Family › Re: Help! My Wife Says She Doesn't Love Me Again & No More Sex From Her.... by chronique(m): 4:12pm On Mar 26, 2022 |
Philip94: I have been married for almost a year but my marriage has been 30% sweet and mostly 70% bitter because I have an unforgiven wife who is ONLY concerned about what I said and did wrong but NEVER concern about what I did right.
She gets offended easily, keeps malice and gives me silent treatment at home. I've had private conversation with her MORE THAN 10 TIMES on how to find a lasting solution to wherever issues she has with me instead of her constant fault finding and malice. Despite my effort, all seems like a waste coz there is no positive change at all.
Lately, MY LEGALLY MARRIED WIFE TOLD ME THAT SHE NO LONGER FEEL CONNECTED AND FEEL LOVE FOR ME ANY MORE.
I asked her to tell me one or more reason why she said that but her response was NOTHING. She's practically creating space between us. She does her thing alone and does not carry me along in any thing and she wants same from me.
She is doing everything to make the marriage stop while I have been the one sustaining and making the marriage work out. Her parents are not helping matters coz they are not giving me listening ears and have a way of supporting their daughter by twisting whatever I say to suite them.
B4 we got married, we had quarrel and misunderstandings as other couples do and said abusive words to ourselves which we settled b4 our wedding day and I assume we have forgiven and forgotten about it. But with the look of things, my wife is tied to the past and will keep remembering what I said and did wrong in the past and she allows the past deed affect our present.
Sadly, her unforgiving attitude and never ending resentment is badly affecting our marriage presently. I have tried everything possible within my capacity to rekindle back her love for me & for the sake of our marriage and 3 months baby boy. I suggested that we go out to a cool place just the two of us alone but her response is NO. She even said I can go out and have sex with anyone that she doesn't want SEX for now.
NOTE: I am the one paying all the bills at home coz she's presently jobless. Yet, I am not complaining. She is not stressed up as some may think coz there are helpers at home taking care of her and the baby. Please! What can I do to put a stop to this shit. It's affecting my emotion and psychology. I'm not married but from the little I have seen from relationships, sometimes nothing you do is ever enough. I know you don't want a broken home but you need to also pay attention to your health. Things like this have a way of affecting us health wise and we might not know on time until things have gone real bad. I'm talking from personal experience and I know what I'm saying. When you start getting really sick, you'd realize all you have is yourself and your family at most. Nothing is as bad as being dependent on people to do certain things for you. My advice to you is that you focus on your health. If you have done all you can and nothing changes, please let her go. I know it's hard but you honestly have to look out for yourself. |

JohnBullMySon: Lol. India is still a recent Russian deviant. The transition is real btw. She is not yet a full US ally but obviously she will be. Besides they are one of the world's biggest importers of oil. So you wont expect them to fully back Ukraine and let their economy suffer. They also have grudges with the US over Pakistan.
Look at the increase in economic and trade partnerships. India's purchase of US military equipment has risen. US companies that outsourced work to China are now building plants in India. Most importantly, India is part of a US led military alliance called the QUAD to counter China in Asia. Steps are already been made to make it equal to NATO in military ties. The remaining countries are Australia and Japan. Two reliable allies already. US and its allies will remain the backbone of the world for a very very long time bro.
Here is the link from IndianExpress (An Indigenous media) on the weapon cancellation https://indianexpress.com/article/world/russia-ukraine-war-india-weapons-systems-us-7799245/ Few days ago, Chinese foreign minister was in India for talks with the Indian government... A lot is happening considering the fact that India and China before now, do not really get along. We'll see what happens as the days go by. |

JohnBullMySon: Can you list the allies that are backing out?
Japan and Germany were sworn US enemies after world war. How are things today? Even India that was very close to Russia has started aligning to the US in recent times, cancelling military relationships and purchases. Israel used to be a big time Russian ally, today they're backing out. Even Nigeria too.
Not many countries share your opinion sadly. Which India is backing out from and canceling military relationships and purchases? The same India that refused to follow in the US footsteps of sanctioning Russia but has gone ahead to even buy millions of barrels of oil from Russia? Where do some of you get your news from? |

engrchykae: the same CIA that is sponsoring terrorism world over are sanctioning some terrorists who might have fallen out of favor with CIA You are a consequence of media manipulations The US sponsored and funded Osama Bin laden, the famous Al Qaeda leader responsible for 9/11 terrorist attacks. The same US sponsored "moderate" rebels in Syria who were handing over weapons donated to them by the US, to ISIS. As much as I appreciate the efforts of the US in fighting terrorism, I'd also not fail to criticize them for funding terrorists and using them to destabilize other countries. |

