@ Deboksy,

Please do us a favour by watching football games before u comment instead of reading from Myles Palmer's cock-sucking lips.
Tell me why Ronaldo and Van Der Sar got booked?
He booked em for dissent but Robbie Keane and Michael Dawson did the same thing without getting booked.
Clatterbutt booked Rooney for diving . . . . .what did he do when Huddlestone dived like Fab4? He let him got away with MURDER.
I can go on and on but whats the point. . . .

Did u say Ronaldo has lost form? Astimagtism must be the new epidemic/endemic in Canada cos u seem to be suffering from it.
Ronaldo never stopped running . . . He was taking the kicks and he never stopped knocking the door and it eventually paid off.
His combination with Rooney, Nani, Tevez and Anderson in the last 10 mins is the best i have seen United play this season.
Anutha 5 mins and United should have won . . . . Is that what u call loss in form . . . Are u this pathetic?

When was the last time Hleb, Rosicky or Walcott(wingers) have actually influenced a game to secure an Arsenal victory?
When Hleb/Fab4 does not score . . . . .Its no news. When Ronaldo does not score. . . .It makes the headlines.
How moronic can u Gaynners be?
It is official: ONE MUST BE STUPID TO SUPPORT ARSENAL. grin cheesy grin

I will defend EMPEROH in this zone.
Emperoh was in HIS THREAD doing his thang and Dr Kit "butt-kisser" Fashola was taunting the hell out of his life.
Lets see how the drama unfolds. . . . . .I am licking me mouth already.

7 yellow cards? Big deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Its still nuthing compared to the 71 RED CARDS Arsenal has copped under WENGER.

The yellows on saturday was the 1st time in United's history.
That should tell u something is wrong with Clatter-butt . . . .He is a Arrow(like Debosky).
Well . . . .what goes around comes around . . . He could be officiating the game btw Arsenal n Liverpool at the Emirates.
We was lucky to get a DRAW . . . .Lets see what ARSENAL get with CLATTER-BUTT officiating. grin grin
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Chacal: 12:01pm On Feb 04, 2008
@ akinalabi,

Did u see United's game?
Can u honestly tell me Mark Clatter-butt is good enough for the Premiership?
He was pathetic . . . .

United didn't play too well BUT how many times have United taken 3 points even without playing well.
Clatter-butt allowed SPURS to get away with MURDER and he was booking United players for the fun of it.
Anutha conspiracy against Man Utd? Clatter-butt confessed he was an ardent Liverpool fan as a teenager.

@ MC Omo,

I cannot see any difference between u and Debosky these days.
Both of y'all seem to spew and type the same way . . , THE ARSENAL WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go and lie down . . . .U need to rest after GHANA broke ur hearts.
Dont ever let me hear u say ENGLAND IS SHIT. . . . .
We all know now NIGERIA(180 million population) cannot produce a decent team. . . .Its pathetic.

@ Debosky,

You are a wrinkled cock.  grin grin
SAF doesn't know because he couldn't see from the bench. There were too many bodies in the box and the schitzo happened so fast.
Blimey .  . . . . .Arsene Wenger DID NOT see Adebayor nutting Bendtner the other day at White Hart Lane.
It must be foggy down there(Gaffers dont see shit at White Hart Lane). . .Bendtner scored an own goal, didn't he? grin cheesy
Maybe this was why u got RAPED 5-1. Wenger didn't see em goals coming. grin grin grin

I know who scored because i was able to see the REPLAYS(crystal clear) in slow mo. . . . . .Dont envy me because i use SKYHD box. grin grin grin grin
Apache got the last kick . . . . He deserved it because he worked his socks off.
It shows the STRENGTH of Man Utd . . . .How can we play badly for 80 mins and still get 1 POINT?
If only Nani had more COMPOSURE in the final third, United could have won the game EASILY.
I suggest you get some therapy to help you cope with your Man United inferiority complex - seems like your medication isn't working.

GAME ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Chacal: 2:12am On Feb 04, 2008
@ MC Omo/Debosky,

You should at least upgrade your TV to a HD ready TV.
Stop watching the old Cathode Ray-Tubes kind of TV( You must have the colours mixed up. . . .Man Utd wore RED not WHITE. grin)
The goal was SCORED by TEVEZ.
SKYSPORTS have proven it that APACHE got the last touch so put a sock in it.

