I received it yesterday afternoon. It was from the paid calls to their helpline, I followed up with them early hours on Tuesday as it was 15 working days after the first escalation. I prefer the calls as there's a more human touch to it even though they don't give much away, it's still better than those generic emails.

I got the exact same email yesterday. Hopefully, it isn't just another way to manage us.
Since the 19th of October that a decision was made, almost a month later no passport!
33 working days and counting. It is well, I believe it will be out very soon.

I'm in trouble oooo as I doubt I will see a decision made anytime soon. I am so nervous that I will spend Christmas again this year without my family who are in the UK. I sent a paid email today to UKVI enquiring about my application and I got the following response:

Dear XXXXXXX,

Thank you for contacting UK Visas and Immigration International Contact Centre.

With regards to your enquiry about the status of your application, I can confirm that your application is being considered and is currently awaiting a decision.

Because 15 working days have passed I am escalating your case to the decision makers to let them know to get into contact with you regarding the decision

Thank you for your query from the information you have provided, we have escalated your case to the relevant department on 11-11-2021 and you should be contacted within 15 working days. Please wait until the 15 working days have passed before contacting the service again as we are unable to do anything further before this time.

We strongly recommend that you do not buy a non-refundable, non-flexible ticket to the UK, until your visa application has been approved and you have received your documents.

I haven't received any email, when I called 2 weeks ago, they confirmed that a decision had been made. I applied for a 2 year visitor visa.

My wife did her biometric on the 6th of August 2021. Three months after her biometric she is yet to get her passport back.
She called the ukvi and sent emails, she was told a decision has made.
She has also been to tls and tls said ukvi have not sent her passport back.
Kindly advise us on what to do.

Beg the same developer to use that money & build 21 hospital beds in his community that won't cost more than 15m; then boom you will hear something like am not in the govt of any form..

If you can track your application and it showed transferred to VAC without getting an email yet, your passport Should be ready for collection. I tracked this morning and it showed transferred to VAC and tried my luck to see if it’s available and I was told it’s ready but they are yet to scan it into the into system and I was given. Visa approved the 6th renewal though.

It took 8 good weeks to get ready since the day of submission. Biometrics. Sep 7 and collected passport back nov 3. If you can’t wait and able to afford priority just pay for it and it should be ready in one week.

NB:Your intend travel date has nothing to do with your visit when your visa is approved. You can travel anytime after u get your visa.

Because mine is 20 days today including saturdays and sundays and no collection mail

All my applications with them has always been 15 days, today is day one for me , fingers crossed

Anyway, I completed my biometrics on Tuesday and as at today, my application is still in DMC according to tracking. Does it take this long to be tranferred to VAC?

it was estimated last year that about 14million pple apply for US visa last year (globally) are you telling me that they checks those large number of people also??
