Chrisbenogor: My dear,
A 1999 "Tortoise Moro" cannot out run a Porsche Cayenne ni, no matter how much you paint it and cheer it along.

What we have done is take our car to the love-vendor my ride specialist, the engine and major parts might have been changed but the aerodynamics of the body would still hamper speeds of 0-60 mph in 60 secs grin grin grin
Ok I nor know if my analogy follow but point is given how Nigeria is Nigeria (Akpabio et Jang et GEJ et Amaechi) I think the team is doing well for now.
I would give them a 7/10.
Which one come be love vendor again grin grin grin grin this Seun Website sha!

shymexx: Bruv, he's a first team player for Lazio and he plays for them week in, week out.

The guy is good, trust me.
Really impressed by Onazi, all round he is a good player with the important "fire in the belly" I watched him score really good goals for lazio.
IMO by far the best box to box midfielder Nigeria has now, freeing up Mikel if around to pick those passes when needed.

Sunday Mba I think tried to hard to impress.

Do some people realize mexico were practically playing at their backyard ni? and that Mexico is ranked 16th in the world?

Its a team in progress, there is room for improvement but slowly we can see that Keshi is building a team, their play was not perfect but Nigerians and their short memory seemed to have forgotten when we had yobo lobbing the ball forward for martins to run for 90 minutes of the game.
We will not become barcelona overnight, we might not reach the heights of Germany or spain in a short time, nothing good comes easy patience and confidence is what the team needs.

Shrugs undecided

Yeah we know he was born, bred and radicalized in UK but why cant we claim him the same way we claim NAS and even the Williams sisters etc? So we dont want to associate him with his Yoruba race simply bc he is evil abi?

Instead of calling on British media to stop labeling him as a Nigerian, maybe we all need reality check. What that goat did was very wrong, and I will still condemn his actions even if he were my blood brother.
If you are in the band wagon of people that claim the willams are Nigerians then you are the one in the need of a reality check.

Gbawe: Governor Amaechi, you don try. Whatever happens from here on enjoy the tune below for being a 'rebel' cool cool. Serious tings. I won't even bother commenting on the joke called Jona Jang. It is his turn to be 'wheeled out' same as they pushed forward the unwilling and incapable like Yar Adua and GEJ. Same music different vocalists yet the tune is getting stale and the band is losing fans fast.

It would be nice to pick your brains on what you think the next move for Amaechi is, the chess board of Nigerian politics have got really few moves in it. What exactly do you think was his crime?
[b]WHAT THE F`UCK?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You must be Odilis relative...

What Achievements did Odili make in Rivers State?! Bulletine was one of his front companies, all the projects handled by Bulleting are collapsing. Count them, Air force fly-over, Slaughter bridge, The Elelenwo bridge, even Rumuola flyover was a sham. I can never forget Obasanjo calling Odili ole at the Trans-Amadi Gas turbine commissioning. Liberation Stadium was a fialed project. Civilization had over run the darn place, that Stadium had to be moved, so the new one is in no way a waste of funds at all..

Odili did not achieve nothing worthy of Note in Rivers State. Thank God for the quick intervention of Amaechi, Eliozu flyover would have been another colossal waste like the Rumuola and CFC one lane fly-overs.

Don’t let the wrath of the gods of Port-Harcourt descend on you o!!

Even Odili sef can’t open his mouth to say he achieved anything of not in Port-harcourt. Look at Woji road in GRA, Odili spent billions on that road yet flooding was an annual event there under him, Amaechi comes in voila!!!! Problem solved..

Look at Opkoro road.. How much did Odili spend on contracts for that road... Yet nothing was achieved. That road had the worst porthole in Rivers State.. Today!! Amaechi has fixed it and done a f`ucking good job as well..

OMG!! Look at the Npkogu - Stadium link road!!! What did Odili do there please?! ABSO-F`UCKING-LUTELY NOTHING!! Today!! That road is in tip-top condition and dualized as well..

Should we talk about the Oginigba road?! Or do we talk about the entire stretch of road from ODILIS COLLAPSED AIRFORCE BRIDGE to the boundary between Rivers State and Imo State at Elele Alimini?!

How about the Rumuokoro - Uniport Road!! Have you passed that interchange that he built on that road?!

O!! I'm sure you have also seen Mile one road?!

And you have passed Azikiwe road lately..

You talk about Odilis fake solar streetlights that worked for barely 6 months before parking up and couldn’t even illuminate the roads properly!!

Nwokem!! Don’t annoy me this evening !!

You dey threaten to dynamite wetin!! Na today yansh start to face back!! Try am na!! If JTF no use your dead body picture for their next year calender, then know say no be Amaechi dey power..