Arsenal drew Birmingham at the Emirates 3 weeks ago . . . . .
Man Utd drew Tottenham(the same team that walloped Arsenal 5-1) at White Hart Lane and pathetic fans like u are celebrating?
You need to stop acting like an arm-chair fan . . .
Read between the lines, United will win the PREM TITLE.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Chacal: 1:56am On Feb 04, 2008
@ Dayokanu,

Why don't u put a sock in it?
You had to wait for Man Utd to drop points before u show up like a BAD SMELL?
Who is Bayern playing in a fortnight when UCL kicks off again?
Ooooooooooops, i keep forgetting Bayern has been demoted to the less glamorous UEFA cup
What a minger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@ Ritchboy,

Maybe you should wait until the Premiership has actually ended before you start to gloat and celebrate.
If you think that the title has been won today, then you know less about football than i originally gave you credit for and trust me, i didn't give you much. wink wink

Why are u crying?
What are u cring for?

Nigeria did her best but it wasn't good enough.

Berti Vogts should be retained though.
SportsRe: Berti Vogts Must Go by Chacal: 8:35pm On Feb 03, 2008
@ Doyindamus,

I concur, son.
Vogts didn't do too badly. . . . .his only fault was he showed no tactical prowess in the last 25 mins.
Besides, Mikel Obi disappointed me today. . . . .He was the harbinger of Ghana's late winner.

Nigeria broke from Ghana's assault. . . . . . . .Ball was fed to Mikel Obi who should have powered the ball to Osaze who was very free on the flanks.
Chelsea's dear Mikel decided to DRIBBLE and lost possession . . . .and 14 secs later, Ghana scored.
It was pathetic.

I don't want to hear any Nigerian diss England ever again until i see an improvement.
SportsRe: Nigeria Vs Ghana: Can We Beat The Host Country? by Chacal: 8:16pm On Feb 03, 2008
This is pathetic.
Berti Vogts is a bloody plonker.
Game tied at 1-1 . . . . .Ghana lost a man and Nigeria couldn't turn that situation to their advantage.
4-3-3 should have changed to 4-2-4 if i was Vogts.

Essien was their powerhouse in the midfield . . . he was moved to the defence to plug the hole left by Mensah. . .
A very good manager should have added more personnel in the attack area to replace Yakubu and Uche who were tired.
Bring on Utaka and Martins(fresh legs) to RUN Michael Essien ragged and get the goals. . . .

This game should have ended 3-1 or 4-1 to Nigeria but Berti's negativity got the better of him.
Nigeria deserved to lose.
End of.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Chacal: 12:33am On Feb 03, 2008
@ Ritchboy,

Don't wet your undies yet  . . . . . .
I have been watching this league LONG ENOUGH to know SHIT CAN HAPPEN.
More points are still going to be dropped in the coming weeks.
Blimey. . . . . . . Arsenal dropped a massive 7 points in the month of December. . . .
What makes u think the same thing cannot happen in February, March or April?

Its getting tougher now . . . . .legs are getting heavier . . . Its a long HARD WINTER.
Look at the way the teams that appear dominant at the start of the season are slipping down the table.
Its even going to get TOUGHER for the BIG 4 with UEFA games, FA Cup and the Prem games coming in torrents.
I think the team with the best CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH will go on and win the title.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Chacal: 11:11pm On Feb 02, 2008
@ Ritchboy,

What are u talking about?
Everyone would still drop points as things are going . . . . .
13 games to go means 39 points available . . . .Chelsea have the advantage of picking 9 points from their HEAD TO HEAD games.
Add those 9 points to their points now and they have an edge over everyone else.

Besides . . . . . .They have a greater STRENGTH IN DEPTH than the other BIG 2.
Lampard, Terry, Ashley Cole, Essien, Mikel and Drogba will be added to this Chelsea side so please RESPECT THAT.
6 points difference in February means nuthing . . . . .
Man Utd have taken 8 points from Arsenal before in MARCH so keep your fingers crossed.