When Europe comes to their senses eventually, they might have to pay more for the oil and gas they are sanctioning. These senseless sanctions have made price of oil go up globally and it does not solve any problem. Their citizens are having to pay more for this. What then is the gain. Diplomacy and negotiations is still the best way out of crisis. Not war or sanctions. |

It's in the interest of the whole world that the truth about events in Ukraine is told so we don't have a situation where decisions are taken due to propaganda. It would be very disastrous for all. I have refused to pay attention to msm all these while cos they have been reporting a hoard of lies about the situation in Ukraine. When the Russians say something, they provide video evidence to back them up. I have 100s of videos on my phone from the war in Ukraine. Unfortunately for the Ukrainian side, they hardly post factual video evidence to back up their stories. Most times, they use visuals from video games(just like the ghost of Kiev story that the whole world bought into). |

All the ones that were sent by Sweden, Poland, Finland, UK, France, Germany, Canada, Turkey, US and Co, since, what did they achieve with it? Majority got destroyed. Instead of them looking for how to solve the crisis diplomatically, they are sending arms. Recent pictures of Ukraine tells the story of a country in ruins. A lot of infrastructures destroyed. All that could have been avoided if they had applied diplomacy from day one. |

okeysoninv: you are the ignorant one here. Maybe a research would have helped u. Russia only account for 40% of German use. Where do you think the remaining 60% comes from Germany depends on Russian gas for about 55% for its energy but the whole of Europe depends on Russian gas for energy to the tune of 40% and more. Take note that currently, Germany also gets energy from nuclear plants which they are planning to shut down. Shutting those plants down would obviously increase their demand for gas above the current percentage. The question will be how and who would supply them. Also, take note that it's cheaper to buy from Russia than to buy from the US or Qatar. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Russia’s Ruble Payment Plan Leaves European Gas Buyers Confused by chronique(m): 12:34pm On Mar 24, 2022 |
princeeze1: Germany does not have LNG terminal. Not even one terminal. Reason it has never bought US gas. The deal with Qatar also requires construction of LNG terminal for compressed gas. So Germany is stuck. When they are finally able to build terminals to diversify in some years to come, it still does not solve the problem, because trying to isolate 50billion cubic annually puts pressure on the demand therefore causing an inflation that will still have a boomerang effect on the European economy. While Russia will have ample time to diversify its market. Europe will only truly be free when it incorporates its transition to green energy which the earliest expectations is 2030. Help me ask him o. Comments like this just shows how most people don't even know what they are talking about once they jump into a discussion. |

989900: Language barrier is less than 5% . . .
It's more about:
Job opportunities (major)
Pathway to residency/citizenship (major)
Security
Education
Generational integration and opportunities.(major)
Freedom of speech.
Freedom of association
Fundamental human rights (major).
All the above bar security (which is obtainable elsewhere) are why people shun the east for the west.
The west doesn't mean US only.
There are roughly 100,000 Nigerians in Germany, another roughly 100,000 in Italy, compared to less than 30,0000 Nigerians in Russia and China combined . . . language is not a major barrier.
English is widely spoken in a good number of non-english speaking countries lately, from Vietnam, to China to Bulgaria to Russia to Colombia to UAE, Saudi, etc. . . . even Putin speaks English with a tint of British accent even though he tries to hide it.
If China were as liberal as Canada and with Job opportunities, you will find millions of Nigerians trying to learn Mandarin, Cantonese or something. I doubt people know English is spoken in some of those countries. Personally, I'm just hearing that English is spoken in China and Russia. If you look at the population of Nigerians in places like Italy, Germany, Spain, Austria, and compare it with the population of Nigerians in US, UK and Canada, you would understand where I'm coming from. Canada doesn't have too many Nigerians yet cos people only started migrating there a few years ago. Back in the days, they were not too open to Nigerians as an option for migration. |
