Bush mango( ugiri) and Ogbono are two different plants. The Ogbono tree is called Adu and the flesh not edible like Ugiri. Also, the Ogbono seed draws much better than the ugiri seed which can leave your soup watery if you are not careful. I wonder why people don't seem to get d point of these taxes,in how many advanced countries do you see posters been pasted all over the place without regulations,at least he did not bann pasting of posters or banners ,but if you must paste ,then you must pay for it and also get it off the wall or wherever you mounted d banner once your time expires ,in doing this ,it will save d state from mischievous posting of posters and banners ...this is just a strategy to keep d state clean ,note ..that he didn't force anyone to paste posters or banners thereby extorting them ,or he did not bann d pasting of posters or banners ,thereby denying citizen there right to communication ..and he made it clear that d signs leading to d event place will not b charged for ..I think he is in order ..

Tell me, where in the developed world do people paste posters of burial all over the place ? For those who live abroad, you all know that the system works over there because the citizens pay tax.
