hax:Mhmm sure, ok I missed you but the same amount as you missed me. You figure.
They better not bring this "whipping of air" song to the club ![]() Else they'll make some sistas chill out of dancing, Akata gals don't like messing with their fro like that o!
LMAO! A song by a 9-yr-old at the club? well, it's possible. |
Bgees, you didn't like Takers? If it makes you feel better, all the stunts by CB were all real. lol |
It sure isn't gangsta. Neither is crying I really didn't miss you, sorry though, I'll remember to do so next time. ![]() I've been great, back to school. U? |
Just a little bit? I didn't miss you at all. Girl doesn't sound her age but then there's technology at work. She's pretty out-spoken though going by what I saw on TV. |
maedan:I think shilling was talking about Will's first son(the one he didn't have with Jada). I think he wants to play football or something unlike his step siblings who are into acting/music. |
Oh, ok. Good luck! Shouldn't be that bad. |
haha na wa oo always changing majors. You think it's a joke or something? Better stick to one. ![]() |
I'm good too, just a lil' stressed already and it's only the first week of school ![]() |
Ha ha ha, eh ya. Mini MOBO's. How cute .
Haha definitely. When I read this thread's title, I actually thought it was him.Buncha retards. ![]() |
My love |
Aisha, so what eventually happened to Josh's case? Was the money enough and has he been treated? No success story from the victim? |
^^Umm, first of all he's 40. Secondly, I don't hear him complaining which most likely means they have an agreement. So what is YOUR issue? And last time I checked, men don't have menopause so, again what's your headache if jigga is fine with it? |
Yea right, what does what his mom tweeted have to do with him and his fans? ![]() Dumb *tweet* though seeing as MJ was already going into oblivion before CB even came into the industry. ![]() |
Tosinville: ![]() Anyways, whatever works for them. Dunno why people are taking Tylenol for another's headache. Bee is still young at 28. As for the person that mentioned her sister Solange, the girl got married a little too early at 17(dumb IMO), had a baby and oh yea, isn't she divorced now? whatever! |
^^ Oh puhlease, who gives a funk about rugby or freaking cricket to know who makes/doesn't make the team? The issue is that South Africa has more Black people than White folks(they're less than 10%). That's like the U.S. not being represented by a White person year in year out in an international competition, you'll never see that happen. So, why are the majorities in SA misrepresented? Hmm sounds like racial tension to me. Anywayz, back to the scheduled program Miss Botswana is pretty! Miss Ghana too The rest are blah. |
Hmmm. Interesting! |
@topic, no, the f*** she ain't. ![]() skinny or not(thanks to plastic surgery), she's too old to be wearing that thing and it sure doesn't look sexy. Ppl should learn when to grow up. #justsaying |
Too many dum-dums on here. Moving on. |
buzugee:He's obviously convincing to the directors. How can you even compare him to Forest Whitaker and Denzel? These men are middle-aged and therefore old-timers. People have gotten used to them a long time ago, it'd take Chiwetel some time to get to that level but it's not impossible. |
y me:Girl, you better get back on your grind. I plan to resume today ![]()
That's just wonderful! I once did 80 sit-ups one night but after that I had abdominal pains for more than a week.
Abdominal pains for over a week? lol over sit-ups? My stomach tightens up after I'm done but it doesn't hurt. Maybe you should start with 20 then move up, I used to do just that. @topic, I tend to pout my lips subconsciously. |
LOL Na wa for these lines. If those are the best lines from the greatest lyricist then naija rappers have a longer way to go than I thought. |
LOL so many clowns on Nairaland. Why so serious? ![]() |
Takers . . . .Good job by T.I. and Chris Brown. Idris Elba too But I think they copied Brooklyn's finest just a little. |
I do 80 sit-ups a day. . .haven't done it in 2 days straight. ![]() |
Hmm, weird picture. LMAO @ the little boy. If it's not Genevieve's daughter, I dunno why she's holding on to Gene instead of Omotola. |
^^ And don't Africans criticize them for that? I personally criticize American actors who play African roles wrongly, not just the names but acting stereotypical parts that do not portray Africa. As for Pete Edochie and Olu Jacobs, they're both over-rated, mediocre actors who are not versatile - always playing the same boring roles. |
omar22:Who knows? I don't really know what caused Russell's divorce with Kimora. But he's still iight from the look of it. So is Tiger, Elin didn't even get up to half his wealth. He still has some of his endorsements.dayokanu:Umm, Child-rearing. ![]() The point is, rich celebrities like Tiger know what they're getting into when they go into these marriages so no pity party here. |
dayokanu:Abeg make we hear word already. Whether or not she's a gold-digger(like he didn't know) doesn't matter. If he hadn't cheated, there would have been no need to exercise her gold-digging skills. They fit each other. And you think after he cheated, she's supposed to leave empty-handed. Then she'd be the loser because she'd have lost everything. |
buzugee:You're not making any valid points. Duh! Obviously, simple logic suggests that poverty exists everywhere but at varying levels, like every other thing in life. In Nigeria, when you're poor, you're basically hopeless. Why? The government don't give a damn. Don't even try to compare the level of poverty in Nigeria to that of London, America, or wherever. As for the person talking about having drivers/house helps and what not, that just shows how lazy many 'rich' Nigerians are. Your average rich American(who is richer than your average rich Nigerian) does not have a chauffeur. People are up and doing. They also don't have live-in house-helps(usually a minor) whom they treat like sub-humans, accuse of stealing, seducing husband, and what not. And they say they aren't part of the problem. Nigeria as a nation can not change for the better if the citizens are just as corrupt as the government. #justsaying# |
LMAO! @ "Oh I'm from Jamaica, Ghana. . ." Na so we see am. ![]() What do you mean by 'help themselves' though? I guess the ones who deny their Nigerian origin do so because they feel the other person may need something - legal papers to live in the country, etc and they don't want to share a part of the burden esp. if they haven't finished solving their own pressing problems. |
No, she didn't say that she uses the N-word and her grievance is justified. But she said they emphasized on the word, 'Black' not the N-word. I don't even know how the N-word came in but I don't think her husband's family and their neighbors explicitly used the N-word on her. I don't see what this Laura woman was supposed to tell her when her own husband doesn't care, probably a racist too and you wonder how they even got married. |
Never did I say it was okay. It's not okay for ANYONE but the Black people who use it would beg to differ. You think their ancestors who were lynched while being called the N-word are smiling down at some of this generation who have now accepted the word? Who do you think they'd be more mad at? White people who used it to increase their self-worth while degrading another or some Black people who use it today after many blood have been shed to gain freedom? I'm sure not all Black people use it but a large number of them do and they probably out-number the White people who use it. . .openly. My point is Black people should work on themselves first before getting outsiders to change something many of them are still unwilling to change about themselves. The real problem is within. |
