Interesting topic! I'll say determination and purpose. Less corrupt government/politicians. Genuine interest in improving the nation(politicians) and maybe luck. As far as health care is concerned though, America hasn't been able to provide health care services for many of its citizens esp. the poor ones. Canada and some European countries(Switzerland, etc) provide for a greater percentage of its citizens than America. So, it's really the same as Nigeria - the wealthy enjoy more privileges - except they have the above highlighted. |
