princesa:Yeah, it's a new song by Beyonce. Hers is called 'If i were a boy'. Ciara's was 'Like a boy'. |
@dyabman, You should help me write my college and school essays. wtf? phewww!! @krazybones, so this is what you're here doing? stressed out indeed. ![]() |
Uh huh, we've heard ![]() |
Comfort86:I wasn't talking about his disagreement with Beyonce. I'm talking about writing a full essay just because he disagrees with her. That's more like gossip - something women do. Even if i hated Beyonce with a passion, I wouldn't devote a page just to show my hatred. I never put men in a box. I put whoever wrote it in a box(not really a box but whatever). |
LOOOOOL!! @ganjamind, damn right! That's 'ether' ![]() |
Umm, I actually don't want to be a boy like Beyonce's song. Although, I love the song. I just think that women blame men for a lot of things, which they(women) could prevent. You don't have to be a boy to be in charge of your life. Hell, I'm in charge of mine. ![]() |
House helps = Modern day slavery |
What love are you guys talking about? They already separated. About to divorce. Stupid publicity stunts. they shoulda never married in the first place. ![]() |
Who has seen it?? |
@poster, did you write this yourself or you got it from a site? If you did, let me just say you got a lot of time on your hands. Plus it is kind@ gay considering you're a dude. There's nothing to hate about Beyonce really. I like her as well as her music but she's not my role model. I only listen to her for entertainment so whatever she does with her personal life is of no concern to me. I wonder when everybody would stop having these expectations from these celebrities. C'mon, she's not related to you, is she? Yes, she does show a lot of skin even though she's now married, for example in "single ladies" but like i said, wetin concern me? ![]() And please, what's so 'wifey' about kerry washington? she goes nude in movies just like the rest Just because you haven't seen it doesn't mean she hasn't done it. check out the movie "I think i love my wife" by chris rock(i think that's it). Anywayz, this is why you shouldn't judge or compare one celebrity to another. they're all the same in my opinion but that doesn't mean I can't like them or their songs. PS: that was directed to whoever wrote the 'article'. I'd like to think it isn't the poster. |
Wow! I've always seen this thread but never read it Cuz the first post was too long. This is scary, I dunno what to believe. Man, I'm a big fan of Jay-z and Nas but now i dunno. |
Roflmfao, this is some funny topic. Buncha clowns on nairaland. Pheww! Umm, Sauron, u better grow up, internet is fake anyway. I wonder what u think you're doing with ur disses. Only an idiot would be affected by internet disses. |
Oh yeah, I love 'Swagga like us' I love the Jay-z part. 'you can pay for school but you can't buy class' LOL! |
Umm, sorry Hybrid-X but I can't do the battle thing. Thanks though. |
Ummm, I have no idea what IMDB is but the poster ain't lying. Naija movies. . . . ![]() |
Yeah, the album is good, haven't listened to all the songs yet though. I like 'Connect like dots, Whatever you like, Live your life(kind@), no matter what, and, you ain't fly'. heard it sold over 500,000 copies first week. |
Who even cares about Busta Rhymes? tsk! Lol, well, too bad for P-square. The good part is that the folks got their money refunded. |
C'mon Shaz, this is very interesting, looool. @Wordsmith, "The R", lmao, nice one. Pheww, same R's till today. I'm out, be baq when I need to laugh some more. |
Damn! I'm late, still oct. 1st for me tho. Here goes: Yeah yeah, independence day yet the people ain't free I asked a friend today "ain't u happy ur country is independent?" He answered "hell no" cuz he ain't seen any change. Yeah, I could relate with that, independent yet poor hungry kids on the so called joyous day. Independence my fucking ass! These kind@ days just make me reminisce, 4th of july? Another issue which isn't really my concern. It ain't like I forgot the date, Shaz, it just ain't worth it There's more to this than "our government is corrupt", maybe one day, things will get better when those "people" do the right thing This ain't no freestyle, ain't gon bother rhyming. |
I don't live in Boston but went there on business and from what i saw i was not impressed at the way the whites treated the blacks. it is true that this country is run by whites but it is worse in some areas then in others and with only a 23% black population i can agree that most things there are white. The hoods there are upscale neighborhoods in my neck of the woods. So for him to claim to be hood we would just call him a suburb nigga trying to be gangster. Suburb niggas get dissed and walked all on down here. He would not last 10 mins in the ghettos of Baltimore, let alone DC.
@Sistawoman, There's just as much hood in boston like you'll find in NY but most people think there aren't because MA is a "white" state. I didn't know the percentage but 23% black is not bad unless you're looking at it on a black-white level. There are other races apart from black and white y'know - hispanic, Asian, native-american, etc. I bet there are some states even in the south where the percentage of blacks is less than 10%. Anywayz, why is the word "hood" always connected to black ghetto area? Isn't it just a nickname for neighborhood? Dorchester is a town in Boston, it's known for the highest violence rate in MA atleast, there you have a hood! According to you, white people run boston but some people rarely even come across white people. Like my school is mostly black and latino. There are about 3 whites in total and then some of my white teachers. The only other time I see white people is at my work place. I don't know how you saw black people being treated but it can't be any different than in any other state. And nobody licks their feet as you claim from what I see. I know I don't. |
White folks run Boston, blacks folks there lick the bottom of their feet.
@Sistawoman, what exactly did you mean by this post? White people run things in every city/state in the US. So, I dunno what you're driving at. @poster, fool, why don't u answer StephenP's question and say what state boston is located? You're obviously a fake-ass gangsta wannabe. I stay in beantown, where did u find the russians? And by the way, the continuous use of the n-word just proves ur fakeness Cuz real gangstas don't even use it so much. Shit! My AA friends don't even use it that much. Stop watchin too much tv Cuz u suck! |
@karmamod, I didn't know my post was that hard to comprehend. I think he meant tough in a good way, if not he wouldn't compare/liken the hair with himself. Geddit?? https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-141227.0.html https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-158791.0.html |
@poster, there has already been several topics concerning those lyrics. Besides, that song is old now, how come you're just hearing the lyrics? I don't think he's dissing Nigerian hair. He just means Nigerian hair is tough(hard) in a good way. He probably knows a Nigerian who has "tough" hair. You know the rest. . . |
