That first picture does look like Natalie from the show, Bad Girls Club.

Anyway, this new girlfriend of his has a forehead just like Rihanna, like someone said. lol. Besides that, they don't really look alike. She's pretty.

LOL na wa oo. Facebook and relationship wahala. People take it wayyy too seriously these days.

@Poster, forgive her - she's obviously immature and temperamental - but keep an eye on her, like someone said. First of all, sit her down and talk to her about this behavior before getting back together, letting her know it was irrational and un-called for but you'll let it slide this time. Next time, she'll think twice before jumping over her head when dealing with you and other people.

@Chiogo, you have a lot of work to do their in terms of learning of your history oooh. We were not like the sumerians or egyptians and stuff that kept records of all. I really think you should get to asking your grandparents(assuming you have those) uunlces, aunts etc of what they know, so they pass it on to you.
Well, that's too bad. I guess there are that many illiterates than I thought. embarassed
Grandparents - nope.

Kobe Bryant? Nah, Kobe, they guy form some "Fabulous"

or "Fabolous" album apparently. It's some rehab-type motivational content, with a very Shady uprising shock. Em confirms he's back to spitting, as if we needed to know this.
LOL ohh, I was about to say, even if Kobe Bryant ventured into singing, he wouldn't sound like that.

I've just added So bad and 25 to life to my favorites.

and how could they have written it down? With what letters actually?  (I mean not the latin A, B, C, X,Y,Z introduced to us by Europeans)
I don't know but I'm pretty sure there are Igbo Alphabets, wouldn't know about other Nigerian languages. The time period when the Igbo Alphabets came into use is what I don't know.

Document juju ke? I don die!!

Not be juju man, but herbalist (baba elewe omo) guys that put together herbs (agbo) to heal malaria and other illneses
Right. People use the words, Herbalist, juju man, and Native Doctor interchangeably.

But ok, let's agree, herbalists "heal malaria".

Kobojunkie:
I 100% disagree there. That a person can speak DOES NOT MEAN then that he can WRITE. These are two totally different things here. I remember attending a grammar schools in the villages not far from the town where I grew up. I noticed that the vast majority of the locals were uneducated. They were quite good at speaking their local language but so many could not write, let alone write a word in their own language.

I even remember I had classmates in SSI who could not even speak English, let alone write a good sentence to save their lives.  But they could DESTROY you when it came to speaking or using/reciting some of the local proverbs.
True. I know such people but then they already know English but these local people obviously don't know any other language besides their local languages. I guess it's just me assuming they should be able to write the only language they can speak.

And when you consider how these proverbs came about, they were written by someone many generations ago when there were no schools so yea, they were self-educated and were able to write by speaking it.

Either way, I don't believe these statistics. I'm not that great at writing Igbo since I only learned how to speak it at home but when I write, it's comprehensible.

Imagine people who didn't learn the "official language", English, they obviously know their native languages and if they can speak it, they can write it well enough to make sense.
PoliticsRe: Nigeria Among Nine Most Illiterate Countries In The World by chiogo(f): 11:16pm On Jun 23, 2010
So, how is this illiteracy rate measured?

When they say, "can't read or write, or communicate in any way", what language are they talking about? I'm lost huh So, how the hell do they communicate on a daily basis?

Nigeria is a lot of bad things but definitely not in the top nine of most illiterate countries in the world.
RomanceRe: After A While I No Longer See His Uniqueness. by chiogo(f): 11:00pm On Jun 23, 2010
Looking unique?? Really don't know about that.  undecided

I have to find him attractive. And the good thing about that is that "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder". And yes, what some deem as beauty may be downright ugly to another. At the end of the day, it's the way YOU(who's actually gonna be in the relationship) feel about the person in question, that really matters. I don't think viewing him/her as 'unique' is a healthy way to start a relationship. That's like, "Oh you're really not up to my level but I'll manage". S(he) should be attractive to YOU, even if other people don't see their attractiveness.

LMAO@ topic. Abi oo.

Nonsense!!! I still wonder(after watching all those naija movies with juju) why these juju men/Native Doctors still live in abject poverty with all their juju and still require money from their clients to perform the juju. Why couldn't they make money fall outta nowhere for themselves and be rich too? Or they only like making others rich?

I don't get it.  huh

Haven't really gotten into many of the songs. I guess I'll grow into them.

For now, my favorites are You're Never Over, Not Afraid, Going Through Changes, and Talkin' 2 Myself(since when did Kobe start singing? Still don't like him angry).

Can't rate right now but my guess is maybe a 7/10 undecided
Music/RadioRe: Drake's Thank Me Later by chiogo(f): 6:21pm On Jun 23, 2010
The album is not bad at all.

My favorites are Light up, Thank Me Now, Find Your Love, Show Me A Good Time, Fireworks, and Unforgettable.

He's a great singer. I'd rather hear him sing. grin
