos majority of men including can forgive a lady any other sin but I cannot forgive her having sex with another guy when dating or married to me.

What I can sense from this post is that your husband does not get sexual fulfillment from you. A lot of men become unemotional in their marriage because of sexual incompatibility. Your husband has possibly found sexual fulfilment in another woman out there. Unless you quickly change your game sexually, it will be too late to have him back with you.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ilorin Zonal Office on July 26, 2019 secured the conviction of Samuel Magaaji and Balogun Olasunkanmi charged for offences bordering on internet fraud.

They were arraigned before Justice Mahmood Abdulgafar of a Kwara State High Court, sitting in Ilorin, on separate one-count charge.

The charge against Samuel reads: “That you, Samuel Emmanuel Magaaji (aka Lillian Nora) sometime in May 2019 at Ilorin, within the judicial division of the High Court, while acting as Lillian Nora a white Caucasian lady, with gmail account lolliannora98@gmail.com did attempt to cheat by fraudulently inducing one Mike Dewey in delivering to you the sum of $500 (Five Hundred Dollars) under the guise of being in a romantic relationship with him and thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 95 of the Penal Code and punishable under section 322 of the Penal Code.”

The charge against Balogun reads: “That you, Balogun Ibrahim Olasunkanmi (alias Brenda Jones) sometime in July 2019 at Ilorin, within the judicial division of the High Court, while acting as Brenda Jones, a white Caucasian lady, with gmail account jbrenda1012@gmail.com did attempt to cheat by fraudulently inducing one Dele Ferguson in delivering to you the sum of $250 (Two Hundred and Fifty US Dollars) under the guise of being in a relationship with him and thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 95 of the Penal Code and punishable under Section 322 of the Penal Code.”

They pleaded “guilty” to the charge.

Subsequently, Justice Abdulgafar convicted them and sentenced them to six months in prison to take effect from July 15, 2019 without an option of fine. They were also ordered to forfeit all the phones and items recovered from them to the Federal Government.

Sowore’s AAC declares protests across Nigeria August 5


The African Action Congress (AAC) has declared August 5, 2019, the commencement date of revolution protests tagged ‘Days of Rage’ across the country to demand for a better Nigeria.

The presidential candidate of the party in the 2019 general elections, Omoyele Sowore, disclosed this on Saturday in Abuja at the end of the National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting of the AAC.

Mr Sowore said that the protest would be sustained until the country is put on the right path of honour where justice will prevail.

He stated that the action of the government compelled them to take the decision noting that there was no level playing field in the last elections.

“Election is a place we would have carried out a revolution of the ballot box but they stole the ballot box. They hijacked materials that was meant for free and fair election and as a result they did not organise any election that was credible enough for people to have faith in the ballot box,” he said.

Mr Sowore who is also a human rights activist maintained that for the country to have free and fair elections in the future, there must be a showdown and people must define who should be their electoral officers.

He said, “The revolution has therefore become inevitable. We didn’t choose to go for revolution they choose it by ensuring that there was no level playing field in the last election.

“As you know they did it in Sudan and it was started by some females. They were making fun of them but they did not stop until doctors joined them, the labour union joined them and what started as 5 people became 5,000 and 500,000 and became 5,000,000 and the regime fell.

“So don’t let anybody deceive you that in asking for a better government or country you are committing any illegality. The biggest illegality being committed in Nigeria as of today is the rigging of election in 2019.

“The moment you don’t allow people to express their God giving rights to choose their leaders, you are committing an illegality and inviting resistance.”

He said that the proposed revolution is inevitable adding that the group has mobilised people in Lagos and many parts of the country to create places of community resistance.

Mr Sowore said the party has succeeded in creating awareness for the people to speak up and be resistant to all form of poor services from the government.

He added that the consciousness being raised among Nigerians was not to promote or encourage violence but to create the culture of resistance in them.

“I am not the only one asking for a revolution; 84% of Nigerian according to a poll we conducted want a revolution. They don’t want war but these people want to drive us into war so that we can all be exterminated at once.

“We don’t want war, we want a very clean, quick and succinct revolutionary process that will put an end to the shenanigans of government, oppression and corruption.

“Don’t ask me weither I am afraid or worried about the legal implications of what I am saying. I am carrying out a historical duty and only history can judge me not a prosecutor or a federal judge. You can’t kill somebody who is not afraid of death,” Mr Sowore said.

Her zero drive for sex could be as a result of a congenital condition called vagina hypoplasia. It is underdevelopment or incomplete maturity of the vagina. Several women with this type of condition naturally do not feel urge for sex and it is their type that remain Virgin for a long time.
