Ejay: Does that mean all Northern states are not safe for habitation especially for Xtians, cos I just got hooked with a mouth watering job in Kano, I'm still contemplating accepting the offer cos of the negative comments I'm reading here.
Go take that job sister. You'll just laugh at yourself for even contemplating taking the job when you get there. I know lots and lots of southerners in Kano. I even have family there.

uceee: Internet pictures cannot tell the story. Next time, someone on ground should take pictures. There is no way a Nigerian school is this neat. I could be still be convinced by pics from a student on ground who will not hide the not-so-nice places.
Honestly ABU is that neat. When i first got here during harmattan, i joked i could just take pics of myself in a cardigan and send them to my friends lying that i was in Ukraine and they would believe. There are beautiful trees and flowers all around and there are hordes of cleaners and gardeners in every nook and cranny of the school keeping it clean every day. Just come and see for yourself dear.

akpeko: If you going to accra as a fresher and an hussler, take these B.M.W cars from mile 2, the driver will take you to any nigeria communities either koko beach at nungua or tudu or circle. The price is #9,800 or #12k if u dont have ecowas passport. If you going to accra as a carreer worker u better look 4 cheap hotel. Accra is beautiful and peaceful. I wish you the best.
Na mile 2 things for me always o. But na short short sweet pass if u no get load.

tspun: .follow half half way make you for get more travilling experience. From lagos - cotonuo - lome - ghana.
This is the way to go if your luggage is small and you are very smart(cuz of dem border boys). An alternative is taking a bus to Seme, cross the border, then take a car to Lome, cross the border to Aflao and take a bus to Accra. If you love traveling and adventure, this is the way to go.

petreli08: The school is nice...but can't u jst praise your school without mentioning #OAU
Honestly we can't, because it's hard to believe you all think most beautiful in the south=most beautiful in Nigeria. And ABU keeps getting more beautiful every year.
@OP, your head they there!!!

I rep ABU always, we are naturally ahead. We don't make any effort to shine, it just happens.

I have noticed that ABUsites seldom join words / issues with other alma maters, it's simply because we know where we are coming from.

That's why I laugh when some other universities are claiming levels, see someone trying to compare ABU's aesthetic beauty with Ife's, guy, u don lost already. Come to ABU and see, I promise your testimony will change. Most of these other universities can't even measure to our Kongo campus sef.

We are the biggest, the best and we are always leading the pack.
Kongo? U wicked o. But honestly, Kongo is also beautiful o. Na even ABUTH Shika be d final killer. You can't just argue the fact that it's the most beautiful teaching hospital.

Romance › Re: How To Catch A Cheating Girlfriend (guys Here Should Check This Out) by Chartey(m): 2:27pm On Dec 08, 2013
Man, I'm not going to tell you stuff that will make you feel better as that will hurt you later. I will tell you the blunt truth.
You don't need to catch her as that doesn't solve any problem in itself. It can only lead to regrettable stuff if you are quick-tempered.
All the things you mentioned are signs that she has lost interest. This does not mean she is seeing someone else by default. What makes it obvious she's seeing someone else is her taking extra care to look more attractive when going out. I've seen this over and over again in different scenarios and it's just the same.
Now, she may not yet be seriously involved, so you will have to be TACTFUL if you decide to talk about the subject(which I encourage you to do) with her to prevent her from playing the lack of trust card. If she is indifferent, just let her go and you'd be so much better off after the initial pain.
NB: I know people will come with the "give her the benefit of doubt", "how do you know she's cheating?" and "trust her" anthems and that's fine. But please nobody should quote me only to talk trash.

ndagiman: @ Chartey.abeg no fool Ur self.which one is dey ar not recall mean on God.u wea b real man of God abeg make I ask u some questions.
I didn't say i was any man of God. And yes those people are not real men of God cause they don't know what the Bible says about evangelism.
You can ask me questions if you are really sincere about getting answers. I'll try my best to answer you honestly and if i don't know, I'll tell you. But if you just want a debate, I'm not down for that-the Bible is against it.

ndagiman: @ GeneralJ.dere is nothing lyk DAT in d Quran nd u can go make research. people only critisis us base on individual behavior or someone will just seat and spray tins abt us DAT is not rit .prophet Mohammad was d most peaceful person on earth and only d Quran and d hadith and justify DAT.Christian just seat and say tins abt us DAT even to d normal brain its not OK.hw I wish Christians can get a gud understanding of d Quran just as we do for d bible dem I tink d books will speak for dem self's or beta more get a video of debate BTW Muslim mallam and a Christian pastor. dem d video can tell u which religion is d tru religion. tank u
I've always told my Muslim friends that no real man of God engages in a debate in the name of spreading the Gospel. All those people you see debating Ahmed Deedat and his likes are just attention-seekers/pseudo-pastors. The Bible instructs Christians to leave a place if the gospel their preaching is not accepted. So engaging in debates is even un-Biblical

britiko: Except its been done in a standard hospital, its always a scary decision to make in niaja o.
This is due to the high rate of un professionalism on d part of d doctors.
I met a childhood friend a few days ago and hugged her. While hugging, i felt some bulge of flesh underneath her clothing, there were two long painful keloids scar of a single CS she had a year ago.
The keloid Scars where so long and bulky, one was latitudinal and d other d other longitudinal ( vertically and horizontally).
Apparently, before d cs,several scans were carried out on her and they found out that d baby was lying close to her liver(breech) I think, but they forgot and cut her open just below her belly button(vertically) before dey remembered and cut her horizontally again.
She was cut open from one side of her tummy to d other end(vertically) instead of just a small cut.
It was such a pathetic story.
She said she spent over 4hrs in d operating room.
The stitches were not done neatly at all. A year after d surgery she still feels d pains. She said d doctors were busy discussing politics while operating on her.
I was so shocked. If I had not seen a cs done before, and see dis I would never opt for cs.
Unfortunately, only in niaja will such as narrated here happen.
Asked her if she sued d hospital, but she said NO.
So, I begin to wonder why such won't repeat itself.
Her horrible experience is due to negligence on the part of the so - called doctors.

CS are usually life savers, let's not ignorantly destroy d life's of mother and child.
It by no means makes d woman less of herself a s widely believed culturally.
But, in all if u must opt for CS do not think abt d cost, Go to professionals, reddington, paelon memorial, lagoon and d likes.
Go for good gynaecologists, not gbogbo ise doctors.
May God deliver us from quacks.
She should have sued. Nigerians need to start doing that.

All the ladies making comments on this issue have disappointed me big time, especially Anitank. You all have not touched something very important.
This article assumes every lady is a housewife (refer to point 5). What if the lady is also a working class woman who closes from work later than the husband? Can't the husband welcome her? Nigerian ladies, refuse to be put down abeg.