P.S. 3 draws alone is 6 POINTS lost. tongue tongue Only Liverpool is OFFICIALLY out of the race. Write off Chelsea at your own PERIL.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Chacal: 10:34pm On Feb 02, 2008
Chelsea will contest when they have all their players back.
By the end of the month . . . . .Chelsea should have everyone back which spells DOOM for Arsenal.
Besides . . . . . .Chelsea will be playing all their HEAD TO HEAD games at Stamford Bridge.
One thing i know is . . . .They won't lose any of those games . . . They MIGHT probably win all of em(9 points)!!!!!!!!!
It is still VERY OPEN.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Chacal: 10:06pm On Feb 02, 2008
@ Akinalabi,

Match choice is ON SKYSPORTS now and they are showing the game!!!!!!!!!!
Tell your HOST to let u watch cos most Naija peops now fancy the NOLLYWOOD CHANNEL(SKY 331) more than anything else. grin grin

@ Debosky,

Stop talking like a ninny.
Tevez has 11 Premier league goals, 2 UEFA goals and 1 goal in the FA cup in 29 appearances.
If u take out the game against Sportin Lisbon in Portugal where he came on for Ronaldo in the 88th min then its 28 appearances.
Thats 14 goals in 28 appearances which is 1 goal in 2 games.
Do the math again and get back to me. . . . . .

How can u say shots on goal are not counted?
It seems u dont know the difference between SHOTS and SHOTS ON GOAL.
Ronaldo is the top player in the Premiership because he has the highest SHOTS ON GOAL followed by Tevez and Wayne Rooney.
All these statistics will count at the end of the season when PFA awards are decided . . . .
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Chacal: 8:22pm On Feb 02, 2008
@ A-40,

Shhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am blaming the ref cos he overlooked Jenas' ball-handling incident that led to the goal . . . . .
How could he have missed that when it was so obvious . . . .
The same Clatter-butt was suspended from Premier league games when he had a shocker in the Merseyside derby.
He is a classic definition of a homer . . . .

The situation is still a ding-dong affair.
Anutha draw for Arsenal with Man Utd winning hurls us back to the top. . . . . .It is as delicate as that.
No one saw Birmingham coming to the Emirates to snatch a draw . . . .U wont see it coming. . .so dont GLOAT yet.
There are still 13 games to go so i am not too disappointed in Man Utd. Especially if u consider the fact that this was a team that whupped y'all 5-1.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Chacal: 7:43pm On Feb 02, 2008
@ Akinalabi,

You are not far from the TRUTH.
United didn't play too well plus CLATTERBUTT gave some horrendous decisions. The man was pathetic.
Berbatov's goal(controversial) shouldn't have counted at all as Jenas clearly handled the ball in the build up.

Giggs was not in the game . . . He was hustled throughout the game. I couldn't count the nunber of times he gave up possession.
The combination of Hargo/Scholes was also a glitch in our matrix. The 2 of em were doing the job of one player.
United didnt come alive until that WONDERBOY(ANDERSON) came in for Scholes . . .  .He was outstanding.
2 points is nuthing at this stage. . . . .Arsenal only needs to draw again with a United victory to put us back ON TOP.

@ Debosky,

Apache is on 14 goals . . . . Ferguson's target for him is 15 goals and he would get 20 at this rate.
He is still miles ahead of DUDU in terms of performance. ACTIM INDEX and OPTA STATS will tell u that.
Apache is 2nd on the ACTIM INDEX and he has the 2nd highest shots on goal in the premiership after Cristiano Ronaldo.

The table does not lie. Arsenal just about shades it as the best attacking side in the land.
United has the best defence and we are not too far away from Arsenal so there's plenty to be happy about.
13 games to go means there are 39 points to be taken . . . . .If i were u, i wont be going Gung Ho yet. . . .
2 points lead is very delicate.

Your excuse of Arsenal only having 14 players barely holds water . . . . You can only play 14 players in a game.
11 players and 3 subs . . . . . .United having 1000 FIT players does not necessarily mean they are superior to Arsenal having only 14.
Wenger should have thunk about that in the January transfer window but he felt he can win with the squad so shush !!!!!!!!!!!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Chacal: 6:46pm On Feb 02, 2008
@ Debosky,

Dont twist ma words. . . . . I said it is IMPOSSIBLE to keep the HOLY TRINITY quiet for 90 minutes.
There's no way one of em WILL not score within 90 mins . . . . Thats ALL I SAID.
U should admit Clatter-butt was horrendous . . . .Jenas handled the ball in the build-up to Tottenham's opener and the Arrow waved PLAY ON.
He was on a MISSION to cheat and cheat and cheat . . .He booked Man Utd players at will and looked the other way for Spurs.

