Actually, bacteria are nano-level technologies on a mission. If she dreampt of it before it happens, it is the sub-conscious mind replaying the exact manifestation of what is being played in the sub-conscious level of programming of the matrix.

A good advise is for her to get anti-biotics and see the doctors, but the best advise is for her to entrain her brainwaves and tune into the sub-conscious state and start the imagination of un-doing the eyes dis-ease and then allow the brainwaves to slow down its frequency until it goes into the theta state, the Super conscious will take over from there and the eyes will be healed.