Am damn confused dat I don't knw wat 2 do. Can tribe b a barrier 2 ones marriage? Pls put urself in ma shoes n advice me on wat 2 do
The average marriage in Nigeria is a lot more than just two people being involved. Families are brought together and if either one is not tolerant of the others views then you are in for a long tough ride. The first thing you have to do is prepare your mind for the worst case scenario, then you would also know what your threshold is and then tell your family. It might take them time to agree to it but if ultimately they sense you know what you want to do (better grab as much knowledge as you can from him about his people their ways etc etc) they would give in. I wish you the best, but please think of it with your head.
FamilyRe: My True-Love Is Planning To Leave Me: Please Advise by Chrisbenogor(m):
Dear OP,
I sense that you are still in the infantile stage of understanding relationships and its cycles. Your problem has more than one dimension to it. First and foremost you have to get a life, if he says you are choking him its either he really means that you are or he has got other things occupying him and like you he is too infantile to say hey lets end this now which brings me to another dimension. Where is this relationship headed? Remove the cupid designer eye shades you have and peer into the future with your head. LOVING SOMEONE IS NEVER ENOUGH, I repeat, LOVE ALONE IS NEVER ENOUGH. Relationships especially those done "across the oceans" need other things to make it work, trust, commitment, sacrifice etc etc.

In the words of the "oga at the top" that taught me a big lesson in romance, you must first have your sense of pride as a human being, you must first love yourself and put yourself in a position to be loved by someone else. IMO if you feel you can live without anyone you are still irrational, if you think begging and begging and patching would work for you your whole lifetime go for it. You need to work on yourself....simples.

Oh by the way since you do not have Google working

An ectopic pregnancy, or eccysis, is a complication of pregnancy in which the embryo implants outside the uterine cavity.[1] With rare exceptions, ectopic pregnancies are not viable. Furthermore, they are dangerous for the mother, since internal haemorrhage is a life-threatening complication. Most ectopic pregnancies occur in the Fallopian tube (so-called tubal pregnancies), but implantation can also occur in the cervix, ovaries, and abdomen. An ectopic pregnancy is a potential medical emergency, and, if not treated properly, can lead to death.

Christianity EtcRe: Understanding Atheism. Nairaland atheists C'mon! by Chrisbenogor(m): 8:47pm On Apr 14, 2013
Reyginus: This is what I'm talking about. I will answer you. But first you have to agree to some terms.
1. No unnecessary diversion will be permitted in this thread.
2. No insults
3. For every of your question I answer, you have to provide me answers for anyone I ask.
4. But first your must give your opinion on abortion.
Just answer yes to all and give your opinion on abortion first. Next, I answer your question without attacking your explanation in the first place. Later on, I build from it.
Lol
Nwokem, you were given answers you just refused to back down. For someone who claims sole rights to intelligence I find it funny that you cannot reduce these simple arguments. For abortion it all boils down to at what point can we say this is a "human being" I say its after it is born, it's the only time when everybody can agree that this is a human being, up until then it is part of the mothers body and her wishes take precedence.
If you think all life's sacred and life starts as soon as one sperm does a Luis Hamilton into an egg then whose life should be saved in the case of an ectopic pregnancy?
Christianity EtcRe: Understanding Atheism. Nairaland atheists C'mon! by Chrisbenogor(m): 2:58pm On Apr 14, 2013
Reyginus: Like you don't know me. I'm not a mad person. What you're asking for is synonymous to how a mad person reasons. Mark these words. I do not allow unnecessary and unwarranted diversions, having nothing to do with the subject matter into an argument. The atheist with all his intelligence requires the shoulder of the theist to stand. So typical. Why can't most atheists stand on their own?
Error I don't require anyone shoulder to stand you escaped all questions I asked, gave up on you. 6 pages and still more answer on what we should do if a baby endangers the mothers life.

Christianity EtcRe: Reasonable Faith And Blind Faith by Chrisbenogor(m): 11:45pm On Apr 11, 2013
frosbel: There are 2 kinds of faith from a biblical standpoint.

1. Faith as a belief in a GOD , though you have not see him.

This is not blind faith , because the evidence is all around us to confirm that a GOD exists or as Paul succinctly put it when he said :

"But the basic reality of God is plain enough. Open your eyes and there it is! By taking a long and thoughtful look at what God has created, people have always been able to see what their eyes as such can’t see: eternal power, for instance, and the mystery of his divine being. " - Romans 1

Take a hard look at the evidence , its all around you , the organisation of our universe, planet, human physiology and associated intelligence , with such remarkable precision , the underlying processes and mechanisms that carry on regardless of our attention for endless ages.

2. Faith as Trust - This is trusting in GOD based on your experience of him , again through a supernatural encounter .

It is trusting in a GOD who made this beautiful universe and stooped low to shower us with his endearing love.

I feel his love, I have seen and experienced his work in my life, these are real tangible experiences and are sufficient reason for my faith. smiley

This is my opinion of the interdependency between faith and reason in this context, though this article was raised in another context.
In a bid not to turn this thread into another does god exist thread, I would steer clear of your punts at evidence all around us. Unlike many people here I realize something fundamental which is you can never win an argument. Your belief in god is all there is, no evidence or should I say REASON whatsoever supports this.
Personally, I think it's all absurd, why one god why not 10? Why any god at all? Religion is not reason able it is based on faith simple as that. Read what you are told and ask no question, a 2500 year old book written by a bunch of sand niggas is where you have rested your reason........sad

I worship wine, the experience it gives to me each time it rolls through my tongue into my system is as tangible as anything ever in the world. I am a living testimony to that, you should worship a few bottles.

We all have different experiences, hopefully god will wake up from this slumber and install cloud services so you can port all your experiences to the willing gullible people, oh wait he still sends messages with scrolls........I hear the iscroll is out and that obadiah dude has all the rights grin grin

Have a good night Sir.