Anyways, the match was pathetic . . . . .Ferguson should have replaced Giggsy in the 1st half(he wasn't in the game at all).
The snag is . . . .with Giggsy's COMPOSURE in the last 10 mins, United could have won easily but age is gradually creeping on the Welsh wizard.
I think it is about time for him to start from the bench like Solskjaer . . He should read the game for 75 mins and come in to do the damage.

Nani was so wasteful. . . . he was too impatient.
My best player on the day was ANDERSON. He brought verve and energy into the midfield.
He single-handedly picked up the pace for Man Utd but i have to admit Spurs were brilliant. It was hard to believe they were the same team Man Utd whupped 3-1 just 6 days ago.

2 points dropped . . . .Rooney is banned for the Manchester derby.
We have Tevez and Ronaldo to lead the attack. . . . .Nani/Park and Giggsy on the wings . . . .It is no problem.
The Ci-Thai team i saw against Arsenal today were appaling. . . . . .They would crumble at OT.
Enjoy your stay at the top . . . .It might be the last time u stay there. tongue

Don't despair . . . . . . .
Arsenal, Liverpool and Man Utd are still gonna come to SB . . . . . .
If Chelsea put things right . . . .U can take 9 points from those games . . . .

It's Arsenal's weekend . . . . 6 points difference at this STAGE is nuthing.

I just came out of a COMA!!!!!!!
How the Bleep did we allow things to degenerate to that stage?
I couldnt believe ma eyes when Ronaldo rolled his free-kick to Rooney when he should have placed the ball into the net.

Gosh . . . . .fair-play to Apache for for scoring the equaliser. A defeat could have been PATHETIC.
Woodgate is proving to be an ASTUTE buy afterall . . . . .He stood tall against the HOLY TRINITY but how do u stop this TRIO from scoring.
2 points dropped and it's game ON. . . . . . Its a long hard season!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chill Mr. PLASTIC FAN, United have picked up the PACE as usual and trust Ferguson to move things around to push up the HUSTLE.
Giggsy has been disappointing . . . .Nani should come in for him . . . .He is giving the ball away UNFORCED.

Oh Ma Days. . . . .Anelka just SCORED . . . .This is double pressure on Man Utd.
Bleep it . . . .I am going off to concentrate FULLY on this game. Juande Ramos has changed things around here. . . No wonder Arsenal lost 1-5.

Ronaldo did it against Sunderland . . . Portsmouth last season and in the Man Utd Vs Europe XI game.
He has done it 3 times in the past and he had another one that David James parried on wednesday.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Chacal: 11:35am On Feb 02, 2008
@ J-K,

Unfortunately, GAYnners think there's nothing special about the free-kick.
Arsene Wenger and Harry Redknapp confessed its the best free-kick they have seen on the TV . . . .
Theoretical physicists have been working to know how Ronaldo does it . . . .

Dr Bath purrs . . . “He's hitting a ball so it scarcely spins. Beckham made it spin on a precise axis. Ronaldo does it in a different way".

“The movement happens as different portions of the seam rotate in the air and causes the disturbance. A moment later a different portion of the seam comes into effect. Ronaldo has exploited this 'knuckleball' effect. If anybody else tried it, 99 per cent of the time there would be spin on it.

“There's no way Ronaldo should be able to predict which way the direction the ball will move. Ronaldo starts the process off but aerodynamics does the rest.

“I'm not taking anything away from him. He delivered a very precise kick. It was like an Exocet missile. With Ronaldo he's done it three or four times and I'm convinced he's doing it predictably. If he's willing, I'd love to measure what's going on when he hits a free-kick.”
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Chacal: 10:42am On Feb 02, 2008
According to Dr Ken Bray, a theoretical physicist at Bath University, the Portuguese is the first footballer to perfect a technique of 'controlled chaos'.

And he has become so good it is becoming unfair for goalkeepers. Dr Bray even believes football's governing body, Fifa, should change the design of match balls to make it fairer.

Dr Bray says Ronaldo, 22, has mastered a technique of striking a ball so it barely spins on any axis.

It means the stitching which holds the panels on the ball together comes into contact with the air rushing by in an unpredictable way, suddenly and violently changing the ball's trajectory, almost randomly.

Dr Bray said: “It's unfair for goalkeepers. That ball the other night moved at least twice in completely different directions.”

Ferguson's press conference was more interesting . . . Fergie said he is gonna appeal to CAF for a REPLAY of the African Cup of Nations and he wished Ghana and Ivory Coast play in the final to keep the players of Arsenal and Chelsea busy.
